I understand about moving on things before they're settled, it can be a headache wanting to improve but knowing you should wait. The barn may be a little ramshacked to secure stuff, but a covered trailer or storage unit may work until something permanent is in place. Keep up the spirits and the work!!

To get rid of mole put oil of peppermint on a cotton ball and drop it in to every mole hole. Moles are in the rodent family and are allergic to mint. It makes them itch and they leave. It won't hurt them. This also works on mice, rats, beaver, anything with buck teeth in the rodent family. You have to use oil of peppermint, not peppermint extract.

I got moles but more gophers..them are the worst ever. I'd take moles over gophers any day..uuugghh. Beautiful piece of property you bought.

Your land is going to look amazing when you get it all mowed. It already look better just weed eating what y'all did. So very excited to see all the improvements y'all do as time goes on. God Bless y'all.

One step at a time and one day at a time as you will get there. Great mowing job and would see about getting rid of the moles. Enjoyed and thank you so much. Looking forward to the next one.

Yep, that finely trimmed yard sure looks good in the hood...but when you move to the sticks...just keeping the woods from taking over your land is a full time battle.

How great! You can do it you two. I had to weed eat a couple of Acer's for years. Now people say my place looks like Eden. Love the work and long conversation with God. Co-creating with Him is awesome and to see it come to fruition is such a blessing. Enjoy every minute, hard ones too you can learn through it all especially patience for a dream come true. God bless

It is great seeing you both out there and tackling a little bit at a time. I think it is a good idea not to reveal anything, until things happen. Don't want to jump the gun. Until things are more set in cement, so to speak! Take care of yourselves and see you next time you are out on the property. :)

Probably need a skid steer with a heavy duty brush cutter for the barn. (And other parts of the property.) And need to get the walk behind weed eater working!
