    (For the prawn meat)
    Red Carabineros Prawn - 6pcs
    Salt - ½tsp
    Black pepper - ½tsp
    Olive oil - 15ml
    Unsalted butter - 15g
    (Prawn sauce)
    Shallot - 2pcs
    Garlic - 2 cloves
    White wine - 30ml
    Tomato paste - 2tbsp
    Brandy - 20ml
    Dill - 1tsp
    Thyme - 1tsp
    Fish stock - 300ml
    Salt - 1tsp (or to your taste)
    Lemon juice - 10ml
    Unsalted butter - 15g
    Black pepper - 1tsp
    (Pasta)
    Salt - 1tbsp
    Linguine - 200g
    Olive oil - 15ml
