2016 Dodge Journey 3.6L V6 Oil Change

These cars/engine are so easy to change the oil and filter, there is no excuse for not doing it yourself. Cost for oil/filter was about $35

I like the oil funnel smoke stack.
My tip: open the oil with a utility blade.

Good tip. I think they should be easily openable by just peeling it off without leaving a thin plastic spider web you have to pick off. But that's just me being grumpy. It's not that big of a deal.

Put the key in the ignition and turn to the on position, not starting/ nor cranking the engine yet, push down on the brakes thrice in a quick succession. The oil change message should go off. You may have to repeat this process twice or thrice. Good luck!
