I use to love the carrot soufflé at Piccadilly’s in the Macon Mall but the restaurant closed down several years ago! I will try this recipe.

Hi 👋🏽 Mz. Mattie. At one time we has Piccadilly and Morrison’s cafeteria. Piccadilly has now gone out of business here but, we still have Morrison’s cafeteria who has the Carrot Soufflé all the time. It’s so delicious and sometimes, people mistake it for sweet potato soufflé. 🙏🏽❤️
