Thanks for changing the end where you used to have everyone talking over each other! Much better format, IMO. Also, can’t go wrong with anything by Pink Floyd 😀
'Forward they cried from the rear, and the front rank died......'. or as it's put in another song, 'The ones that call the shots won't be among the dead and maimed, and on each end of the rifle we're the same.'
@@LiberalsArePoop I'd feel bitter, as well. I have the luxury of not having lost any of my immediate family to war, though my grandfathers both suffered greatly. All wars have been bankers' wars.
Never was a fan of The Dark Side of The Moon when I was younger, but closer to my 23 I have learned to appreciate it, till my mind came up with the conclusion that this is, probably one of the best albums ever written by any musical artist of any genre. I thought that The Wall, Wish You Were Here, The Division Bell, and Atom Heart Mother were better, until one day I decided to listen to it. And then I listened it again, and again, and again, and again... and again, and again, and again, and again... It is now definitely my second favorite album ever (The first one is Queen's Innuendo album).
Absolutely Superb Format now. Perfect. We can listen to the song without any voices in the foreground but observe their reactions. Then we have a pause and they all speak, clearly and individually then the conclusion of the song and then their verbal reactions going round clockwise. That, for me, is IDEAL on every level. I saw Pink Floyd debut this Album which was in the charts for 1,500 WEEKS in 1973 at London's18,000 Earls Court and the ticket cost £1 or $ 1.34 ...lol
Hi coming from England When I was in my Teens Listening to PINK FLOYD They made some awesome Music Dark side of the moon TWENTY five years At number one USA Album Charts. I am now retired and still listening to this Awesome music keep on listening to PINK FLOYD All the best from Nottinghamshire UK👍👍👍👍👍
Kudos and accolades to your video editing abilities. This song (and Pink Floyd) exceeds music barriers with it's timeless abilities. I know you have already done a Comfortably Numb Pulse reaction, but other people have experienced since and it would a great pleasure to see another Multi Reaction of them.
Dark Side... talking about Us and Them. Look at the cover! This is a theme concept album. There is meaning in the literal lyrics sure, but like any great work of art, there is the meaning each one of us sees in it! The One LIght enters the prism of the world, and then becomes the many colors... Us and Them. This for me, makes that sax the most soulful, plaintive cry I have ever heard. This is universal. We can all be moved by this.
Of course the song is about War,especially ( I think) World War 1 when The Generals from the back and well away from the deadly action sent their troops forward to die in the thousands " On 1 July 1916, the British forces suffered 57,470 casualties, including 19,240 fatalities. They gained just three square miles of territory. ".......The situation perfectly encapsulated by the brilliant UK Comedy " Blackadder Goes Forth" starring Pre-House:Hugh Laurie, Pre Mr.Bean:Rowan Atkinson and Stephen Fry where after The General says to a terrified soldier about to,inevitably, die......"If you should falter then don't worry we are right behind you!" to which Blackadder replies " YES! About 35 MILES BEHIND YOU !" :(
I was a wee child in the back of my uncle's 67 camero on the way home from whalom park. It is what made me become a saxophonist. I had the pleasure of seeing them on division bell tour...
PF is the best band ever, in my opinion. Gilmour isn't a shredder, but I've ever "felt" guitar like what he constructs. And Dark Side of the Moon is arguably a top ten greatest albums of all time.
@Don Henry III if she wasn’t a fan before, she most certainly a Floyd fan now. That’s their specialty. Making regular fans of blues, jazz, hard rock into Pink Floyd fans. Pink Anderson and Floyd Council would be fans, guaranteed.
As much as I love this. the music, the lyrics, and the sound quality. I have to give pause to the fact that this was from back in 73. Not enough O's in smooth for these guys.
Im hoping that as we Listen "with, with, with, with, with, Without,. no repeating. This might be a reach, but they left that little bit act of repeating a word in the song (Without) ..that throughout the song,we hear the melodic repeating. So ,in my musical opinion, its relevant to time.We all know as we age,my self included we see what we have heard and have heard what we see, aka(forest thru the trees thing). It makes me ponder then,on our lives ,getting the most out of it ,OR one big atomic wedgie, lololo I jest. EverytimeI hear this album or the band for that matter, I am in wonderment, centered, so at ease to take on another day of cynical consumption. Thank you Gentlemen for your Gift of music to me is always the First to unwrap God Bless, AMEN.
Think it's about a couple of things. Roger's dislike of the military establishment as well as society not taking care of its people. "For want of the price of tea and a slice, the old man died".

It's a recurring theme and I believe it all stems from Roger's father dying in WWII and the bitterness he has forever felt about that.

Bel video, continua così!
Un brano epico che narra di guerra e morte ma con un sound dolcissimo.
Solo dei grandi come loro potevano farlo

The great Anti War song of all time.

We all need to listen to Pink Floyd's Us and Them. Like it's the first time, as it is for these people. Stop all this division.
“Up and down, and in the end it’s only round and round.”
And who knows which is which and who is who
I was a wee child in the back of my uncle's 67 camero on the way home from whalom park. It is what made me become a saxophonist. I had the pleasure of seeing them on division bell tour...
Keziah and Crown Family GET IT! They 'FEEL' the music in their soul. I was vibin' out with them. 👌🎼🎶
My absolute Go-to song, their music is so very important to me.
PF is the best band ever, in my opinion. Gilmour isn't a shredder, but I've ever "felt" guitar like what he constructs. And Dark Side of the Moon is arguably a top ten greatest albums of all time.
a simple song easy to learn and it grows on you, masterpeace.

Thnx again for another great video.
Pink Floyd is a Philosophy as it transcends music....
this whole album is on its own level of genious.
Imagine pulling this out of thin air. 😮🙃😮🙃😮🙃😮
You see why this album sold 60 million copies
I be luck to see them live 8 or 9 time and still listen today age 64
As much as I love this. the music, the lyrics, and the sound quality. I have to give pause to the fact that this was from back in 73. Not enough O's in smooth for these guys.
The most beautiful song about thousands and thousands of soldiers dead and dying in pieces all over the battlefield.

Another journey trip to the brain and brain and emotions by Pink Floyd
Thank for making this !
Have you got enough for "Have a Cigar"?
Yes! Great track! Thanks!
And not a joint in sight
Think it's about a couple of things. Roger's dislike of the military establishment as well as society not taking care of its people. "For want of the price of tea and a slice, the old man died".
How can anyone talk during this song? You listen and float away
Once you hear them you want more
Floyd stirs the soul.
Fabulous, Fabulous channel 🤗👍❤️
I sing the body electric...with all due respect to Weather Report.
Don't close your eyes you'll go to sleep
My guess is it was based on the First World War, the absolute slaughter and futility war in the trenches!!😢
Good job 👍
Vin And Sori are the classic Muricans... don't care where the band is from, the song must be about USA history... vietnam??, soldiers??, WTF???
Well, it IS about Vietnam. This was made in 1973 during the Vietnam War.
Just think…these guys were singing about this decades ago…
I introduced Pink Floyd to my 18 yr old niece recently, and thought it was a new band. That’s how way far ahead Pink Floyd is.
Where’d y’all go???
wtf are vin and sori talking about?
Queen=live aid reaction mashup please?
I already did that mashup master piece, it was fine for a few months, the most popular video, then YT scolded me and blocked it worldwide :\
It's about the war mongers verses anti-war protesters
It's a message not a song
xxx
VinAnd Sori have to be the most boring reactors ive ever seen and heard
