Sorry..had to wipe mine away to read your comment. My big brother brought this home the day it dropped back in 73. I was 8 year old the first time we listened to it end to end. Still hits me the way it did that first time.
Some people may find this morbid, but hey I'm about to turn 52 in a couple weeks and I have a young daughter. So yeah I've got a list going of songs I'd like played at my funeral. Brain damage/eclipse is definitely on the list
I love your videos. It's awesome to watch y'all when you do Pink Floyd. I always say there is music, there are many genres of music, and then there's Pink Floyd. They composed the music in movements. You have to listen to the entire album to get a better understanding. I saw a laser light show years ago to Pink Floyd's The Wall. Simply amazing, like an out-of-body experience.
Was it August of 2017, when we had the chance to see that total solar eclipse in the U.S.? I wanted to put myself in the path of it, but it would have required about a 400 mile drive north of where I live. But I remember thinking it would be cool to listen to Eclipse DURING it. The length of the song matched the actual event.
That's quite an amazing image, I wonder if I could try replicating that in a video..... interesting! But of course the real life experience would be the ultimate !
Great video thnx. It's nice to watch peoples experience of listening for the first time as sometimes we can forget what it was like for ourselves. Personally I was too young at the time as I was 9/10 years old when I first started to listen to Pink Floyd and too young to appreciate Roger's lyrics but as you get older the songs take on a different meaning.
These tracks affect everyone differently, however what typically happens is when you get older the tracks become stronger and even more enjoyable and are very often relatable. Cheers!
The voice you hear saying “there is no dark side of the moon, it’s all dark”. That is Syd Barrett who came to the studio and was caught on an open mic.
Shout out to all the people who were twenty-somethings in the 90's, who were working as restaurant dishwashers on the 10pm to 6am shift, and who would hear this song on local classic rock stations, and especially if it was a Saturday night. I realize shoutouts are lame but I feel like there are other people who were in that same situation, and regularly experienced this song in that very narrow Venn diagram
Not one person let the song play to the very end. The last thing that was said at the end was: "There is no dark side of the moon, really. Matter of fact, it's all dark." Too bad ya'll couldn't wait till the album was completely over. By the way, the man's name was Syd Barrett, and he was Schizophrenic and he did too much acid. Yeah, been there, done that...the whole state hospital experience. That's what Brain Damage is describing.
The one reaction to this that I wanted to see happen would have been from Kel and Rich. But I take it from the conspicuous absence that Kell had heard it before
Can you please comment one-at-a-time how are we supposed to hear anything you guys are saying. Now with that said I appreciate that you reviewed this album
I like the one video... I think Rush YYZ, where you edited the comments one at a time. This format feels like I am experiencing schizophrenia towards the end.
20, 50, 100 years from now people will still be listening to and marveling at Pink Floyd's music.
Another brilliant video.
Occasionally I feel like I’m going to drop a few tears of joy when this album finishes, it’s just that good.
Always do, always have...always will!
Truly
I do feel the same way, it's amazing

Eclipse as the end of the album always gets me. Always. Especially the close with the incredible sound of the organ
Pink Floyd‘s music literally takes you for a ride. It’s some deep shit....
I remember being in the last Roger Waters concert when those songs came. What a magical moment.
I want this song played at my funeral

The reaction voices at the end of "Eclipse"...is an epic! Well done!
Soul Train bro is intense but always has something great to say.
Yep. I've been watching his Steely Dan videos this week. They're excellent.
First thing when I look at the video-- I'm thinking there CANNOT be this many people on Earth who haven't heard this album.

Watching Vin and Sori is like watching paint dry.
I like them though.
Joey Da Prince is digging it and grooving to the 🎶🎵🎶🎶🎵🎶🎶🌙🌙🌙👽🌙🌙🌙👽🌙🌙🌙
I think they try to over analyze things whereas most of the others just feel it.
@@michaelserby7697 That voice!! Whoooeee!

Lol. The kid on the bottom left is asking you to subscribe before the song is even over. Lol.
I have albums older than him. White boy, please.

I did the same thing. with headphones on listening to P. F. on RUclips. ❤ 💙 🌙🌙🌙 🌙🌙🌙 🌙🌙🌙 🌙🌙🌙 😎
It’s great to get immersed in the music but it seems a few aren’t even paying attention to the lyrics so you’re missing half of the experience
Classic Pink Floyd ❤ 🎶🎵🎶💙 🇬🇧🌙🌙🌙

I love #4; he truly appreciates the grandeur of this song. The 2 clowns at #7 look they're listening to frog farts.
Great video! 😁
When you still get chills and tears after listening to this for 50 years!
Subbed to make it 345 xD
Love the videos man and thank god for Pink Floyd

One of the best rock songs ever written

There’s never too many psychedelics to do
you know its a landmark album when it still blows peoples minds, thru the fact that its still VERY relevant after 50 years.
brings tears to my eyes, fuck man im 62yrs,love it
Pink Floyd is more addictive than drugs ❤
Totally sublime , thankyou 👍
This is my favorite song from Pink Floyd and then Comfortably Numb.
My heart goes boom , every time you walk in the room
Go Joey Go Joey lol Great job again guys at MULTI REACT A THON like i said i stop here first when i make my rounds.. :o)
That's pure quality Skip! Cheers!
Awesome! thnx
Andy and Joey get immersed in the music and lyrics ❤️ that!!!
Soul Train Bro is probably as well, but I can’t hear him 😕
Watching this is such a very Pink Floyd experience, somehow. I mean, it feels like it was part of that album somehow
Brilliant
Reason way Pink Floyd has two 💎 albums... PS I have tape record CD 7 CD copy's of it over years losing them for different reasons
Only pink floyd can do that tipe of music ,simple amazing
I don’t think Vin& Sori we’re sure about this genius 😊
This is one of my favorite tunes to play on guitar!!! I have a cover of this on my channel.
The one reaction to this that I wanted to see happen would have been from Kel and Rich. But I take it from the conspicuous absence that Kell had heard it before
Do The YES Relayer album.
Its brilliance....

Let me be the first to say...''there is no dark side of the moon really...matter of fact, it's all dark''
Soul train is the best!!!
Bedlam at the end when everybody talking at once
Vin and Sori completely disrespected this genius of band. They should be banned from earth.
weaboo and joey da prince are right on.
think NUTTA and looking into the mind of someone who has lost the plot!" Hello is there anybody in there! lights on but no one home!
Where was Brain Damage though? They all started with Eclipse, Brain Damage starts earlier....
With everyone talking over each other at the start and after the music, it almost sounded like a Floyd song itself. 👍
it's all dark really
COP THAT YANKY 🇬🇧🙃🇬🇧🙃🇬🇧🙃🇬🇧🙃
