    Thank you Dr Baxter, for all your work and for this vlog. I can testify that your findings regarding TRE that incorporates good vegan food and calorie restriction is absolutely correct. I adopted such a diet 5 months ago (although I have eaten what I have considered a good vegan diet for a number of years). The difference is that now the majority of my meals are raw cruciferous vegetables. I exclude sugar and most oils. I eat only between noon and six o’clock in the evening. I know I have lost a lot of weight; I do not know how much as I entered this regime for health reasons and did not want to make it about scale numbers. Your blogs are such a motivation and I feel in a good place as I enter my 8th decade. Bless you and thank you again.
