- First walk in or near the mountains in a long time granted only 3,5 miles but four weeks after Hernia repair surgery and and first time since first Lockdown it came as a very much needed walk in Snowdonia,
I Really am so very grateful to all the wonderful people I met along the way in getting me seen to at this horrendous time in our Hospitals from the consultants the secretaries the Nurses the Doctors the tea Ladys and Tea men The Porters and lets not forget the Maintenance Guys, Despite Covid they were all there on the front line for me and you, for ever Grateful,
THANK YOU NHS.

Alright les mate , good to see you back out after your surgery and lock down, that was a stunning area for a walk, beautiful views and reservoir, what a camp spot too right by the river , nice little fire pit as well, take care mate 👍atb
Hellow Gaz hope you and the family are keeping well mate these have been crazy times, it felt so good being able to get out in the hills again for a Walk its been long overdue and ok not a wild camp but just to pitch our tent on a site in Wales for a few nights was really good, hopefully I can get out before winter but maybe it's time I just bite the bullet and do it snow or not, Cheers Gaz, Keep safe and well, Les.

Everything going in the right direction Stu been a tuff time for everyone mate defo lots of people struggling with there mental health but this stuff is free fresh air and the Great outdoors it should be bottled and given out on prescription, had a laugh trying to get margi doing the walk by shots it's all good fun mate, Hope you and the Lady Wendy are keeping well, Les.

What an absolutely stunning Hike Les! Glad the surgery went well I had one done a few years back! takes a while to get back at it! And it’s not great for mental health when your cooped up! I know nice share and a new Sub- best regards Simon 👍
Thank you Simon, it was the first time out out in a long time didn't even know if I could talk to the camera again or not But no I still found I could quite easily Wolfe on as I do 🤣its an easy walk for most of us but lovely views early on in the walk, hope everyone in your family is safe and well, ATB, Les.

Great stuff Les. The route was pretty spectacular - as you say the gopro never did it justice. Good to hear of your operation. I imagine that now some months later it's really getting stronger. See you out there before long chilling and doing your thing. All the best out there. Mark
Hi Mark Thanks for watching and commenting, it was a milestone to be able to get out doors after such a long time although it wasn't the biggest hike it just meant so much to me to be outside close to the mountains and to be able to share it with my wife Margi made it a great day especially for my Mental Health 😊, been a few issues since but looks like I may get out sometime in the winter months and that will be a whole new experience for me, hope you are keeping well take care, Les.

Hi Chris thanks Buddy for watching and commenting, easy enough walk for anyone with reasonable fitness but the views open up quickly and on a clear day as this was very spectacular without gaining a lot of height, the area is so green and lush it must be a heaven for wildlife to, its been a really frustrating time not being able to get out to the hills and mountain's were I feel at peace, but so good to be back out, kerp safe and well, Les.
