Just purchased my 2022 390 and Really like it! I have a 1200 Adventure Bike as well but it will not see much if any riding time now. Being an older Adventure rider (65) I am just tired of wrestling the weight. This new bike is amazing. Does almost everything the big bike does at 1/3 the price. Thanks for your videos on the 390. I agree with you, I love the bike and the things you don’t like are easy to change... safe riding and adventures!

Spot on!
Hello Richard, glad you enjoyed the video, thank you for taking the time to comment! - Frank
Thanks for the vid!
I am seriously considering one, but what concerns me is the cruise speed on the highway. I have to consider 2/3 hours transfers at 130 km/h... Do you reckon it's capable of doing that? Thanks again, cheers!
Hello Techtoth, I have many thousands of road miles on the bike. My longest single day ride is 450 miles. I have cruised at 100 mph for two hours while in South Dakota riding in a group.
Though I would say the sweet spot for cruising is 75 - 85 Mph. That way you can still accelerate sagely for passing. Thank you for stopping by! - Frank
@@OneOldManRiding Thanks for the quick and detailed answer! 85 mph as a cruising speed is exactly what I need. At the moment I have an old Versys, which suits me very well, but was thinking of getting a used 390 for better and easier offroad riding. Nothing extreme, of course. Fast transfers capabilities was what had me doubt the Ktm, but from your experience I'm now confident it'll suit me just fine! Thanks again, ride safe!🤗
This appears to be a live chat on RUclips that isn’t.
No chat for you! It appears to not work on my phone and I do not have a computer with me! - Frank

I think I will keep my AT and just add a 390 adv…
Hello Jess, a 390 would be a lightweight bike if you are looking for that, but you will miss that AT power! Thanks for stopping by! - Frank
Very nice ✌✌
Hello Carronda, thank you for stopping by, I appreciate it! - Frank
But... Do you like the 390?
