I live in a Houston suburb. My husband and I are in our 70’s and we are new to WFPB since Feb 1. It’s easier than we thought. We have no desire to go back to the standard American diet. And we feel better than we have in a long time.

@@jgrysiak6566 yes I have lost 9-10 pounds and I’m so happy. I would like it to be more, but I have been on Prednisone for over a year now. Unfortunately I gained 50 pounds while on the prednisone and have found nothing to help me get that weight off until WFPB, and I’ve tried every diet out there. I’ve had a rough year, but if I stay on this track, I should be off of the Rx by the end of April or early May. I feel more like myself since going WFPB and have no plans to get off.

I just love Dr Montgomery! After seeing him on your show I started watching his videos. Now I learn he has a restaurant! My husband & I will definitely have to make it a destination on our trip out west.

Great food! I visited the Garden Kitchen on March 8,2024 the day before the conference. I enjoyed the food. They served the jackfruit platter that day. One of the clients there let me taste an avocado toast. It was great! I had the best smoothie that I have ever had.

Wow! Great presentation. I didn't know any cardiologists were doing raw food for detox and healing. Wonderful! I can't wait for his book.

Very surprised to see Dr. Baxter promoting a raw vegan protocol. Raw Foods are always good for proper and deeper healing!

My DIL brother at 52, passed from a blood clot after a return visit to ER that he visited the day before.. his symptoms were fainting and this was the day after Thanks Giving. My question would be tweaking a clean diet/fast even or having blended soups to help clean his arteries would have helped? If anyone has any input it would help.

Some people including some doctors agree that good quality whisky 🥃 before bed is a good blood thinner couple of sips that's all..
