Super observant! We bought custom cabinets and had them stained. We believe what happened is our painter sweated on it accidentally & it stained the wood like that 🫣

0-2: 400m run
2-3: 10 shoulder to over head + 5 bar muscle ups
3-4: 8 dumbbell lunges + 8 box jump overs
4-5: 8 air squats + 8 GHD
Minutes 5-10, 15-20, 25-30:
0-2: 25 cal bike
2-3: 10 hang cleans + 10 dips
3-4: 8 dumbbell lunges + 8 box jump overs
4-5: 8 air squats + 8 GHD
Minute 30-32: 400m run
