I do like this channel, but until this lad is found, there is nothing concrete saying what happened, so even what you are promoting is nothing but theory. Keep in mind, everything starts as a conspiracy until proven true.

Hypothesis is the word you should be using not conspiracy. A Hypothesis is an assumption or idea . People throw the word conspiracy around which means something else. Those who say theyv got Jay and holding him to ransom now that is a conspiracy . It's perfectly natural for people to hypothesise in cases like these , that's how a detective may first start out by hypothesising if there's not enough evidence in the beginning.. It's called thinking , check your dictionary.

I'm a 'conspiracy theorist', according to a lot of people's labelling. The fact is I have spent hundreds of hours reading, researching, looking at theories & evidence to create a conclusion different to mainstream doctrine ⚖️
I would call it critical thinking. Sifting through both sides of evidence, following money trails & who benefits from certain events or agenda. It's a horrible place to go and the far easiest & most comfortable place is to stay believing the spoonfed mainstream preaching. Often it goes against everything you've been told & taught & you need to be able to stimulate your own cognitive dissonance. Jay's situation is just theory & speculation intertwined with people making things up. We don't have enough evidence & our knowledge bank is too small which is very frustrating. Metaphorically speaking, we don't have enough jigsaw pieces or even many fully formed jigsaw pieces to put in place, to see a picture forming 🧩

I always go to the Barry Seal story of when the CIA were allowing him to import tonnes & tonnes of class A drugs because he was suppluying the Contras with weapons for the CIA. He even smuggled for Pablo lol so if Id have said this back then I wouldve been laughed at and called a conspiracy theorist.

There are no ransom calls that are truly asking for a ransom. There are people that love to insert themselves in a family's tragedy for shits and giggles. No one is going to risk being arrested for a ransom. Jay possibly fell into that terrain, got struck by a car and thrown over, or someone he pissed off knew he was up that area, and caught up with him. He could have possibly been taken out under the cover of darkness, and set off out to sea. We are all speculating. Some speculations or rumors seemed to turn out to be true. Jay went bv to Tenerife for trouble, and he found it. His own friends said they were told he stole something, and it was worth a lot of money. Be it drugs or a true Rolex, he pissed someone off.

I quite like the conspiracy theories the creative ideas suggested and reasons behind them. I take it all with a grain of salt, but it’s kinda group problem solving and theorising what could have happened and if it that seems possible given the evidence. Which gets you thinking 🤔

I used to laugh at conspiracy theories. Now, the woke nonsense we hear each day has me reaching for my tin hat.
Don't, we have to keep talking to people. If we disagree with what people say we still need to talk with them and try to understand where they are coming from. We do not have to agree with the answers they have found, but in democracy we need to try to understand what discomfort/ inadaptation caused them to seek those answers. Freedom is good ( and anyone who has ever split from a partner without being insulted by their community for it, like 70 years ago, knows it) but it is terribly difficult for humans to manage. If we have many options many of us get lost in them. We need to address people feeling lost, even if we find their answers stupid or absurd.

The kidnap theory is nonsense.
He was abducted on the road fleeing from the two men. His phone was tossed into the area below.
He was with them for a reason & he did steal something from them.
This is logical based on the lies & group of people he was involved with. Plus he was stabbed on the beach by whoever he’d upset.
Initially this story was of a young lad who seemed to have got himself lost in a remote place and needed urgent help to survive. Very quickly it turned into a mystery and web of lies and dark drugs underworld. If we build on the premise of' what we think about we bring about,' the more we focus on something the more the universes gives us evidence of it to prove that to us. So we are drip fed info so regularly by news bullet ins, you tube ect and some is true and some is not, that in the end we make decision in our mind that satisfies our curiosity and enables us to solve the reason why this event has happened. We all have experiences to call upon when something like this happens but not all end up in death or us missing. I myself have had close calls that could have ended badly if it wasnt for some stroke of luck that rescued me. Just as some luck can help some unfortunate occurrences can also effect the outcome. Very interesting this episode and worth more discussions.

We can see through the ransom demands straight away. The family did not have that cash until after Jay disappeared. “They” couldn’t “take” him after he disappeared.

I don't know if there could be anything this or not, but I keep thinking - that bit of film where Jay is on the dancefloor and drops to his knees. Maybe not falling - maybe saw an expensive watch from someone nearby drop to the floor unseen, and he grabbed it ? Because it would be hard even for a seasoned pickpocket to steal a watch from someone's wrist. Maybe he just 'got lucky' saw it and grabbed it off the floor and word of that got to the owner who challenged him in the skirmish outside.
Could well be and the 2 guys at the air b and b said they would buy it off hom. He goes there with him of the promise of money bit they dont give it so he leaves with the watch. The giys could have caught up with him and took him back. Remwmber they said he went to get cigs then came back? What if he left and they brought him back?
It's clear drugs are involved in all aspects of this story. The 2 men in the air B&B are involved, Lucy is involved and Jay has been dealt with for messing up with the drugs he was selling. The GoFundMe is a con and I'm amazed that people are continuing to give these people money. Thanks for your insights.

This case is saturated like many before, it's important to be aware of what you watch and read. The reality is often much more straightforward. Jay is in the mountains, it will take expertise and luck to find him.

I think the Spanish police have done all they can for the moment. The cost of neverendingly searching with no hard facts to go on must be enormous. I think we should wait for at least one proven fact to appear before making sweeping statements. Thanks for your programme.

i'm still very suspicious of Lucy. Why did she call the police so early in the morning, and assume there was a problem, surely Jay must have said something to her or she knew something, because i thought they only had a convo about him coming home, strange i think.

Because it's the most sensible thing to do under circumstances. Obviously, Jay wasn't able to think clearly about his situation, until he found himself deep in trouble. Ignorance of youth and lack of basic survival skills might have cost him his life....
I apologise if this comes across as a bit of a rant.
Sometimes like you say when people try to help, it may come across as a bit of unhelpful hindrance to the case..

I’d never heard of this until Y.T creators posted it up.
As one of the so called internet sleuths that are delusional from reality (offended much) we can only go by facts, by following the facts presented to us the same way as a court case would be done, you have to join the dots - also done the same way police/investigators would.
I myself do know of both sides of the law but I would literally go with this -
Jay went out with friends had fun, then ended up alone, then went off twenty miles away into a known dodgy drug area with two people he kind of knew but again it was 20 miles away from where he was staying.

No matter how fast he wanted to get away from the B&B, didn’t wait for the bus, didn’t ask host lady from B&B for water/drink or charge his phone and wait for that bus (apparently had no money for the bus) didn’t ask his two B&B mates for a lift back, didn’t follow the bus route by safety of the road in the direction/route the bus would’ve taken him back or ask for a lift, didn’t use his last remaining battery to ask friends to help him get back BUT did all the complete opposite only to disappear is very odd.
The conspiracy theories and sleuths can be useful as in, open minded.
It may be that Jay took a wrong path, slipped into the ocean and that could sadly be as simple as that but you have to take every option of what if and backgrounds/history of persons involved.
(Basically) everyone or no one could possibly know something or be involved in some way until eliminated. when RUclips channel creators jump on these missing person/crime files and some not having any professional experience nor knowledge of facts, I myself would expect many speculations to come flooding in.
The fact Jays family were out there but I reckon told by police/investigators not to go off searching would be down to safety and so they don’t loose/injure anyone else.
I would poke a tad at the Spanish police for not investigating the B&B or the two guys Jay stayed with until two weeks later but again they were looking for a missing person that had left there alive.
Only one guy has been identified from the B&B, has police taken any persons involved phones for absolute proof of calls/texts/video calls ?
Maybe they have and know more than we’re told..
Or we could look at it as conspiracy theorists and sleuths are not but, not disconnected from reality and are literally concerned for a missing young lad and trying to keeping a closed investigation open that bit longer to get more answers or actually find Jay.
Or we could all just say, give up, forget it as if no one cares.

He was shot and threw in the sea with a heavy vest. You will never find him or his body. Code of honor in the drug trade. Nobody will talk they all know the consequences. The evidence does point to him getting lost ,however, who in their right mind would attempt to walk through that rugged mountain range [11 hours walk when he could have waited a couple of hours for the next bus]? I reckon 'you live by the sword, you die by the sword!
He had been raving for days he would have been out of it after taking drugs etc, he probs wanted to get back to his friends seeing the sea or whatever in the distance thinking he could walk it. So that's what he did rather than waiting for the bus. He didnt have water etc, he went the wrong way,. He had an accident slipped, fell got knocked out. Unfortunately he may never be found theres lots of Ravines, dead ends and caves so his body could be anywhere. Awful for his family n friends

I studied forensics and anyone else who has studied it will know, you stick as closely to the facts of the case as possible and you make link to persons or scenarios - it's like a puzzle. They can't stand reality so they evade it (it's just a pretense, nobody escapes the wheel of life and death)... through drugs, films... whatever... for not accepting things as they are, as simple as they are, as hard as they may be.

To be honest i think the conspiracy theories are going about because of his past. I understand no one is a saint but c'mon his past has done him no favours and he was clearly off his face on drugs the morning he went missing. I hope they find him cos you wouldn't wish this on anyone but i also think where there is smoke there is always fire.
