Bethany you are my kind of people. I also make food for the week in a big bowl eat it all weak. Keep apartment cold, especially at night. Day starts with coffee, meditation, devotions, and morning workout. I'm 67 years old and recently diagnosed with cancer. These rituals and inspirations like you keep me going. At my age reality is I can't do what I once did. But what I can do, I do to the best of my ability. I'm still learning and growing. Thank you for being such a great inspiration.
