    How many reps of each would you do in each session daily?

      I would not say exact reps. Everyone is different and needs to work differently. But I would not spend over 20 minutes for vsit. If you are in good shape. 20 minutes for 3 days per week should be enough! Eventually you will get it!

    These exercises would probably help me learn the L-sit to handstand transition as well.
