finally reus gets his due respect
It was about time
wdym all anyone talks about is how loyal and talented he is. who disrespects this guy
There has never not been respect on his name lmao
Reus didnt win many trophies with Dortmund but he won everyones respect and legend status here. Hes the face of the club
That's incredible
@@Vizeh What's really incredible is even as Burnley fans even we have club Legends
@@Vizeh never come back to ireland
The fact that many Dortmund fans, myself included, considered last week bad despite winning the first leg because Reus announced he is leaving and the focus is more on doing it for Reus and not doing it for only the second time in our history shows just how much beloved this man is.
He is one of the most 🎿 🏂 full players I like seeing . His drivvling is immense
I feel you there. Growing up a Juventus fan, I felt that when Del Piero announced he was leaving Juve, he was a part of the furniture. Funny thing was he ended signing up for Sydney FC so I got to watch him in the flesh even second week for a couple of seasons. What a blessing that panned out.
warum macht der BVB Werbung für Tötungsmaschinen und Kriegstreiber in BRD? BOMBENstimmung!

Reus is a true legend. I hope BVB can take the Champions League so he can have a proper send off

Prime Marco Reus was so good, he made it on the damn Fifa cover at the height of the Messi/Ronaldo dominance, that's how good he was.
Players like him or Vardy are a dying breed. I will miss that man so much. Heja BVB! 🖤🖤💛💛
Pls stop disrespect Reus by mentioning his name even in the same sentence with vardy
@@MrIkOgNiTo Vardy is a damn legend, stop talking shit
Ok but pls don't name him in the same sentence with Reus
@@MrIkOgNiTo Why not? Give me one good reason.
Agreed, legend at Leicester with one of my favourite title races in recent history. Him and Reus will be remembered as one of a kind
He’s an absolute legend for what he’s done at dortmund he’s so underrated and I feel like he’s under appreciated
He 100% is under appreciated, a part of that many be largely due to Dortmund not winning too much during his time there sadly
@@Vizeh he’s too under appreciated and he deserves a statue at Dortmund he’s been there for their good times and bad one of the most loyal players i can think of other than totti cos he’s also loyal af
he isn't under appreciated. He's been appropriately appreciated by anybody who knows football. It's on you if you haven't realised his talent until now
I became a Dortmund fan at the age of 12, the last time they won the Bundesliga, I remember watching the UCL final and being absolutely heartbroken. Now I'm 24 and the Reus jersey I got as a teenager is hung up and framed in my apartment. I want this more than anything for us the fans and for Reus himself. He deserves it.
lol similar story here, the first game i watched was that final
My old Reus jersey is hanging up too💛🖤
As a long time Reus fan, it's nice to see him get the respect he really deserves recently. Echte Liebe, that's what it's all about 💛🖤
Love that man!
@@Vizeh you and me both
Marco's last Champions Legue has a very Messi's last World Cup feel to it. I hope they win it
That's a great comparison actually
Marco Reus is one my favourite players, His loyalty, Character, Skills was on another level. The reasons he was & still is one of the most liked players out there.
I love that man!
Football loves its storylines and boy this is probably the only good one left for this season.
I would love it!
Imagine we get a Reus vs Kane UCL final.
OH MY GOD YES

Ha ha, that was nicely played 😂
He is my favorite remaining BvB player, he has been hustling for the badge ever since I started following Dortmund in early 2013. I can't imagine the team without him, it will be surreal.
Marco Reus, the streets will never forget!!
Footballing legend in my eyes!
Could be a good shout that
@@Vizeh I love him a lot! Loyal, humble, quiet, if I was a footballer I would be the exact same. I just like my peaceful quiet corner, I don’t need much to be happy. Good footballer to idolize! ☺️
Marco Reus is one of the best - even without many trophies, because without injuries he would have become World Cup winner at least in 2014 and his name would have been mentioned alongside Ronaldo and Co.
Lifelong Dortmund fan and I can’t even explain Marco. We’ve supported him through his good and his bad and he’s done the exact same. He is irreplaceable, he is Marco Reus we can’t describe him.
Marco Reus is my favourite German footballer ever. Not just because he bleeds yellow (like me) 💛 but because of his loyalty, passion and belief. No matter how many times BVB have fallen short he always keeps going. In my opinion, the fans play a huge part in this. The yellow wall is always positive and always makes a spectacular amount of noise. But most of all, they respect their legends. And who wouldn't want to stay at a place where you're loved and respected?
I wished more of that was in Football honestly
I always thought that Reus loyalty has to be recognized and rewarded at some point
I hope he gets an incredible showing!
As a Dortmund fan, I genuinely feel like Reus is one of one, no one else comes close to his loyalty. He was thrown out of Dortmund as a kid but he didn't hold a grudge and came back. He could have moved to any club, been more successful. He extended his contract when we were in the relegation zone. He rejected clubs like City and Bayern to stay at Dortmund, even when we struggled.
I'll truly miss him. He is truly a legend. He is truly someone that embodies the club motto, Echte Liebe, true love.
Another quality that is worth mentioning is his insane mentality and work ethic -- coming back to his form after gruesome injuries time after time.. It takes unbelievable effort and persistence.
Lewandowski might have more trophies but Reus has all the love and respect from fans worldwide!! 👑
Honestly love how pretty much every neutral is rooting for Dortmund in the final. Great club that plays really entertaining football and of course has great fans as well.
Also, with regards to the storylines here, surely Haller's return after his battle with cancer deserves a mention as well.
BVB vs Bayern final will so funny because in both teams you have a player that is cursed to winning trophies and one of them is guaranteed to win the Champions league. Ngl it would have been interesting if Kane joined him
We only have 3 hours to dream!
Ffs I jinxed it 🤦
@@Dinoo1234 crazy game in the 2nd half

I have a piece of Reus with me almost everywhere I go. 💛🖤💛
Idk why all of this is being said about reus but not kane, he literally sacrificed all of his career and reputation and gave it all he can to bring Tottenham any trophy while getting offers from the biggest clubs in the world, he never protested, he never pressured the club to leave, he never stopped going to training sessions when there was negotiations to move to another club and refused to leave until Tottenham get the best amount of money for him
Yet, no one seem to credit him or give him half the praises that marco reus gets even though marco is riddled with injuries and most of the seasons is not present when it matters
(btw don't bring the "english bias" bs with me I'm not even english, in fact I'm German but the truth should always be said)
Reus Vs Kane in the UCL Final would be a treat, one man who's been so loyal and deserves the trophy big time whereas the other who has never won a trophy before.
Reus didn’t win many trophies but he won all of our hearts
Marco Reus has and always will be my favourite player. So loyal and so underrated.
Even as a Bayern fan, I wand Dortmund to win the UCL. Mostly because we got knocked out but also because Reus is a legend and deserves a major trophy
Reus a true legend Vizeh u legend for making this vid Reus been so loyal but for Dortmund fans it will be sad for him to leave
The best storyline for the final, imo, is Jude facing his old club. He left dortmund in search of champions league finals, and ironically the season he leaves, they actually make it to one.
I'm not a Dortmund fan but last season i felt gutted for Reus when they lost the bundesliga title I seriously hope they win the UCL simply for Reus because his loyalty should be rewarded
I genuinely think people underappreciate him as a footballer.
This man was hunted by the biggest clubs of the world for over a decade despite having an injury list longer than Quincy Promes criminal record.
I may be just me, but ill sing more praises about the football he played than the loyalty he showed.
This video is such a nice tribute, keep it coming!
Marco has been my favourite player for 6-7 years, I always thought he could be one of the top players but his injuries ruined his potential, his control, skills, shooting, passing, free kicks, all top class and seeing him come back from his injuries and fight to show whys he's one of the most underrated and top players is why I love football
I used to build my team around Reus every year on fifa when I was younger his finesse shoots and free kicks were so op.
Just keep uploading vizeh, these videos are gold
Thanks for the video, really enjoyed it!
My favorite ever player. Made me fall in love with dortmund.
I might not be a dortmund fan but when it comes to Marco Rues hes a certified legend man. He doesnt need a trophy cabinet the loyalty he diplayed the talent he is hes been one incredible player.
Vizeh has done it, he has jinxed Reus again!
Can't forget what happened last season 😭😭😭
Agreed. Real Madrid will win the 15th UCL this time!
Reus he deserves to win 💛🖤
One of the most underrated players in Europe
100%
The fact that Bayern higherups said that he was one of the players that they really regret not being able to get ,considering they stated that they tried many times to sign him and he always said No ,that's some loyalty .
Marco Reus is my favourite German player of all time. I've been watching him since his breakthrough year at Moechengladbach and I'll never forget his winning goal against Bayern Munich in the 11/12 season. Moved to Dortmund the following season and became a household name for his boyhood club. Unfortunately injuries really derailed his career plus Dortmund's failure in the Bundesliga could have made him one of the greatest player of his generation. Could have easily joined Bayern Munich, Madrid and Barcelona but he chose his boyhood club and remained loyal to them. He'll leave Dortmund as a legend but can his party gift be the Champions League title? I don't know when Real Madrid are their opponents but let's hope he gets the Champions League medal.
Lampard is not a one club man technically. But then again a lot of the players we consider to be that actually arent for one reason or another, I doubt anyone will ever think of Messi as a player of any other club than Barcelona.
Yeah like he played for city, westhan and even some club in mls. How is he a one club man
Don't disrespect Füllkrug guys, hes Germanys striker for a reason
Yeah, for a lack of alternatives
So after this video came out, Kane and Reus will go trophyless again because of Real Madrid's UCL corruption power. Nice jinx, Vizeh!
One more game
Im american and i just got into football in 2018. I fell in love with liverpool for their series against Roma and Roberto Firmino is my favorite footballer. However i adore BVB because my grandpa spent 28 years working for Evonik their shirt sponsor here in cincinnati. Theyre my second fav european team. My third overall behind liverpool and FC Cincinnati. Reus is that dude and im excited to see how adeymi grows.
i bet when Klopp goes and Liverpool goes back to struggling for another 30+ years you would give two shits about them.
It’s sad that he risked it all for one trophy and yet..we all knew the outcome one of that game before it even started. Even if Kroos is retiring, it’s not as sad as Reus, considering kroos has won a lot of trophies with Madrid and it just feels upsetting than congratulating Madrid on an obvious win. Reus would have had his fairy tale ending but somehow that goal post ruined it all for them on the first half,..they could have had 3 shots in and won..but..it’s real Madrid of all things. I wanted kroos to win the euros and reus could have won the UCL..it took 12 years of them to build up to that moment but it took 1 team to break them. I think this final game was more heart wrenching. Reus won’t play in the euros and it’s sad. Now he’s moving on..maybe retiring to the MLS and he gave it his all..but we knew it wasn’t his night.
loyalty in football is only expected when the player is good
I’m gonna be crying on June 1st and I hope it’s tears of joy
Absolute world class player in his day. Remember his bad luck with injuries, pretty sure he missed the 2014 world cup that Germany won.
Reus at Madrid would have been incredible though✌🏼
I will still always remember him on the FIFA 17 cover, proper footballer
Love him hope he wins.
Fair play and much respect to Borussia Dortmund. Honestly, I had them finishing bottom of their UCL group, but I am more than happy to be proven wrong. Now that they are facing Real in the Final, I am now rooting for BVB to win 👏
Marco Reus is potentially moving to my club St. Louis City so I am certainly happy.
Characters such as these ought to be celebrated.
although I'm not a Dortmund fan, I do have a BVB Dortmund original scarf from about 2007 signed by Marcel Răducanu who played for them back in the '80 and was a great Romanian striker (I'm also Romanian)and you bet I'll be rooting for them in the final, chiefly because I always liked Reus, he always seemed to me as a proper down to earth lad and also for my disdain for all these big money clubs
Love Marco reus
1:51 Madrid Vs Dortmund Let's goooooo🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Hala Madrid
As a United fan that final is gonna be so conflicting for me want reus to win but still mad at Sancho
Don't be mad at Sancho, be mad at your club in general
Be mad at your club for ruining players.
@@Vizeh I’m mad at him for being lazy also I spend every minute be angry at my club lmao
@@God_of_Arson Personally, I refuse to believe Sancho "being lazy" was his fault. He got shifted about into a squad he didn't fit in, got shafted bt management, manager and fans and had his motivation sapped out of his faster than Tories sapped HS2.
I refuse to believe the crap that gets thrown at him about being lazy when he was one of the hardest workers in that Dortmund squad both pre-United and how well he's being doing since at Dortmund.
@@eaglestrike211lel2 ten hag gave him 5 months off for mental health the season before I don’t wnana hear any nonesense of him not being supported
Reus deserves all the respect he gets for staying loyal to Dortmund when his friends and teammates left him to win trophies! Hope that Reus gets his happy ending by winning the UCL title which has alluded him for so long!
When I go to the dictionary and see Loyalty, I see Marco Reus
Loyalty you mean
@@Vizeh Yes im just really silly sometimes
Well, I know exactly who I will be rooting for in the final. Marco Reus deserves a Champions League
The fact that people are seriously talking about us winning the champions league this season is still hard to comprehend as a dortmund fan
He needs to do what Messi did in the World Cup.. Messi just decided to accept the disgusting amounts of pressure required to win something that big and force fed himself to fight through the pressure and perform no matter what. 👏🏻👏🏻
Did I just see you are coming to NORTH CAROLINA for TST!!!
Vizeh casually dropping bangers every time
My friend thank you!
As a newcastle fan, it's pretty cool seeing dortmund in the final. I don't feel so bad about losing to them now. They're a good club with a good support base.
And very happy psg didn't go through after that bs penalty call. Selfishly, it makes me feel a bit better about finishing bottom of the group of death now 😅
i mean you're Newcastle? how would you expect anything different than finishing bottom of that group? without your saudi blood money you'd be struggling to stay in the premier league, going another 60+ years without a major trophy.
The UCL trophy shall be the ultimate cherry on top of the icing on top of his glittering career
Reus deserves it more than any other player in the world
I remember how Barca and Real used to sign Reus in fifa 14 career mode saves
I feel like Reus is just a much harsher version of the Kane Syndrome. When he is healthy, his team sucks. When he is hurt, his team is one of the best.
Great video
Im a madrid fan and I for sure want kroos to win one final ucl, but at the same time i want reus to win sooooo bad hes one of my idosl
mengao ta foda, vizeh
Here's hoping Dortmund do a complete madness and pull off the win against Madrid, Reus winning his first trophy (with that trophy being the pinnacle of club football) in his last year at Dortmund would be poetic.
Never rated reus but I have to respect and admire his loyalty. It’s insane to see that in football these days and I have nothing but respect for Marco Reus.
Just a question, why didn’t you rate him? Personally, I thought he was a top player.
@@johnthompson457 There is no opinion.
Between 2012 and 2015 Reus was the best player on the planet whose name wasn't Messi or Ronaldo
@@johnthompson457 never really valued him and just didn’t like him as a player even tho he was a good player. I have loads of respect for him tho.
@@MrIkOgNiTo I agree somewhat, just curious why someone didn’t rate him when I’d say generally people do.
@@TerminatorCFC fair enough, each to their own. I think being injured for World Cup 2014 didn’t help his legacy but he’s been good for Dortmund the whole time.

Surprised you didn’t talk about the group stage where everyone had wrote bvb off as soon as the names were drawn
I think of the Groups most people had Milan out more than Dortmund, that's just what I saw anyway
The fact that Reus will be leaving Dortmund w/o having won the bundesliga is just sad. Hopefully he goes out for them w/ a UCL, but Real's a tough opponent for even the best teams on the best of days.
Both realized both Reus and Totti were heavily tied to Real Madrid during their careers but never went because they were Dortmund and Roma through and through. Many of the names I hear for the most loyal players started at big clubs and stayed at them, but this kind of story is different.

I remember people saying they would be dead last in their group lol.
Talk about the mardid v Bayern game n the Deligt goal!
I so want them to beat Bayern in the final. Love Kane still but I love the message of him getting beaten by a one club man a lot more.
Without injuries, he'd at the very least be a World Cup winner, and at the most he could very well have been one of the best players in the world
Oh my I forgot he missed World Cup due to injury, that is awful
While I hate the term having a “second team,” if I were to choose one, Dortmund would be it. I’d love for them to win the champions league at Wembly
Being a one club man, i actually respect it. If by any chance he went to those other clubs they'd discard him immediately he was surplus to requirements despite injuries, Dortmund has actually reciprocated his loyalty & stuck by him which is a rarity in modern football these days. Hope he wins that CL
