To be frank, without all 7 there is no BTS. You can have a bias or bias wrecker but if you don’t support all of BTS you’re not an Army or a real fan of BTS. Each group member has said in one way or the other if you like me you need to like all the group because they are 7.
Which is nice. 7 different people in a group. I love all their solo and their group endeavors. 0T7, yea, I have no problem being called that.
I have no problem with people liking another member more then Another. People should not wish for one member to leave the group for solo. ALL THE MEMBERS WANT TO CONTINUE AS 7. Just because they do solo work doesn’t mean they have left the group.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

OT7 simply means you love and support them as a group. It's fine to have a bias (favourite). Nothing wrong with that. The problem is a "solo stan". "Solo stan" and having a bias are two different things. Solo stans tend to obsessed over one particular member and hating on the other members. They make bad rumors about other members except one particular member they like, downgrade and discredit other members in other to uplift their favourite, wants their favourite to leave the group and have solo career, they basically treated other members like they are rivals to their favourite when we all know they achieve this success together and they all have their own contribution to each other. That's why the fandom dislike solo stan because they almost the same like haters.
If that is what a "solo stan" is, then I am definitely NOT one.

the scammys dont deserve bts. we would still be happy to see them win one day because they deserve all the awards out there but we already know they used bts for views. many other artists have been robbed of their grammys before, but no matter what i still believe bts deserve them the most. look how hard they work, how much love they put into everything they do. their performance is the best in my opinion. ive never been interested in watching performances from my favourite artists before getting into bts. i can watch them for hours tho. they are already going to go down in history and theyre not even done yet. their comeback is gonna be legendary. also, i wanted to say that you shouldnt be so scared of the term "army". yall have stumbled upon some bad apples maybe, but army is great really. the majority of us is great. you have to think about how many armys there are, all very different from one another. theres gonna be nasty people everywhere. but true armys are amazing. they are bts' pride and love.
BTS in concert is an insane experience. The crowd is screaming before the concert even starts. Their stage is massive and they even ride on a platform that circles the entire floor of the arena so they can interact with the crowd during the last half of their show. They give it their all! You have to go if you ever get a chance.
Ot7 is a term for army who supports all members in their solo /group career.. Nd love all with or without having a bias... Meanwhile if u dislike any one.. That doesn't make u an army... U r just a casual fan... That's how we describe it
FYI…..this glimpse of Jimin’s apartment in this documentary is the FIRST TIME anybody has seen it. He is super private and does his Vlives from the HYBE building. He did his first from his apartment when he won the #1 hot 100….but all you saw was black drapes. His 2nd was after a Dior event in Seoul a few months ago..l.and you saw only a portion of it because he said it was “dirty” HA! So Jimin biased fans are going crazy seeing this documentary….a glimpse into his life😍

no those are all different times, so jimin was self quarantine at home at one point, and hobo and jk were just hanging out. but the rm and hope clip is from IN THE SOOP season 1, they were all there together in 2020
But they all got COVID-19. Poor Jimin had appendicitis plus COVID-19 tho. The BTS members own families got sick too. I remember RM and Suga was wondering if they got it from being with their family or vice versa.

Back then, I was upset when bts didn’t win the Grammy, I felt like they truly deserved it especially because out of all the songs that were nominated in that category, bts had gone number 1 on the hot 100 chart & that was something no kpop group has ever achieved. But now I think the Grammys don’t deserve bts, they have nominated them a few times already, gotten them to perform or show up to their award show just for views/rating & then sent them home with 0 Grammys. To me, it looks like they know the power bts holds & how large their fandom is so they nominate them to use them. Bts are a tool for them & because of that, I don’t think the Grammys deserves bts. Nowadays, armys don’t tune into the Grammys, instead we look back at the good memories we’ve made with bts. Armys know that bts doesn’t need an award to know their value, bts has done amazing things without having a Grammy. 👏
Bts themselves hav told again and again that Bts is 7. They all intend to continue together as long as they can like for 40 50 or 60yrs, depending on how they plan out their life. But Bts is 7 and only 7, its not us saying it, its Bts themselves saying it. They knw how to balance their solo ambitions while staying as Bts group. All of the members keep group priorities over themselves and they hav vocally said that out on multiple occassions. Anyways we r here to support Bts in all their group and solo endeavours
The members have had their own apartments for years. They had a shared dorm that was a big apartment…..paid for by Big Hit….that they would gather to when they were doing promotions etc….but they gave the lease up and moved out last year when they announced their hiatus and solo projects.
And Jody , what I don't think u realize is that BTS is 7...and they all feel this way, If ever they decided to retire than that would just be it....there would be not bts with just 4 members ...bts aren't like these other groups that members leave and they just keep going as is.

I just want to point out your comment that mentions that BTS as a group won’t write a song about sex, I mean there’s a lot of reasons for that. But first, individually some of them have written songs that 100% has the implication of sex, but the songs they have as a group won’t be about sex because that’s not the message they want to put out as a group, but not particularly because they think fans will get mad or whatever but they have always mentioned and said that they want their songs to have meaning, which they do. A lot of their songs have really deep meanings. I also feel like if it was a group song, it would be awkward if they are all singing about sex compared to if they are doing so on their solo songs.
I also think some members are more open to singing about sex than other members. I don't think any of the members would want another member to sing something they feel uncomfortable with. I've thought about this before but creating and singing songs that all 7 members can agree on the messaging can't be that easy.

If he had opened up the windows to let the light in……we wouldn’t have FACE……the best album ever and Jimin’s personal diary. In this situation…..Jimin was quarantined because he either had or tested positive for Covid. So. Korea was very strict about Covid regulations. When you returned to the country as citizens….or any visitors to the country….had to quarantine for 2 weeks before being allowed to go in public. The country had specific hotels set up that travelers had to go to straight off the plane to quarantine!

Not always RM says that's the first thing he does is open his shades and windows. But I think most of them live in high rise apartments anyways and live in the penthouse. I have noticed that Dynamite and Butter are played frequently on the radio, with Dynamite being played more often than Butter.
“Rain on Me” by Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande is what won the Pop Duo/Group Performance category over Dynamite that year. Also, “Performance” categories aren’t about live performances or who performs something better in that sense. It’s just about the song recording, and the Grammys label it as “Performance” to indicate that the Grammy statuette only goes to the “performing” aka the recording artist.

OT7 means one true 7 and it means you support all members equally. so if someone doesnt support one or more members you are not OT7 and basically youre not true army cuz army loves all members equally in my opinion. you can have your little bias, thats fine, but at the end of the day you should love all of them the same.

About those online concerts. It was hard, hard watching them like that but still happy, happiness and sad at the same time, rollercoaster of emotions for 1 plus hours, watching them through a screen, just like ... it was hard. Hard knowing that we could have witnessed all of that and them on stage and ARMY in the crowd. Yes images were great, amazing, just like on a tv screen or phone, but not.. not the same emotions that you feel while watching them with ARMY in the audience in a big stadium. It was hard on them and on us tbh. We were grateful because we knew that they were ... not sick, that they were trying to hold on and be there for us as we were trying to be there for them... I am crying remembering those feelings, for two days straight as they held the online concerts for two days straight.
The redrawn after the two days, as they held if I remember correctly three online concerts during the pandemic in different months.... each and every time when they were done, I needed and not just me, ARMY needed like one or two weeks of simply crying their eyes out because of the injustice that we felt for the situation that we were in tbh. I still remember when they dropped ON official mv, and we knew that once that comeback was made, concerts were squeduled but having that taken away ... it was so hard so so hard.

Yall can look up how frequently or not BTS songs are played on the radio. There are lots of radio spin trackers. They have stylists that pull different outfits based on their taste in part & the concept of the album for these all their public official events that sometimes will reflect a brand they may be endorsing or embassadors for at that time, I believe their Grammy outfits where Louis Vuitton. They seldom do this because they dont have too and also they said they like being able to wear their own stuff, etc...

even if you can´t see well at the concerts it´s a whole experience just to be near BTS and army too. it´s like a festival it´s the whole vibe of the show and when we know BTS would rather do it live on stage we want that too because it shows when they person. we can se if they ain't enjoying themself to the fullest. like the concert without screams was litterally torture for them.

Bts have spoke about this type of topic before, yes they are each successful in solo work, but their group works always means the most to them because they get to work together and make music for army. J-Hope and Jungkook had COVID at the same time, so they could be together. The other members got it at different times. That’s why Jimin was in his home by himself. Some of them had bad symptoms, but we were always told they were mild. Suga later said that it hit him hard.

Ot7 basically means you like and respect all the members. I’d say yall are 0t7. Someone else mentioned this but bts won’t just continue if one member decided they wanted to leave. It wouldn’t even feel right. For them bts is 7. Whenever they do retire it’ll be a mutual decision but they been saying they gone be grandpas on stage so who knows. I think once they’re older we just wont get group stuff as frequently and less heavy performances. I doubt they’ll ever really stop being bts. They’re basically legends now so I don’t see them ever completely stopping just slowing down.
I’m watching this on day 6 of my first time getting Covid 😢 It’s been horrible. I don’t know how I’ve made it this long because this is my husband’s 3rd time and my first time I couldn’t avoid it getting it right after him. I’ve even totally lost my sense of taste which I didn’t even know was a thing anymore!
BTS dynamite and butter as well as JK´s songs DO play on the radio in the US trust me.
BTS got a lot of new fans after dynamite and butter because of that. but the korean songs no.. they don´t play them so that´s a challange for BTS to debut on nr 1 on hot 100 because radio play count for 40% or more. and it´s illigal to pay the radio to play them, even if some american labels do it anyway, bts dont.
so army tend to call the radio stations and put on the most requested songs so they have to play the song. so they at least get a few plays. but when you look at the chart BTS have way more sales and other artists the other artist have only radio and streams. but streams is earned from playlists on sportify witch BTS isn´t a part of. they know how to keep BTS at bay but still BTS find a way to be noticeable anyway.
BTS get so many views they are the 6´th most streamed artist in the world on all platforms. only drake taylor and the weeknd is over them. so we know it´s BIG. we have army who stream on all platforms not only apple and spotify.

You, for example are OT7 in that you respect and support all 7 members. Your Baby Daddy Jimin is your bias. Almost every fan has a bias (or favorite). Do you have a bias-wrecker? That member would be the one who doesn’t necessarily compete with Jimin but you admire and like to watch him (or he touches your soul in some way - personality, talent). Now solo stans are not OT7. They like only one member and believe the other members are dragging him down. They’re often obsessive and extremely destructive (as well as delusional). Hope that helps.

The ot7 armys :a fans of bts and love them equally (don't have a bias)
A army but have a bias: a fan of bts but prefer a member or two...more than the others (but still love all of them ofc)
A fan: it's a person who don't listen to bts that much but he knows a few things about them (with time ha can be an army or he can forget about them)(ex:I'm not an ateeny but i love ateez)
A solo stan: a person who knows about a band but he's not a fan he just loves one member and Don't care about the rest of the group(ex :he don't like bts but he likes suga) (me who loves nayeon and i don't like twice its not hating i just don't like their vibe)
And finally the akaji:someone who hates a bandbut still love one of them it's not like a solo stan it's the worst type of people (ex:u hate bts and u talk shit about them everyday everywhere but u love jin and u always say that he doesn't need bts or some sh! T like that)
And being an army means you're a FAN and Supporter for bts love them u can have favorite and u can be ot7 u just can't hate one or 2 or...of them and u say you're an army u can't say you're an army while supporting one member and forget about the rest just call urself a solo

Hey Jodi, I understand what you mean by you see their individuality and how well they pursuit music on their own terms, but this is just a note, bts are not a group to have some members leave and others stay, if one goes they all go. Bts have spoke about this type of topic before, yes they are each successful in solo work, but their group works always means the most to them because they get to work together and make music for army.
