    I’m wondering if anyone has tried it with a GF flour substitute, instead of straight rice flour. (Like Cup4Cup or Bob’s Gluten Free). These look amazing! 😋

      @Jass G , I think you need to add more time in cooking . Please use very cold egg whites in making your meringue. Thank you.

      @Donna Benabon , white sugar used for cooking in general the texture is moist compared to granulated sugar. Thanks for watching.

      She meant “the caster sugar or very fine-smaller sugar as used in baking is much preferred in dissolving and incorporating with other recipe’s ingredients.

    I can't get it especially the egg, milk and rice flour portion How can I get rid of this problem I have tried it many times and it didn't work😿😿🥺

      After mixing the egg yolk , milk and flour add a little meringue at first to loosen, do not mix for to long . Please use a very cold egg whites , place your egg whites in the freezer for few minutes before beating.(the sides of the bowl is a little bit frozen) .You will not have a runny batter and cook it right away. I hope this helps .Thank you.

    When I was adding rice flour to the egg yolk it was really dry and stuck together, but I followed all your instructions. Why?

      Maybe the egg yolk was too small, please use large egg.Some eggs are big with small egg yolk. Thanks for watching.

    You could, also, bake these in the oven instead since this is basic cake dough in Europe.

      No it stabilizes the egg white. Can use cream of tartar.
