I agree. Reading is the key to it all :) I'm a big gamer too, but I keep my kids hands busy with books, no matter what about: dinosaurs, geography, sports, astronomy, human body... They absorb all, they learn to grab 5 books and find the pages they want to check from each to correlate to their knowledge... I love witnessing their development. No matter what they do in life, the most important thing is how to pursue knowledge, for no reason and being the reason itself. + As many life experiences you can gather, the good and the bad, the impressive and the average... travel, adapt to other cultures even for 1 week. We went to several countries on last summer, in all of them I sent them to ask for things themselves, in French, Italian, English, no matter what, even if they have the courage to say 1 sentence, that's enough. Bit by bit, they'll get there. Kids love challenges and if some say theirs don't, then it's on themselves. We project our fears. Sorry for the rant xD I feel the outliers are cheaters and also have something going on. Maybe I'm biased since I talk from experience from abusers and borderline psychopaths, but yeah.
