I made the switch to Jeremy's and love it. My wife was taking my razors so I bought her a kit and she love it. 😎👍🇺🇸
I just got mine and they dull out faster than a sharp rock. I’ve not been impressed
I went from Gillette to Harry's and then I bought a year supply of Jeremy's. Out of the three they are the worst razors for shaving your head. There was no refunded discount offered so that was $100 wasted.
The truth about razors is you only need one blade. Safety razors are best.
Personally I wish three bladed razors were more common, Those extra blades seem to cause more cuts imo.
Jeremy doesn't love but he doesn't hate me. Happy to make business with someone who doesn't hate me
I had the same issue -- I felt like Jeremy did not grab and it tugged. I then went to my Gillette and it was so smooth. My issue: I really want Jeremy to succeed and kick the crap out of Harry's -- but Jeremy's has a lot of work to do to get a product better than Gillette. I will keep my subscription for a few months -- but I hope they keep innovating or I will have to give in and go with the brand I hate -- The brand that hates Men and tells us how bad we are -- Gillette. Jeremy -- work it and dont make me use Gillette -- I'm begging you.
I have a beard right now but when I shave I shave with a safety razor.
If you want a sharp blade throw a feather in there and go to own, not recommended for beginners though.
Blades are so cheap you can throw them out after each shave and still save money.

@@Coldgecko I haven't tried their razors but hopefully Jeremy's improves. I would look into getting a good ol fashion safety razor and use Jeremy's for their shaving cream to stop supporting Gillette
@@nothinleader I moved to a third party shave cream -- away from Gillette. Also stopped buying Hersheys and now no more Budweiser. I vote with my $$$.

Do Jeremys refills fit in Harry's Razors?
Got my set the other day too, works well but was expensive. Regardless I hadn't bought new razors in over a year because dollar shave club started dropping sponsorships based on the RUclips channel not being far left enough politically. Given that I was looking for a razor company for a year and JR started this because Harry's did the same thing to him that DSC did to someone I watch this was a no brainer for me.
Since this video I’ve shared a number of times and it’s good. I complained a bit but the JR is good. I wish I had that single razor at the top but that’s about it. The shade cream is great Rand the post shave lotion is good
@@TechinfluenceTV I agree. Not the best razor blades I've ever used but still good. I love the weight of the metal handle and the shave/post-shave creams are great. Still a bit expensive but I'm happy to spend more to not support corporations that base their business decisions on their politics.

I preferred the DSC blades, but they chose to go political. They contributed lots of $$$ to Black Lives Matter. You don’t keep me as a customer when you sponsor an organization that hates me! Jeremey’s is good, just not great. I’ll take good over woke.
Yeah that much hair, I’ve tried every brand, you can’t go that far without clogging my guy. Just switched to JR, love it, it’s not as good as my fav, Gillette Fusions, but considering cheaper price, and JR not judging their clients, I’m very happy w my JR
Just got my kit and although I love the premise of JR I just can’t. It’s like shaving with sandpaper and I still had rough spots after two passes. Not to mention they clog horrendously.
I wanted this to be a good product. The razor handle is awesome. But… the blades don’t shave close, it’s a rough (think cheap disposable razor) shave. I guess it’s back to DSC. I need a razor that’s smooth and consistent as I’m not only shaving myself, but my disabled adult son so comfort is imperative.
I’ve left my review with JR, and their response was to simply cancel my subscription.
I think as the iterate and improve the razor will be better but as it stands I think it’s decent enough and if it’s something that you want to support from a political perspective then it’s probably a good idea to stick with them
So how much are the blades? Is it $18 every two months? Do you also have to pay shipping?
As of today, the blade refills are $18. You can select every month, 3 months or 4 months for delivery. PLUS shipping of $8.99 = $26.99 + tax. :/
Good video. The Jeremy’s didn’t have the extra top trimming razor that I like to use, hopefully they add that in the future

Good presentation - Don't think you have applied the creme properly, so that will effect the ability of the medium to hydrate the hairs and allow a smooth stroke.
I tried it off camera with 1 day of stubble and it was much better but still I had to use a quarter sized amount of shave cream. And by the end there wasn’t enough cream to have a smooth stroke
I used to use Harry's now I use Jeremy and honestly think the Jeremy is a lot better and it's not as bulky You can shave under your nose a lot better I think blades are really nice and sharp. I just wish I could buy it out a store I don't have to do The subscription But maybe after a while a little change
The orange handle on my Harry's razor did not hold the cartridge too well. Slightest tug, and it would pop off. Harry sold a more deluxe handle but price was insane. I switched to Jeremy's and the hefty handle got dropped. The plastic latch assembly broke one ear off. Down to my last set of cartridges and will probablygo back to run of the mill stuff.
I received my Jeremy's Razor Kit about a couple of weeks ago. The razor is definitely much better than Harry's. It is an excellent razor. The handle is nice and heavy and got a really close smooth shave. I have already shaved about 7x and the blade is still nice, sharp and smooth. Really love the premium heavy handle.
Must’ve gotten a different company than my JR cuz I wouldn’t use these to shave the hairs off a dead horse. Cut my face more than any other razor I’ve used.

The lack of a blad on top is a big problem for me. I hope Jeremy's razors add that soon
I received my kid about 10 days ago. I really want to like JR, but for me, it's the worst shave I've ever had with a razor, including Harry's. It takes me 3 times as long as shave with these new JR blades. I'll probably step back until I see that the product is improving. Then, I'll try again.
DSC changed their blades in the last few months and it got WAYYY worse. I shave my face and head, let me tell you I take about 3x as long now to shave due to missing parts over and over again. It just doesn't shave like they used to. Several cartridges changed and still bad. Use the Jeremy's razor and although not perfect, it is superior. Now I only got 2 days without shaving typically or 3-4 at max and Jeremy's still did better on my comparisons. Old DSC was fantastic! I miss it... no idea why they changed but they did. For my head and face, Jeremy's has my vote for now.
Not sure why you didn't use the current DSC razor that is their own, rather than the Dorco razor they used to supply in the USA but stopped. 🤔🤔
The handle doesn't matter too much other than weight and balance. Pretty sure the two are very similar.
Wanted one for my collection, even though I had no intention of using it. I was waiting for the razor to be sold by itself because I didn't want all that other stuff, but now it sounds like I should be able to find a used one on ebay before too long.
I’ll sell you mine if u want it, things horrible, I still have the 4 pack of blades unopened. I had to use 3 of the main 4 just to get thru one shave

I had high hopes for the Jeremy's razors but they are cheap junk compared to the DSC razors unfortunately. DSC and their nonsense are the reason I cancelled them but I'm going to cancel the Jeremy's as well due to the poor quality. The search continues......
Great review...of course Jeremy's now has their new razor that has that trimmer blade on the back. Thanks for making this video. It was well done and I am looking to try Jeremy's myself.
Not sure but all these carts' - Pace line - being issued/ sourced at the same factory - Dorco in South Korea - can't see any plus-value' added by different brands, DSC or JR not to mention the generic/their own supermarket brands ...
The ultimate winner is Dorco, as Caesar put it, 'divide to rule'. YT is full of videos of guys discovering that DSC 4 blades will fit the 3,4,5,6,7 Dorco carts' and handle at half' the price...Same today, and Dorco Pace line common docking will fit all these new brands.
Got my kit today, and wet my face first. Works phenomenal. Get woke, go broke. Nuff said.
My order is finally on its way. I'd like to support Daily Wire, so hopefully it's decent and they improve in the future.
Since then I’ve shaved twice more and it’s good. You just can’t have long stubble

Haven't tried Jeremy's but Harry's blades hold their edge a good while.
They discontinued the DSC executive (which I liked) to cut cost . The new DSC is cheap. Harry's is junk. Going to try Jeremys.
It's a great razor and is not meant to shave a 4 day growth. If you are only going to shave once a week then use a single blade, or an electric one to groom it closer.
Until Jeremy's adds the trimmer blade, I'm not switching.

Totally disagree with this review. I’ve never tried Jeremy’s, but the locking mechanism for Dollar does not hold the razor in place. When I shave against the grain I’m constantly dealing with the razor falling off the handle. It’s also a pain every time I want to put on a fresh razor. The only criticism I have of Harry’s is that if I haven’t shaved for several days I’ll constantly have to rinse hair out because it clogs the razor. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried dollar and had the same problem both times.
Jeremy's now has a cartridge with a blade on the back. They have the 6 blade cartridge, like the one here, called the smooth 6 and a 5 blade cartridge with a 6th blade on the back.
Some parts of your shave were excluded. At first, I thought that your first few trial strokes with each razor were of lesser effectiveness because your hair' growth was too long; but later, you appeared to have done a good shave by how you appeared. With the multiblade systems, if hair growth is long enough, too much clogging the razor head.
I'm not convinced ..the Body Shop men's shaving cream with Maca Root, and the tea tree products are the best and the Harry's razors are my favorite..but try the Body Shop shaving cream and tea tree after shave balm..your face will feel the quality ingredients..
I've tried all but Harrys, Gillette still has the best. I like the cause behind Jeremy's Razors best by far. Dollar Shave club seems very cheap feeling and rough. Jeremy's have best handle, but the strip for sensitivity isn't very good.

I got my Jeremy's razors and was excited but I have to be honest ... the blades just aren't cutting it.
The handle is stellar and the post shave is nice but I just don't feel like I'm getting a quality shave.
I would agree the shorter your stubble is the easier it is to cut and shave. But they’re breaking into a industry that is heavily saturated and very mature. If you were to compare version 1.0 of any other product this would definitely be very comparable
I am so glad you did this comparison; Have been a greeat fan of Harry's from the beginning but I was making the transition from Gillette and Shick which were not good. Never used Dollar shave since I was so delighted with Harry. I thought the price point on the starter kit for Jeremy was high. Going to try Dollar based on this evaluation. Harry is out.

My first time subbing to a shave club I went with dollar shave club we will see how I like it 30 bucks a month a little expensive they should maybe rename from DOLLAR shave club lmao. Btw you look better with a beard imo.

tried everyman jack razor. worse one i ever tried..nice looking handle but thats as far as I can say..doesnt work well.going to try jeremys and hope its better.
You can try a safety razor if those didn't end up working out. Lots of different types of blades and the blades are dirt cheap.
Just let the weight of the razor do the cutting for you
switched from dollar shave club because they changed the razor and blade and I did not want to support them anymore due to the politics. However, Jeremy‘s isn’t doing it for me. it grabs my hairs and pulls them but doesn’t cut them. maybe I should just lay the money down for Gillette
I've tried Harry's, Dollar Shave Club, and now Jeremy's. DSC was easily the best, Harry's was mediocre, and unfortunately Jeremy's was genuinely painful to use. It snagged and pulled and felt like sandpaper unfortunately. They've got a long way to go

Just so annoyed by the Woke BS that seems to be infiltrating our polity and everyday life these days. Gonna write Harry's and tell them so they'll know, FWIW. But now I feel even better about making the switch! Other than their caving to idiots on Twitter who want to shame anyone who enjoys a bit of common sense, I never had a problem with Harry's razors, but then I'm not very discerning, lol, and usually quite easily pleased! But maybe they DO suck. I was fascinated to see you shave with just cream and NOT sloshing warm/hot water all over your face! I thought you HAD to use hot water to soften up whiskers or they would pull and hurt? (Maybe I've had this happen? Can't recall) But just the cream, huh? I wish I could shave against the grain. No matter what razer I use, I breakout on rashes and acne. So I just have to shave with the grain, everyday
With Harry’s it’s almost impossible to shave against the grain without getting razor burns and cuts.

I don’t know if I want to put anything on my face that would make it feel “airy.” Also, saying something has a “much wider girth” is like saying “This tree is much taller in height.” (It makes you sound a little silly) 🤨😂 I’m just being annoying which, my kids assure me, I’m very good at. After 3 months I can't take it anymore. Wanted Jeremy's to succeed as I boycotted Harry's for the stunt they pulled. Don't know what is wrong but get a worse shave than I got with Harry's.
Dude, you shaved wrong in this video. Sorry to critique, but you need to prep your face before you shave. Ttust me, it makes a WORLD of difference. Also, try using safety razors and shaving brushes and soaps sometime. They're fantastic and very economical.
I wanted to like these but unfortunately they are horrible blades. You WILL NOT GET A CLOSE SHAVE with these. Look, all blades are expensive now a days. If I'm going to pay then I will choose whichever blade works best for the price. These are not it right now.

Tried Jeremy’s because they are made in the USA , used two and threw the rest away , it’s unfortunate that Gillette although woke is a much superior razor , have used Harry’s for a while then the shaves got bad , had to go to Gillette 😩
