The go fund me has raised over 60 THOUSAND and the mother is asking for more to give her son a good send off. !
It would take less than half of that to bring him home and have an amazing send off.
Maybe all the rest could go to the search teams who risked their lives looking for him.

Searchers had to be taken in and out by helicopter. That's how dangerous it is. What's worse is that the mother is now asking for even more money to "give him a huge send-off". The Go-fund-me has already raised over £60k, but she's asking for more?

It's not your money to begin with so what is your problem? You seem to forget there are many people who don't have your hate opinion and are most willing to help the family. Not sure why you are so angry over who I give my money to for my own reasons? Are you jealous people help them out because you hate them? Learn to mind your own finance, the donations is not your business.

He died in the car or he actually died in the B&B. He was stabbed on the beach that is a four minuted walk from the Papagayo nightclub in which the festival ended. He was taken in the car to the B&B in Masca. He died in the car on the way to the B&B. If he died in the car, then his dead body was taken into the B&B and Lucy and Brad were both called and told to come to the B&B because "something happened". If he was not dead yet when he arrived at the B&B, then one of the two 'B&B guys' (the two renters) actually did make him a bed at the B&B and he died in the B&B and this was most probably because in he end they could not stop his leg from keeping on bleeding too much. His stabwound was pressed during the car ride to close it off to prevent bleeding him from bleeding to death. In the end the wound was pressed with cloths and it did not safe him from bleeding out too much and he died. Then it was full panic: "What to do with the body?! We got a dead body here with a stabwound, we cannot have police involved, because we will get the blame for this, we will go to jail for taking his life, and WE were not the ones who took his life. AND we cannot tell on the ones who DID take his life, because then WE are dead TOO. SO... we NEED to hide this body until we eventually know how and where to dump it to so that we not all go down for this." *THIS* is what happened. So yes, Jay's life has been taken. His body was not where it has been found five days ago (Monday), UNTIL *IT WAS DUMPED! THERE! in the night of Saturday TO Sunday, so that is +/- 36 hours before it was found (or better said: TAKEN AWAY, instead of 'found') there! SUNDAY about EVERYONE on Tenerife KNEW the body was found - and that is +/- 12 hours after it was dumped there! THE POLICE DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE BODY AWAY ON SUNDAY, BECAUSE THE POLICE WANTED THE FULL! ATTENTION! OF THE MEDIA! STICKING FEATHERS UP THEIR OWN ASS! "WE, THE SPANISH POLICE, "FOUND" THE BODY AFTER 29 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS AND CONSTANTLY SEARCHING!" BIG FAT LIARS! THE POLICE COULD NOT GET THIS MEDIA ATTENTION ON SUNDAY, BECAUSE OF THE UEFA EUROPEAN FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP!*

The ex army guys including Christopher in Tenerife on TikTok and X followed the steps they believe Jay took , based off the ping data , they showed a vantage point of the v notch in the barranca and it really looked like the coast was not that far away, when in fact it was miles out, from that vantage it genuinely looks like it was the path of least resistance, when Chris panned the camera back up to the where Jay had likely come from , going back up seem much further, and harder, impossible even. I believe Jay headed for the coast believing either his resort was that way or he could skirt round the coast back to his friends etc, taking a short cut. Having seen the in depth view of the area it’s clear the terrain was treacherous, but you would only realise this when you have gone too far down.
Even if we image , by some impossible miracle he had navigated down the barranca, ( most would need specialist climbing gear ) he likely would have been met with a sheer drop to the ocean with no sand area.
My understanding is that he was found approximately 1.5 km from where Christopher filmed, in the ravine but cannot confirm.
Such an incredibly sad outcome Jay , may he RIP and his family have strength during this impossible time.

Yeah, good description. For Jay, hugging the coast would have made sense and he had no way of knowing the beach was a dead end, had he even got there. And there's a sort of visual illusion of the,sea being just over the next rocks. But the topography of the land means it very much is not, and the space between is lethal.

In addition, in some parts, the vegetation and cacti are can grow beyond 6ft etc. Unless you have been to Masca and the National Park , it’s incredibly hard to describe the landscape. Why didn't the two men take Jay to where he was actually staying rather than back to Masca with them? Did something happen at the AirBnB or not? Perhaps no one will tell what they know until they are 80 years old. If this had been a female go missing like this and then she'd been found dead like this then more questions would be asked. Heck I'm only a few years older and can think of countless mates who are and were just like Jay, especially om your first holiday abroad. People do irrational shite all the time, especially when hungry/dehyrdrated but have a level of arrogance. The evidence so far seems to point to the fact that poor Jay was not good at making decisions. His choice of friends in Oswaldtwistle, the "business " of dealing drugs on the street, nearly killing a rival in a street fight, getting smashed and staying up when his friends said it was time to go, abruptly leaving a safe place where there was food, water and a place to sleep. These poor decisions go beyond the 'folly of youth'. People who are used to having their own way often think they are invincible, especially if they are under the influence of something that elevates their state of mind, seen this a number of times. In the video at the club, he was clearly more affected than those around him. That's probably why the two men who befriended him days earlier decided to take him back to their Airbnb. They could see he was incapable of looking after himself.
What he did at Mosca was stupid. He didn't rest. He didn't eat. I don't think he drank. He certainly didn't charge his phone. He suddenly decided to walk back, against advice, dressed in tee shirt, shorts and trainers, no hat, just as the heat was building up. He didn't wait for a bus, which would have been the most sensible thing to do, and he headed off in the opposite direction to where he wanted to go. Not only that, but he left the road, where he could have hitched a lift or flagged down a vehicle and asked for help, to trek down a dubious path strewn with boulders and surrounded by cacti. All of these decisions make no sense. I can only conclude that he must have been so seriously "deranged" by the alcohol and other recreational substances in his system that he was incapable of rational thought. His actions after reaching Mosca would go some way to support this hypothesis.
His last bad decision was to leave the road. The only tangible connection with civilization. God knows why. It wasn't a choice between the road where he could have got help (and possibly a ride back) and a treacherous spot to have a pee. So he left the road and very quickly found himself ill-equipped for the harsh terrain he had ventured in to. Why he didn't turn around and trek back up to the road, we'll never know. His inexperience and impaired judgement killed him. If he had stayed at the Airbnb, slept and refreshed himself, he would still be alive today.

Very well written and explained. I think all his wrong decisions led to the tragedy. but the last two were fatal: he gave the location to Lucy and instead of stopping there for as many hours as necessary... he continued on his way, so the location was no longer useful. The other was to detour towards the Northwest and not turn back immediately when the terrain began to get very complicated...

My question: the police report stated that the body was found unclothed-his clothing was nearby. I know there are mental states involving extreme stress that cause people to remove their clothes..but why would someone in his situation do this? The Mafia always removes the clothing of a murder victime that they want to "disaapear" (clothing labels can be used to identify a body); were his friends planning to dispose of this kid by stripping the body? If so, why leave the clothing? Nothing makes any sense.

And if there’s only car road down the mountain - which means he knew roughly what direction to go, why did he set off in the complete opposite direction. If he pulled up maps in his phone as they said he did, they would have shown him it’s a 12 hour hike. I feel so sorry for his parents. I mean why didn’t those guys who took him back there, take him back the next morning? Why didn’t he call an Uber? Why didn’t he hitchhike back down? Why didn’t he wait for next bus? Why didn’t he There are a million unanswered questions around this story and I am so sick of how the public are scolded like naughty children simply for having the temerity to ask ‘how did this happen and ‘why’?

Official reports are VERY CLEAR...A different issue is that Guardia Civil don´t share them with the youtubers but with the Canary islands´High Court. When Guardia Civil transfer the reports to the courts then the leaks will occur... not before. Guardia Civil is an absolute wall of silence.

I hate to say it but there's a 26 year old - Ben Ross - gone missing in Majorca, the Balearic Island. Was a trainer barrister but has suffered with his mental health and was over there working to support himself, and live a different life,I think. There's a couple of oddities - he was robbed on the beach before going missing. He's been gone a week, and his mum is trying to raise public awareness to figure out what's happened to him.

I don't understand why everyone thinks there is more to it and that it was foul play. The boy took drugs and partied for a few days, it's understandable that he wasn't in his right mind and may have misjudged the whole thing and not to forget, these party drugs can also cause paranoia. But of course it's more interesting if you put forward any theories.

Ayub claimed Jay came back with him because he wanted to keep on partying. However on arrival they immediately went to sleep. This makes no sense at all. It is far more likely that Jay went with Ayub for some illicit transaction. Selling the watch he'd nicked? Swapping it for drugs? It will be interesting if it's revealed what Jay had on him.

Who said he wasn’t in his right mind tho? Obviously he was coherent and aware when he was talking to the landlady and his friends …A lot of the theories are just plain stupid -but I personally believe that there’s more to this than a 19 yr old just getting lost ..I’m not saying he was murdered -but something went on ..I recall something Brad said in his interview-Jay had told him he was leaving with the 2 blokes from the Airbnb and Brad did question why and told him to stay at the club with him -but he insisted on going …I do think they’d probably offered him the chance of buying/obtaining drugs off them and that’s why he went with them .And he wasn’t at the Airbnb long anyways because (apparently) they went to a shop at 5.30 in the morning on the way back ..And Jay was asking about buses around 8am ..It’s just all ‘food for thought’.He definitely wanted to leave and was ‘running scared’..

Getting into the mountains instead of road. Did he tried call police? Was his phone investigated? I can't understand, after the party he went to an Air b&b? And then he decided to walk in the mountains? Why would he do that to himself?.

I'd suggest to the op that to understand what someone is thinking you have to get into their frame of reference and you're over simplifying a lot of things which makes ot look like you are lacking some information here. Also, i used to really like your videos, but you sound really obnoxious in the narrative here. It seems like one of your listeners has offended you and so you are reacting by creating a video to "show" them you know more. I'd explore why you care if other people have a different option to you? Everyone has a different reality....

Why would JAY choose a Completely dangerous mountainous terrain ....instead of the airBNB? .
Is the Mountain climb Safer ? ..
Everyone is Saying Jay did this &:Jay Did that ..... almost as if they were there ....they factually were NOT .... Was JAY even there ....... For Long ..
What if he did go back to airBNB ..
Or Quassim & his Crew caught up with JAY🧡💪 .....I would say undetermined .....the Only PROOF is ..that he Died .... When he Least Planned to ..... It Depends mainly on what Happened the evening the PK Watch was ⚡Stolen⚡ ....where JAY 💜💪 Sent the Snapchat Picture & Message saying he and 2 Somalia Kids etc ... mentioning Stealing the Watch ⌚ ...then Making a Getaway in the CAR 🚗 back to airBNB .... These are the Details ...that need clarification .... surely those mountains look instantly unsafe regardless of Age ...All it takes is Deliberate Police Investigation ....it requires their Lawful application. ..
It's not enough to say he Choose to Put himself in that Level of Danger ..when it is SAFER elsewhere ..there were plenty of Other Options .... To say he Choose that ....has NO Full believable Proof ..just a Teenage dead body ...at the Bottom of a Dangerous Mountain 🌄 ...and Quite obvious Suspicious circumstances behind the Disappearance .... While Quassim and his Mate slept ..Jay Slater so Close by ...... Is Dead ....
The Public are Merely recognising that The Authorities Haven't taken this Loss of Life .. Seriously. ⚡💚⚡

Having a tunnel vision and expecting everyone to tune into this kind of mindset is not only drawing from a state of ignorance but cuts out all other plausible situations and theories that could have led this young lad down this particular route to his demise. It disallows all other and maybe some other important factors that could have also been relevant to this case .
The only facts given here is that Jay ended up dead in a ravine yards from the road which was in the radius of where the phone last pinged.
Everything else is just based around assumptions - the common theme to this with most statements are...
'Given to the nature of the rough and difficult terrain and Jays state of mind from partying, getting lost, dehydration etc .
    Its as if ......
The only analysis based on assumptions permitted here, on how Jay Slater met his demise ends up being the most
safest, easiest and the most uncontroversialised conclusive summary to these types of cases.
There is the question surrounding Jays certsin associations and whether Jay was lured or did he lure himself into a type of entrapment.
He could have been initially unaware/naive , given with the situation that he later found himself in.
Maybe Jay was spiked or given something at the airbnb that made him really disorientated and left there quickly soon after for whatever reasons, so many puzzling questions with this whole case but we will never truly know the truth of it.
Yet we are expected to believe the same narratives that are parroted on all the media platforms once again.....
    Alas......
As for the insights of a teenagers mindset.... yes they do act on emotions alot, but so do many adults. There are perceptions, intuitions, (empathy in some people-not found in the narcissistic types), vibes and cognitive awareness and the lack of it in some cases that also could plays a significant role in people's lives no matter the age of any given human being.

It was interesting that photo you had of Jay and his friend at Creamfields Festival in your last post. From his SM and theyre saying they woke up in 2 inches of mud. Made me think about festivals and how people behave differently at them. I'm too old for Creamfields or NRG, but I went to a couple of festivals when I was Jay's age, back in the day. Thing is, you're a lot more sociable with strangers, people you've only just met - much more so than say on a night out. I know NEG wasn't a camping in a field festival, but still the mentality is there of being open to experiences, open to new people.
