In this Noble Formula vs. DermaHarmony Pyrithione Zinc Soap Review, I put these two pyrithione zinc soaps head-to-head and tell you which one I like better.
I got these zinc pyrithione soaps because I was looking for something to treat a skin issue called Tinea Versicolor with minimal side effects, and everything I read about pyrithione zinc seemed pretty positive.
4 weeks after starting to use these soaps, I can say with certainty that they've had a positive impact on my skin, and I think with regular use I'll be able to completely clear the Tinea Versicolor.
With the above being stated, I did like the Dermharmony soap better than the Noble Formula overall. The Dermaharmony brand costs less, and it seems like it will last longer. Regarding the Noble Formula, I liked the ingredients slightly better than the ingredients in the DermaHarmony soap. They were very simple, and they seemed like they'd be gentle on the skin.
I can recommend either of these soaps with confidence, but my top pick is definitely Dermaharmony.
I hope my review of these 2 different Pyrithione Zinc soaps helps you decide whether or not they are something you'd like to try for yourself.
Here are some studies I found that show the results of pyrithione zinc on Tinea Versicolor:

I do think that Noble makes a good soap. DermaHarmony, Noble, and DermaZinc have been around for 20+ years -- the three that assumed all of the ZNP Bar customers after Steifel wound-down. All three are outstanding. I'm partial to DermaHarmony because I own the company (my name is David Addison). My original vision for this bar was to reverse engineer Tom's of Maine (another brand) and then to add 2% Pyrithione Zinc. I price DermaHarmony products much lower than Noble because I believe that better affordability equals greater customer reach - I want everyone to be able to afford clear skin.
One more point. Sodium palmate & sodium palm kernelate = saponified olive oil. Sodium cocoate = saponified coconut oil. Saponified olive oil sounds less chemical-like which might seem better to customers. But they're the same thing. It's soap. FDA (US Food & Drug Administration) regulations require DermaHarmony to use the formal chemical name (e.g. sodium palmate..). DermaHarmony bars are a registered OTC-Drug made in an FDA inspected production facility. We're registered with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as company number 71819. The standards for making drugs is very high. Noble formula bars are not registered as an OTC Drug.
You did a nice job with your video.
