IMO, Angelina’s authenticity, honesty and humbleness contribute to her magnetism when she performs. I’ve heard reactors say Angelina has the rare ability to command the room. I would like to add that by saying she is capable of captivating performances because the audience instinctively senses the pureness of her soul and her authenticity. There isn’t a pretentious bone in Angelina’s body. She is completely legitimate. Angelina’s massive talent is organic, in that I mean what exits her mouth is pure, uncorrupted and unfiltered. Her humbleness and honesty prevent her ego from getting in the way of her performances. We feel and sense that about her when she performs and it is why Angelina draws us to her like moths to a flame. Angelina, the person, is what we all aspire to be.

This little lovely girl with too many missing teeth and crazy hair turned to a gorgeous teenager and she is becoming more and more beautiful as she growing and I can say for sure that she has everything ( ridiculously gorgeous very tall very humble and caring and compassionate and above all very amazing and unique voice with unbelievable versatility) to be a living legend great reaction as always darling 🙏🙏👍👍💙💙
Here is a quote from Angelina from an interview with TV2 after her Audions NTG 2014. "The reason I chose this song is completely random. I love jazz, but" Gloomy Sunday "was random. It was a night I could not sleep and my mother was stressed that I was awake long after midnight. Then I borrowed my mom's iPad where I wanted to listen to jazz on RUclips before I fell asleep. Then came a picture of a beautiful lady screaming at the sky and with her eyes closed. I heard the song "Glommy Sunday" that night and then I had to hear it every day. I love the melody. I understood well what the text was about because I know English well. Every time I sang it I felt something special about it, it's hard to explain in words. When I sang it for mom, she said that this song is nice, but that it was incredibly sad song. ". 😷✌️😷💯 *AJ* 💯
I cannot feel sad, when she is singing, I only feel her love to the world. She often send us positive energy and lovely message over IG.

Sabina, the love overflowth! You are exactly right. When we watch Angelina sing to us it is much more than that. She is singularly responsible to bring back music from years ago to people of all ages and she does it with flair. The tone of her voice, all of the ornaments that put her signature on each song, her interpretation of the lyrics and her ability to make the song hers while still respecting the original version are there for all to see and listen. But, Angelina, the person, touches our heart as well because her inner beauty is extraordinary and she can stand before us and not even sing a note and already we are smiling and feeling the warmth that comes over us radiating from her soul. She is kind, respectful, loving and understands the way we feel about her and she doesn't want to lose that. Her goal is to bring joy to everyone combined with a message of hope and you will better believe down the road she will be in the forefront of making sure every child on the planet has shoes to wear!
Sabina, I believe most of her fan base (angels!) listen to her everyday, think about her everyday and introduce her to someone new everyday. We are not talking about kids here. Grown men in their 70's and 80's are hoping they live long enough to watch Angelina grow and grow. There is something very special going on here and Angelina's humbleness has a way of drawing us in. Most importantly, we pray for her (in our own ways), wish her well and want her to continue what she enjoys most. To sing to us with love in her heart.

We need to rethink about anyone else who we had said was born to sing, as I now believe Angelina is the only one in my lifetime. Born with perfect timing, rhythm and mastery of negative space allows her to deliver a song unlike any other vocalist. I truly believe she is a once in forever musical artist. I do apologize for spoiling your planned surprise during your recent live stream and apologize even more for not watching some of your other reactions. I need more hours in a day and I think you can understand why most of my time on RUclips is spent with Angelina.

I will add to the others who want you to react to “I Who Have Nothing “ at age six. You will see the joy she receives from singing. She actually recorded four songs in the sound booth at her school. Rolling In The Deep, Hurt, Sky Fall and most notably I Who Have Nothing. At this point in her life English is her third language. She speaks Norwegian, Persian and English. As she is singing she is reading the lyrics in English. She is also learning to play piano, violin and flute at this time along with normal school work, singing and voice lessons. Just add reading music. Today she is an “A” student with aptitude for math.

Angelina is as authentic as it gets. At this early stage, she was improving so fast that each of the 4 performances in NGT over a few months is better than the one before. It's astounding how she improved so quickly. Nice reaction, I agree with what you said.
I wouldn't say better... because this performance is one of my absolute favorites. It's the first that I heard from her, but it is also one of the rawest. And her little imperfections made it even more emotional. I instantly was in tears. I couldn't understand how a little girl could be much more soulful than most (or any) adults I heard before, especially in these modern times.
What I would concede is that technically she improved, but of all NGT, I've always loved this one the most. Making it also one of my all time favorite renditions~
After NGT she never stops to move with her creativity.

I have broken my back 3 different times and wake in terrible pain every morning. If I listen to Angelina I just get lost and amazed and totally forget my pain and can end up wasting half the day listening to and watching her videos and all the reactions. A choir of angels must have sung her into existence. She is such an old soul and so sweet and kind and the story of why she sings barefoot is so amazing.( she gave her shoes to a poor homeless girl and promised to sing barefoot till every child has shoes) She is a gift to the world.

Speaking of “totally open and authentic”... literally the only thing
I have seen today approaching the level of authenticity, joy and beauty in this performance by Angelina was the joy and the smile on your face as you were listening to and watching it. There are many kinds of reactors and reactions out there from the highly technical to the (sometimes overly) emotional, the analytical and many others. You could’ve literally ended that video after the performance ended without saying another word and everything that needed to be said about it would’ve already been said by the expressions on your face. It was actually very inspiring to be able to see how she was affecting you emotionally in the same way she affects me and so many others.
I think there are a number of things that make Angelina’s performances special; it’s not just one. You were talking about her authenticity and I completely agree; that is such a huge part of what makes her who she is. Of course, she has immense skill with respect to her instrument. It was already on display in this performance and as we know, just kept getting better and better over the years. Perhaps most important is the way she can use that authenticity and those skills to convey the meaning and feeling of a song in a way that is both powerful and genuine. It’s about how she is to connect with her audience and move them on that level.
You described almost exactly my feelings and reactions when I discovered her. " my heart gets filled with love ". I still cry when I listen to her , a whole year later. Live your words and observations about her. Thank you.
I like that you said whenever you listen to Angelina you are filled with love. I think this is a common reaction to her, and one of the reasons her fans love her so much. That authenticity you spoke of is present in everything she does. There is an 4 minute interview with her that was done backstage at AGT where you can really get a sense of what a truly sweet and humble person she is (not sure if I can post links here, but you can find it on my channel). This interview is a really good look at her personality. She has a certain grace about her that just exudes love and kindness. From everything I have seen, this at the core of her personality, so I don't think we will be seeing it fade as she grows older.
You still have so many more incredible performances to see from this barefoot angel. I will be looking forward to your next one :)
Rusty, I'm a little concerned that her new record company may have missed a basic element of what makes Angie, Angie. As Sabina says, her authenticity, Angie raw. She doesn't need overdubs and flashing from one scene to another. Most of her best work is just standing or sitting there singing, it's mesmerizing. What Sune Amtoft did with Wicked Game was wonderful, if you must make a production out of it. Her one minute Heal The World, I think would do just that if she did the whole song.
Yes I agree but she does have a stubborn streak not about most things except her music she knows what and how she wants it to be and demands that she gets it and Republic better make sure she's happy cause this young lady will have a long career .

Angelina is an angel on and off stage. She is, and always has been, a very very nice person.
She also has the amazing ability to intuit the feelings to convey with a song even though she has not yet personally experienced them.
Gloomy Sunday is a good example of this, being a very dark sad song. Just ask any other 7yo to sing that song and you will see what I mean.
She is, and always has been, magic.

When she won Norways got talent her Mom asked her what she wanted to do with the money she said donate it to charity, there's a video of Angelina in preschool where the class is singing Christmas songs and she's upset and won't sing because she wants to sing jazz not Christmas songs, its a great video she will be the number one singer in the world i have no doubt.
Sabina I will get plenty of negative remarks for bring this up here. But there is another young lady that is going to be a star in her own right. I want to say before I go any further. I love Angelina and I was saying she was going to be a superstar since 2017. The first song I saw her sing was what should be the next video you watch. She sings another Billie Holiday number, it is, ' I'm A Fool To Want You'. She sings this song A Capella. I did, and still think, this was the single most amazing performance I've seen. That an 8 year old could step up to a mic and tear this performance out of the Universe, should have been next to impossible, but there it is.
But three nights before I witnessed another young lady who at the time thought I was witness to the birth of a Superstar. This girl was 10 at the time and would eventually be the second most well-known singer in her homeland of Kazakhstan. The name of this singer is Daneliya Tuleshova. What launched Daneliya into the visible level of the music world was a performance on The Voice Kids Ukraine. She sang, 'Stone Cold' that went viral and at this present time has been viewed more than 65 million times. What I wanted you to do is react to the first half of this blind audition, then continue to listen to the second half where she sings a song, 'TriMay' that is a very special song to the people of Ukraine. The whole audition is 10:30 seconds. You also need to hear what was said by all the judges/coaches about her. It will seem very familiar. This is why I call Daneliya and Angelina, 'My Twins'. I will go into more detail when you post your reaction to Daneliya.
Again I will probably get negative remarks, but I feel you knowing about Daneliya is as important knowing as Angelina, and I would have done the same for Angelina had the rolls been reversed.

Dear Sabina 🌷I just adore Angelina! She has no nervousness because she sang the song without rushing the pace. The story about Gloomy Sunday is that the song is so sad that it drove some listeners to suicide 😬
But I be always loved this song and it’s not covered much at all. The first version I heard was by Billy Holiday.

If you listen to Billy Holiday singing this song, and then Angelina, one could really get afraid about her. Never I can remember anyone channel the feeling and singing of Billy, like this little girl did in the age of 7. And it was not only the singing, but touching ones soul, like Billy did. Never has been a better singer walking on earth , than Billy Holiday. Some were equal. Angelina has the same ability to touch someones soul. I hope and wish, she never has to suffer, as Billy had to, that things go better this time. It think, this was, what the judge meant, when he said "... lived many lives..."
What a great reaction Sabina, and so on point. The young ladies immeasurable talent and voice is one thing but, her humble caring sweet soul is what makes you drawn to her, and she has not changed. Wonderful upbringing by her parents and of course her Grandparents too, especially Grandma, Mery whom she takes much inspiration from. Love your reaction! Saw all your AJ reactions. She is special not only does she have a great voice and such musicality. She can sing anything and make it her own. She is really gifted. I have many seen great young musicians before but never so complete at such a young age. It seems so easy for her as if it is oozing out her. I know that this took a lot of work from her to get there but it seems so effortless. Simply amazing. You should react to "I'd rather be blind" one of her best cover. Where she shows a very different style. Also there is "It's a man world" and "Feeling good". For something more modern Her covers of Lana Del Rey are excellent. 3 video of AJ singing her own compositions are online: "What is life"(she was 11 I believe), "Shield" (she was 12) and "Millions miles" (She was 14).

Angelina has never sung a song, she always sings emotions. Even at age 7.
Sabina, Everything you said made perfect sense and very well stated. She has a way to get the listener to connect with the song. AJ is fearless in that she lets us in on her rehearsals or recording booth and even home videos and showing no signs of nervousness when singing or being interviewed or singing before world leaders and celebrities. Self confident to the core and of course inspirational. "Feeling Good" Live on the Stream Gir Tilbake, at age 10, is a fan favorite that Angelina arranged and performed better than any of the many renditions I've ever listened to. there is an OMG performance. ( so many people today are now using OMG as a VERB!. ) that was ( I believe) inadvertently left off one of her Lps /CDs. It’s an OMG song titled “ Lazy Afternoon”. Important that you react to the “ terry shannon” rendition 3 minutes 45 second. The performance is HUGHLY enhanced by his beautiful color photos that matches the ongoing lyrics.

Thank you for another reaction to Angelina. I watched and listened to this performance when it was first uploaded to RUclips and immediately became a fan. But, as marvellous as this performance is, Angelina progressively improves
during the succeeding performances. To witness this for yourself, I suggest you work through the sequence of NGT performances by Angelina. However, before you do so, watching and listening to her at the age of 6 will let you see and experience something most 6-year-old children would not even attempt.
