Thank you for watching this video! We are having a big push trying to get the subs up for the channel, please consider liking and subscribing and I am sure I will see you on another video!!👍👍❤✔
I am still surprised on how agile these are!! They look like that should just roll over at any time but it seems to take a lot to make it go into nap mode. I do have to apologize to the Chief Engineer as I did get a laugh at the "oh, my beautiful paint job!" at the end! It turned out looking get and running like a champ! Another wonderful video guys!
That looks great and the rear steering helped with the maneuvering. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Very fitting to include some three wheel balancing and a couple stunt roll overs. I really need to add one of these to the fleet. All smiles here. Great job gents. 😊
Hi there gentlemen, the Konghead looks amazing and definitely worthy of the Stuntman Association livery. I used that copper colour on my MF-01X Beetle and that is really a nice colour, working well with the livery and the chrome. The BZ pushes the model well too, looks like the steering took some getting used to, with the rear wheels giving you that extra turning radius (perhaps turn down the rear steering a bit, if you have the radio mixing facility). great job guys, a blast from my blast too, six million dollar man, I kind of feel a bit like that at the moment, as I've just had my 3rd total hip replacement ( a revision left hip) so recovering at the moment. Take care, and best wishes to you and the families 😊😉
The copper looks great in the sun. I know the Chief Engineer uses goole rc stuff, so I’m not sure. I use Sanwa and in honesty it’s baffling all the stuff it can do. I wonder if the CIA will recruit you soon 🤔😂👍
Oh yeah I love the Konghead and I think it's one of the best modern Tamiya's. Nothing else like it on the market really. It does tip over reasonably easily but it means you need to be a bit skilful with the controls. Fantastic job on the Fall Guy body. Great to see Farah Fawcett, my childhood crush. Nice work guys 🙂
It does look good in this colour, it does feel like it suits it, the BZ seems great for it also, just the right amount of power so it can thunder about. Thanks for taking the time to watch it 👍
It's a lot faster than I thought, with all the weight...looks like a lot of fun to drive. What color is that Chief Engineer? Is that a Tamiya color? I loved all those shows back then...plus CHIPs, the A-Team...the good old days (you know, what old people say) 😂
@@RCsoandso They've been out of stock almost everywhere. I bought mine from a hobby shop an hour away from my house. It turned out they had one laying around.
Love the Konghead.... Bought my daughter one and forgot about myself.. She's ran it with an old Trinity Speed Gems 2 motor 19 turn and up to a 3S lipo... Front wheel steering only.. Such a great truck but damn, bearings cost almost have the kit.
Do you just plug the second servo in with a splitter and it works like that? Just finished building my Konghead. I've put a Traxxas Velineon ESC with it's matching brushless motor, two servos, and of course, all 40 ball bearings. Trying to decide if i should rob a receiver from another truck, or wait until tomorrow and get a radio/receiver to test this 4wS.
It was just a splitter cable, you could always use a radio on hand and then get another, I use one radio for them all where the chief Engineer uses a fe different handsets if that helps 👍
@@RCsoandso I tried a Spectrum SLT3, my normal go-to radio for impulse buys. I think I have 3 of them now. Traxxas ESC didn't like that one. When I powered it on, I had steering but no throttle and it was blinking green at me. Narrowed it to an issue with the throttle trim. The ESC was under the impression it was being given throttle upon start up, and it did what it was supposed to do, which was nothing, so to prevent a runaway. Couldn't get that sorted, so I stole the radio from my RC10 T4.2, and wa-la. 4wS works awesome! Now if it would only stop snowing... I live in Southern California, and it's snowing in April!?
Good question, we did think about this, the Lunchbox shell is shorter, so you would have to extend it and think about wheel arches and so on, but it would look cool in a Rat Rod sort of way 🤔👍
Sorry if I have to break stuff but here we are. Ch 5 showed something about people who had err issues with vehicles. A bloke in the US went into a telly museum. Let's just say it: "He rammed Airwolf". I don't want to figure any of this out. I'm sat in the shower cubicle crying.
I do t watch channel 5 often, adverts every 10 minutes or less is hard to stomach but I have just watch a fistful of dollars, a nice surprise while surfing 👍
@@he214abcsorry my fault I relayed the wrong information I’d just woke up from a night shift I had the Aqroshot in my head for some reason, yes the kit only comes with friction dampers. Oil shocks should be in the kit as standard as the price of the 6x6 kit is quite high compared to others, the Kong and yellow bus are great builds and are so much fun to drive but they could do with a couple of upgrades

I gave this a thumbs up as soon as the video involved Jerry Reed.
I think that’s the correct action to take in my opinion 🤔😂👍
Great colour, theme and blower. The whole truck's awesome
The blower was recycled from the Cold we had, and I think it fits well 🤔👍
@@RCsoandso it does

These things are meant to be ran, and that kind of thing does happen, but it’s part of the fun running them, and a bit of road rash isn’t too bad 😂👍
The Konghead looks really cool in that color! Seems pretty quick with the BZ motor aswell!👍🙂
The BZ motor does such a good job 👍
These are the most fun to drive. Love them in the snow
I will make a note of that for the winter season, see how it does then, it’s just nice to have decent weather at the moment 👍
This is awesome!! Love the fall guy theme..
I wish it wasn’t copyright infringement to use it. Maybe I should have sang it myself 🤔

For what you get in the box it’s a good price kit, and 6 wheels must be a good thing 😂👍

The paint job is amazing
It’s a nice shade of copper 👍
Oh man fall guy was great show
It was one of the classics of my youth 👍

I think it’s PS 14 as I know we tend to only use the Tamiya range. CHIPs was a good one, as well as the original Battlestar Galactica 👍
Might as well put the second servo on that chassis. I did on my King Yellow, and it helps!
It does seem to help it snake around. I’d like a King Yellow but they are usually out of stock 🤔👍
@@RCsoandso They've been out of stock almost everywhere. I bought mine from a hobby shop an hour away from my house. It turned out they had one laying around.
Mine has the smoked chassis and the colour gears.
I bet that looks good, hope you run it often 👍

I know the bearings took a while to source with this, and some sellers sent us on a wild goose chase👍
Very nice indeed this looks silly but so cool 😎
It does throw itself into corners but it will be great to try different surfaces with it 🤔👍

How does this compare in size to the Lunchbox? Could you modify the Lunchbox body to fit this chassis?

you really need oil shock, now it runs just like grasshopper.
