I have a few tips if you are thinking of trying any of these DIY's. ************** It's not a good idea to cover your attic opening, especially with vinyl. The openings are there for a reason. I have 3 in my, 1400 sq ft, house. Why so many openings in such a small house you ask? Has to do with the shape of my roof and being able to access everything in the attic. Never know if you will need to do ductwork repairs or have any electrical issues in the future. ************** The pennies on the floor: Make sure you check each penny prior to permanently securing it to the floor for it's value. Some pennies are worth over $100,000. Rare? Yes, but someone has to find them, why not you? 😁

Most of us aren't designers so when we try using dark colours, we screw it up. There was a design show on the Canadian tv station HGTV, called Colour Confidential, and she would quite often paint a room dark, and it would look incredible. If you know what you're doing, it shouldn't matter what colour you choose.
When you use tape to separate colors, ALWAYS paint the tape edge with the SAME color that is under the tape. When your paint bleeds UNDER the tape ( and it WILL ) you have the wall color under the tape, and NOT the accent color. = PERFECT LINE.😎

I would hang pictures from the top at different heights to make a divider with more of a presence
I have a few tips if you are thinking of trying any of these DIY's. **************
It's not a good idea to cover your attic opening, especially with vinyl. The openings are there for a reason.
I have 3 in my, 1400 sq ft, house. Why so many openings in such a small house you ask? Has to do with the shape of my roof and being able to access everything in the attic. Never know if you will need to do ductwork repairs or have any electrical issues in the future.

The pennies on the floor:
Make sure you check each penny prior to permanently securing it to the floor for it's value. Some pennies are worth over $100,000. Rare? Yes, but someone has to find them, why not you? 😁
How can this make you mad? You're crazy
The fabric for the sofa would cost more than a sofa. Yeah, a few staples should do it. I covered a sofa myself, I had to sew( you can't cover cushions with a stapler) and the curved bits were very difficult. It might just have the opposite effect.
Yeah they made that look wayyyyy to easy!
@Guido Loko like most RUclips videos. I've tried a few myself😂
Loved so many of the cleaver ideas.
My favourite was right near the beginning, the marble effect table . Not that impressed with some of the others .
6:14 unless that wood is pressure treated, being so close to a source of heat and steam, your going to have trouble with it in a few years.
My 2 year old LOVES the barn door sliders. He thinks it's a ride
I'm an Admin on a DIY group and this is a very popular way to tidy up pieces where you maybe in rented homes or just need a quick fix.
Most of these tips will make your home look tacky.
Half of these people already having luxury homes XD
You have to just love everything.I love and admire these God-given gifts, just beautiful !!
Great ideas, I will have a look around home what can I replicate from here 😜
I wish you wealth and a joyous perspective of our better choices
If you intend to use painted tiles seal it well or cover in resin and place something on the resin to make an slight indent where tiles joins together. Really pumps up the illusion.
Son unos genios, felicitaciones😍
I loved it, what an amazing team. Lovely, just amazing !💕💕💕💕💕
I just love the initiative seen displayed here!
A lot of ideas arent good.
I am just blown away with everyone of the masterpieces 😊♥️♥️
but this "modern" design just looks tacky.
All of these ideas are wonderful! Thanks for sharing!!
She painted the tile! Divorced!

Oh a cork board! Right on the money
Faux marble table top awesome.
Loved this, thank you
"fake high end looks."
that's called "china."
The value of the bathroom at 1:54 was actually brought down significantly or rather anyone pulling up those now tacky tiles will be sorely disappointed to realize how nice the tiles underneath are
Putting unplanned untreated rough sawn softwood around a hot radiator what could possibly go wrong??
I think the whole idea is the radiator would b useless if u were turning it n2 a piece of furniture 😆
🤣
I like it, except the covering of the radiator that's a fire 🔥🚒 waiting to happen
The problem with this is that real people don't care. Do it for you, not for others. They don't give af about you at the end of the day
Y’all are serious. Game on. 😍
Great ideas .. creative design anyway 👍🏻👍🏻
Why are all these women so dang beautiful!!! Appearance is everything to them I guess. 😂😂😂
Dark colors make a room look smaller...
Most of us aren't designers so when we try using dark colours, we screw it up. There was a design show on the Canadian tv station HGTV, called Colour Confidential, and she would quite often paint a room dark, and it would look incredible. If you know what you're doing, it shouldn't matter what colour you choose.
If you're renting and can't have anything permanent, there's some good ideas here.
Can someone come and fix my leaking roof!?! 😂
Just put a high-end blue tarp on it
You need paint, and a stenciled pattern. 😀
Hit it with your purse.
It's your space, fix it up the way you want. I say to hell with all the negative stuff. There's nothing wrong with DIY,stay creative.
Lots of people have good points about stuff not lasting well that would be good for novices to know who would want to try it 🤷♂️
Links to the products would've been a lot better than links to the designers...
The stretch ceiling is something I'd like to see more of, in detail
For the garage door most of those are metal I would use magnets in the shape of this squares and the hinges and handles.
When you use tape to separate colors, ALWAYS paint the tape edge with the SAME color that is under the tape. When your paint bleeds UNDER the tape ( and it WILL ) you have the wall color under the tape, and NOT the accent color. = PERFECT LINE.😎
I really need to talk to that lady who installed the TV frame.
Me too! Did she put the cord in the wall or hid it well?
Ty so muchh this really inspired me for my bedroom transformation!!
LOVED the pennies!!!
Ahahaha I read it wrong at first.
@anamatovic AYOOOOOO
Kind of sad, that we can't appreciate the simple things in life, I'm happy the way things already are, it isn't "ugly" or basic, it's just us being ungrateful 🙁✝️💜
Not necessarily. Some minds are more creative than others and a joy is found in the creation or upcycling of things. It doesn’t mean a person is ungrateful or unappreciative…
That's what you got from this? Creativity is ungrateful? This is why I'm not religious. Just cruel
@@Chic_Ken Cruel, naive, and kind of stupid…
Kelsey! I hope you created a new access to the attic, after boldly covering up the access in the hallway with the laminate. Neat look, though.
The husband and I congratulate ourselves if we can manage to put a shelf on the wall so that it is (a) straight; and (b) doesn’t fall off as soon as you put something on it that’s heavier than a paperback. Most of these ideas need talent, tools, and energy.
Great ingenuity! Love it when peeps think outside the box. Been on life’s hard edge before - nice to do a face lift especially if you’re free-cycling. GREAT IDEAS THANKS FOR SHARING ‼️‼️❣️
Wow bellissimo todo.. saludos dsd Argentina BENDICIONES

What kind of glue was used to stick the lights under the kitchen cupboards please? 🙏
I think the light strip comes with adhesive on the back of them. A friend of mine put them under her kitchen island.
@@afletcher257 thank you🙏🙏
Wow amazing 😎
Immediately I have a problem.. the chick is using stickers on her garage door.. those things will get destroyed in no time especially if they are going to get direct sunlight.
