- This video is the first part of my analysis of 'Hawk Roosting' by Ted Hughes, which is part of the WJEC Eduqas English Literature Poetry Anthology.
In this video, I cover the poem's context and begin to analyse its language, imagery, and structure, which I hope should give you plenty of useful notes for your GCSE studies!

Another great video which has really supplemented my notes! Please could you do some videos on Jane Eyre?
Thank you for your kind words! I can't make any promises for Jane Eyre - I've got 3-5 series that I want to get done first, and that's going to take time!!

Funny but handsome 😍😂❤️😍
Am I allowed to write about nazis in the exam?
So long as it is concise and relevant (so don't go on for pages and pages about German history!), I don't see why you couldn't! Just make sure that you're using your contextual knowledge to elevate your analysis of poetry, rather than using an analysis of poetry to lead into a historical discussion.
Anybody here for english revision ?
no I'm doing this for fun
Please make videos on "The Quilt" by Ismat Chughtai "Rebati" by Fakir Mohan Senapati And "A Season of no Return" by Gurdial Singh and" I Say unto Waris Shah" by Amrita Pritam
Hello - I'll be very honest, I do not think I would be able to do that at this time, because I am incredibly unfamiliar with those texts and their contexts. Sorry!
