After mixing the egg yolk , milk and flour add a little meringue at first to loosen, do not mix for to long . Please use a very cold egg whites , place your egg whites in the freezer for few minutes before beating.(the sides of the bowl is a little bit frozen) .You will not have a runny batter and cook it right away. When I was adding rice flour to the egg yolk it was really dry and stuck together, but I followed all your instructions. Why?
Maybe the egg yolk was too small, please use large egg.Some eggs are big with small egg yolk. Thanks for watching.
