I agree. Making this no case eko skeleton frame available to the public would be beneficial, and Id def join the EK train at that point.
any idea when its available
Come up with a smaller factor version and am in. Great engineering!
What an incredible piece of engineering! Looks absolutely fantastic. Please bring this to market! Would it be possible to not use a side radiator? I think that would enhance the free-floating look even more. And maybe a smaller version with a smaller distro and only 360 rads.
Great build!
Looks absolutely amazing... great job !
Just amazing 🎉 congratulations on such a design! Excellent video. Outrageous case or the lack of it!
Incredible video and project - well done!
Thank you very much for your complete explanation. My question is, why is there no distro plate dual loop for evo xl case on your EKWB website?
Wow Joe, not sure how you are to going to top this build! Bravo!
I'd totally buy this "case" and distro.
Those rose-gold fittings would go great with the Asus Pro-Art motherboards. These fittings are beautiful. If these (NoCase) frames are available, maybe I'll be building a showcase for our shop. I'm building at this moment a rig, for a client, with an Asus TUF motherboard. And they have gray-silver stripes, so the loop will be foreseen with the Satin Titanium fittings. But your build looks amazing. For electric and ARGB I also make block diagrams, from every system we keep a file (one for us and one for the client), that's because if we do maintenance (mostly we call back the systems after 6 months in use, free of charge), we know exactly what and where the connections are and the rest of the info, the parts, test results, etc.
i want one of these cases so bad. what an amazing piece of design and engineering. stunning job sir.
Awesome! Will the Case be available in other colours too?
@nafet008 - A white version of this Skeleton 💀 case. Please PC GODS make this Skeleton 💀 case. Available to the Gaming community 🤩🥰..
Getting rid of the connection point on the GPU and doing a custom version of the acrylic specifically for vertically mounted GPUs to make the style between the CPU and GPU blocks more consistent is my only criticism. It's weird to have the GPU tubes parallel on one plane and the CPU tubes parallel on a plane perpendicular.
I have the opinion that the only way to mount a GPU is vertically.
Genius!
Good job 👏🏼 I love you aqua man
Fantastic work
Please have an ITX version :)
I need that case asap!!!
Please make a bundle for the Case + RadiatorsX2 + Distro Plate
I Hope this Kind of Case will be a Limited Offer for Enthusiast! I would buy one!
The interesting thing atleast what I feel is from a user ready case perspective, why not EK release a case where the front is a liquid reservoir and 2 360 radiators in build in the case. Then I don't have to do anything custom if the tubing is flexible. I am neither a fan of RGB/ARGB nor opposed to it, the only place I find it useful is where I keep it to smart mode in my PC and I can keep tabs on the temperature without having to read the display while gaming.
I love it.
Looking at the side by side pictures, in my opinion an itx motherboard would complete the look
Perfection!
A BTF motherboard would have made it even sleeker
Would it be possible to do the led mod to a Strix 4090 with an EKWB abp waterblock?
Please do this for the O-11 D Evo. I have a build with the Mana G2 distro plate and my imagination is running riot.
❤❤❤
So just to be clear, did they ever say this would mature to be an actual product? Or was this just a one off project to be shown at CES?
What program are you using to model?
Whether EKWB ships PCs to India if an order is placed?
Product idea : 400MM/360MM x 20MM programmable OLED/LCD display that mounts on the side of the fans. Or a 400x35 for the side of the rad. Helps compete with the sl infinities. Would look awesome af. Would sell really well(and easily bundle with the current aio lineup). Wont compromise on pumpblock by needing display. Imagine a system with 4 oled strip displays for the 360mm aio fans and rads in the top/bottom of the case.
off topic, but do u perhaps know any lcd with hdmi that is very stretched and smaller than 16cm? 7-8" stretched lcds are too big for my needs
If you make the skeleton under 150$ I'll buy it right away with radiators and pump etc I'm trying to build high end direct die pc.
"Let's make it exist." 💌🤟
When I can buy it?
Nice, but not much convenient for regular use.
1. Any stronger push could destroy the whole structure.
2. PSU on the back of the MB would add heat to the MB and SSDs.
I would appreciate more conservative and stable open case construction.
When can I get one?
When will there be "no case" ready for purchase?
oh boy oh boy
Bruh this is crazy...This guy was interviewed by GN
Coolermasters silent psu would be the perfect mix looks wise for this case.
Why you are not using a PWM Pump? 🤷♂
why cant we just buy the files and cnc it locally? serious question
Okay so if I understood right. He licked all the RGB signal wires together to control all RGB correct? Then he wired all the ground and power for the RGB lights to the powersupply directly? I assume he wired the pumps to the PSU and the wire signal for pwm to the motherboard?
The Power for the pumps is directly from the PSU but I think he mentioned that he uses the old pumps without PWM, because the wires would be difficult to hide. So the pumps have to be adjusted on theier backside (easy because of the new magnetic covers).
@@niklashamann1239 ahh okay. That makes senses thanks!
Yeah, all D-RGB and PWM signal for the fans are in series. Then there are 3 different +5V/GND/+12V/GND spurs that come off one AWG15 cable directly from the PSU. The first powers 6 fans, the second powers the distro D-RGB and pump covers and the last powers the final 3 fans. Each set of 3 fans is joined by regular OmniLink cables. The pumps are D5 Vario's which have manual speed adjustment and for safety they each have their own direct +12V/GND wires directly to the PSU.
This way there are only two individual conductors which go to the motherboard, for fan PWM and D-RGB signal. Definitely the hardest part of the build to fabricate and install so we really could do with creating a standard item for this that would work with different fans, motherboards and PSU's.
@@JR23Design thanks so much for the reply! This helps even more. If they end making the case available I plan on purchasing it. And just wanted an idea of how to reduce the amount of cables. But maybe they will come up with a way to include an adapter? But learning a new skill would be fun too.
I want to make stuff like this.
Could you collab with bequiet? That would be so dope
Use corsair icue link fans would make it cleaner
Just when I thought I didnt need a new case,
Lol
Just completed my build - now thinking of taking it all appart and building in another case - or should I better say in #nocase ?
The no case (skeleton case) looks amazing I think it should made available to the public but add a power button and the option of a standard operation GPU for those who want to add a sound card, I have a sound card in my build so a vertical GPU mount isn't an option.
A white version of this Skeleton 💀 case. Please PC GODS make this Skeleton 💀 case. Available to the Gaming community 🤩🥰. Hands 🙌 down everyone will be. Beating down your door 🚪. To get there very own. p.s.- I hope that you can deliver to Florida 🏖️..
Are u from former Yu? Do u stutter?
Nice but EKWB is terrible with their customer service, shipped wrong parts and I’m still waiting a response it’s been almost the week. Cool parts but terrible service
Still waiting on a reply as to why I was told to buy 500$ worth of fittings that wouldn't fit with the o11 XL evo Distroplate with your Vector and Velocity2 blocks, commented on /r, no answer, wrote mails, no answer, wrote on another youtube video, comment got deleted, recommented, no answer. DO NOT buy EK Products, even paid 150 bucks extra for 'part insurance', now I'm stuck commenting on every youtube video on their channel as I noone would even reply for me to send the useless parts I bought after asking them which parts I'd need for my case/mobo/gpu combo.
What gives, EK
Why are you guys charging so much for your cases? The past 2 models you sold were over 2k and this one is over 1k plus another 1k for the distro. This is stupid. The case itself probably cost $100 in metal + maybe another $100 in manufacturing. RnD cost should never exceed manufacturing, so even then this case shouldn't cost more than $400. Your literally sticking the middle finger up to your customers and raping the industry and setting a horrible example for the PC modding community. Not to mention the entire world is headed into a recession, so your pricing out 99% of your audience out of the gate.
Each part is so overpowering that it looks like a PC made in China. It doesn't look like the EKWB of the past, and it's generally uncool. disappointing. Looking forward to next.
I WANT ONE NOW
