Great chat from both of you. The idea of a 20th Wheeler Dealer episode from Mike of the 3 mechanics joining forces to complete a project such as a replica GT40 resto would definitely be worth a watch and hopefully a joy for the boys to make such an episode. Maybe this could happen and if so all good but if Ed choses to say no that is his choice clearly. Ed if you see this comment and no doubt many others like it could you give it some thought and maybe get in touch with Mike to see what could happen as a lot of folk would be itching to see you all together combining your various skills to build a cracker of a car.
Hi Ken. It's lovely to finally meet you. I haven't cut my toenails since 1967. How about I come over to your place this evening? I could kick off my tan leather brogues, peel off my dark green paisley socks and thrust my trotters in your face.
It’s a sad state of affairs when a man who makes “light entertainment” as you put it, gets death threats and has his mental health affected by trolls. What a sad world. A very entertaining interview, lovely backdrop and a nice insight into the life of Mr Brewer. Thanks Jonny.
Honestly never realised how much of a genuine guy Mike was, really enjoyed that interview and hope the family is ok with his mothers illness. Much love Mike Brewer
I’ll always have a soft spot for Mike. He did me a big favor on my dads 70th birthday. My dads been gone for >10 years now. I’ll always remember the look on his face when Mike spoke to him.
Loved watching Wheeler Dealers with Mike and Ed. Years of watching two guys buying affordable second hand cars on a budget with real mechanics, bodywork and reconditioning parts. No wonder it was hit.
A renewed respect for Mike after watching this, enjoyed wheeler dealers then went off it, but listening to him in this interview and seeing how much he's put into his career and the stuff behind the scenes, definitely a top bloke
Super episodes, Jonny. Mike is a nice guy, he doesn't deserve the abuse he gets. The only issue I had with WD was the terrible script writing that started to creep in while in the US, it lost its natural straightforward no-nonsense approach that made the earlier series so successful. I do hope Mike and Edd can resolve their differences for a reunion show with Ant and Mark.
Well that's the classic US reality show trope isn't it. That's why outsider shows like Roadkill took off and made shows like American Chopper and Gas Monkey Garage look stupid. "We're gonna lose the shop!"
Well Maybe people would understand Mike better if he didnt sit on youtube telling everyone that Edd left because he was lazy and didnt want to work the hours.
Good stuff Jonny. However, Mike is a drama queen and a hypocrite. Of course personal attacks on Mike and his family is disgusting & unacceptable. I was defending Brewer. He never replied or liked any of my responses on social media. He was saying how this abuse effects his mental state, yet I experienced him many times courting controversy by the these vermin. Some time later he was promoting the latest series of WDs, I was honest enough to say I lost interest in the programme when they first moved to the US. Not for the reasons Mike suggested, but for me it veered too far from the original brief -- it looked too staged. The upshot was Brewer blocked me. I was never abusive, just very candid. Was I upset? No, just disappointed that he felt my comments was more offensive than someone threatening his family. He also bangs on about this Mike vs Edd. People come & go in life, so I've never subscribed to that. I've got no time for Brewer.
i have to admit , i was never a big fan of mike. but thank you so much for interviewing him. i’ve seen him in a very different light. very down to earth man and clearly very content with his life 👍🏼 some great stories
I'm the same, but have a fundamental dislike of salespeople, the whole "patter" thing and generally flipping cars for profit. Always enjoyed the mechanical side of WD, but was never a fan of the whole pretending to sell cars side of it ('old out yer 'and!). Interesting to see Mike when it's not in salesman or presenting mode - seems like a genuinely nice guy, easy to see the passion for cars. Shame about all the trolls.
So sorry you have to endure that abuse on a daily basis Mike. Stay strong, you have so many fans who appreciate what you do. I also empathize with your work ethic. A blessing and a curse!
I've never been a Mike Brewer fan, but I've never spoken or posted any hate messages about him. But you can't deny he has worked hard for everything he's got. He has gained a lot more respect from me through these videos. In what I've watched of his shows, he didn't come across as someone knowledgeable in terms of the mechanics of the cars, but clearly there's not much he doesn't know. Thank you Jonny and the TLBS team for an excellent series of videos.
He's a fine presentor and a decent bloke, never understood the hate he gets for just doing his job. The same happened to Chris Evans on Top Gear, he got so much hate for doing what the BBC told him to do
to get edd ,ant and elvis together for the 20th year would be the most epic episode you could ever do.please make it happen mike.a dream come true.couldnt wish for better
That would make my year seeing Edd reconciling with Mike. A 20th anniversary edition would be incredible. Johnny, top quality video as usual. Love the channel and especially the interviewing....and the barn finds 😁👌🏻
As far as I understood Edd, the point of his departure is that the production company (the show is theirs and its right) asked to reduce the part in which he fixes and explains things, which was, to some extent, the most important thing in the series, and his colleague (Mike ) was not on his side but accepted all the conditions of the production company and continued...without a fight or I'm wrong I don't blame Mike, but I don't watch the show anymore
I believe you are correct. They wanted to dumb down the restoration bits, and increase the Feely Brewer fluff. Strangely, the Second hand car salesman didn't argue or support Edd.
Exactly. Also because Mike is still contracted to Discovery it means every interview he tends to do omit the changes they were making to Edd's role in the show. Lets not forget they were also asking Edd to churn out more cars in a shorter timespan. So in other words Edd has to do all the work plus he no longer has much screen time. Not surprised at all Edd told them to get lost. It's not Mike's fault but it certainly doesn't sound like he tried to fight Edd's corner. Mike chose the show and career preservation which I don't blame him for. Although the reason he got a fair chunk of hate is because he helped stoke the Mike v Edd thing by taking the odd cheap dig at Edd for not carrying on with the show.
I'm a die hard WD fan, started watching as a 16yo in 2003 and never missed an episode and feel like I've grown up with Mike, Edd etc. I gotta say, when the show moved to the US the issue was not the location but more the format of the show had changed, it was geared more towards the American audience with ott drama rather than the oily bits we all became accustomed to. Still, so glad to see it back home and Elvis is a fantastic addition to the team 😊
Well said Bruyan36. You are 100% correct, The format did change and I knew it would as Discovery are very much into the Drama versus the real technical stuff, I saw it coming and thought it may destroy the W.D. series, I'm so glad the series went back to being a British show, people need Quality not Bull and sadly many US shows have more than their far share of drama here. I believe that format change is why Edd left the show. I'm a big fan of Mike and what he has done in life. I've stopped watching the large selection of discovery channels in the USA including Motor Trend, I get tired of all the Drama, the repetitive stuff in the same show and the endless advertising.
Have to agree. Didn't have a chip on my shoulder about the move to America, understood they were contracted and you have to do as requested or leave (as Ed did). I lost interest because I wasn't seeing the cars I had grown up with, cars I knew. Also I discovered Car SOS which filled a gap for me as UK based show with UK/Euro vehicles.
@@richardbrown8654 Cars you grew up with, I understand that a lot, as I came here at age 19 so I have lots of UK memories plus I worked for a Ford dealer in the UK, I still love the British classics from Minis to Cortina's and all vans of that era, I will look for Car Sos, its not something I've seen here. Thanks.
Watched both parts of this, very enjoyable. Can't deny Mike's work ethic, and this seems like a very honest and heartfelt interview. Genuinely sad for the grief and trolling that Mike has taken over the years, totally undeserved. Thanks Jonny (and Mike), more top content.
Wel , real great interview. I'm one of the people who regretted Ed left the program. I never commented to anyone , but now I'v seen this talk with Mike he 'also' got my respect. Thanks for this chat .
Love this interview. Thanks for posting Jonny. I am US based I will be honest, Mike Brewer was the host of Wheeler Dealers for me - and that was the extent of my knowledge on Mr Brewer. Big fan of the two shows - the Dream Car idea was a genius off-shoot of WD. It was during the pandemic lockdowns my opinion and my respect for Mike Brewer grew. I watched a few car dealer "insider" interviews Mike did and his knowledge and feel and intuitiveness for the auto industry was stunning. I sent Mike a license plate for his shop wall - you see the plate wall in part one of this interview. Mike and I exchanged a few emails over the plate - positive guy... or has staff is excellent. Probably both really... I met Edd China in 2019. Really nice guy - and man that guy really is tall. Edd was kind enough to speak with myself and my friend for a few minutes at SEMA. In conversation Wheeler Dealers and Mike came up - Edd had nothing bad to say about Mike Brewer. I am not in the media, I am just a guy who likes cars. Edd had a clear opportunity to bad mouth Mike and he absolutely did not. No tone, no excuses. I feel that this whole Mike and Edd thing has been blown out or proportion perhaps by the media. Sure feelings were hurt but could be cleared up with a few cups of tea and perhaps a few trips to the pub by old friends. I hope Mikes vision of the GT-40 restore comes together - how cool would that be? Epic! Thanks again Jonny. Did Mike help you disassemble the chairs for the trip home?
One of the most down to earth likeable national treasures this country has. Absolutely love Mike, watched him from the age of 6 growing up with my dad and to this day Mike is still one of the reasons why I have such a passion for cars. What a brilliant episode 👍🏻
Deepest respect for both Mike and Edd, they knocked it out of the park every week the show was on. It would definitely be amazing to have a show again with the two of you. The past is the past, nothing can be done to change that. The future is uncertain, but today is a gift to behold. That's why they call it the present. Carpe Diem, seize the fish, as they say. It would certainly be a banger for the two of you to not only do a special, but perhaps a whole series.
I agree even if there was slight ill feelings me my best friend dont speak .its between us .both decent people .i love my friend but thats life it happens .to take sides is never going change that.i think of him ever week .hurt mike is not on .and just wrong.great guy plus loves my fav car i owned .my french blue mx 5
Mike Brewer seems to be a 'Real' down to earth guy with a lovely way about him. Through the past 20 years I've watched all the wheeler dealer shows. Keep it up fella you're an iconic institution.
Such a shame that Mike and Edd can't/won't reconcile, they were great mates. Imagine Edd doing guest appearances on WD. Mike still thinking Edd is unemployed because he hasn't seen him on tv. Well, Mike, Edd has nearly 1 million subscribers on youtube and I'd imagine he's making quite good money from his channel
Seeing as Mike was promoting Workshop Diaries on his (Mike's) website when it launched, and saying he would be watching I think we can say that Mike appreciates what Edd is up to.
I can't think of many other interviews that have been as "from the heart" as this one. There were moments where I literally laughed out loud, and others where I felt deeply saddened by some of the vitriol that Mike has had to endure. Also a truly brilliant interview by Jonny, who is genuinely interested in what Mike (and all his other guests in previous interviews) had to say.
A self centered and conceited individual that slants everything to deflect from his back stabbing and greed. Edd was the real star of WD and people will never forget what Brewer did to him despite his now multiple untruthful re-telling of how it happened to cover up his deceit and duplicity lasting several years. The sickening condescension of saying " giving Edd a leg up on his career " is very revealing as to his true mindset, its all about the money! The fact that someone kind, honest and genuine like Edd refuses to speak to Brewer all these years later tells its own story.
Bit harsh, but there's a you tube video of Brewer slating Edd, talking to some fans at a car show. Not seen anything like that from Edd - but Only they know what really happened.
The real Mike Brewer came out from behind the camouflage of television and shook hands with all of us, with sincerity, humility and humour. Very nice to meet you Mr. Brewer. Wishing you health, wealth and most importantly, happiness. 👍
Quite how anyone can be rude about such a charming man who has done such a lot to promote enthusiasm for the classic car world is beyond me. Sending good wishes to Mike and family. Thank you.
One of the best interviews I've seen for a very long time. Mike seemed very honest with his answers & deals with the unjust abuse really well. I always look forward to the next series of Wheeler Dealers & I think that the GT40 idea is fantastic, I hope that it happens (with or without Edd). Thanks for the insight into Mike's life Jonny, brilliantly executed.
The ultimate idol chat. Say what you like about Mike but he’s a legitimate car guy with a genuine passion for everything automobile. I bet you 2 had a riot making these videos. Fantastic content as ever, Mr Smith.
Loved that chat with Mike. It would be amazing to have all 3 mechanics for a 20th anniversary episode. Also it could give Ed that perfect WD sendoff he rightly deserves that Mike talks about. Come on Ed we proper fans of WD would love to see u back with Mike ine last time and to see u working alongside Ant and Elvis. Just amazing.
Always followed you and Ed from day one on wheeler dealers. It worked perfectly for me. After you and Ed split I still follow you both. And massive respect to you both.
This!... yes, I likewise still follow both of you - Edd and Mike - would be special to see the special relationship re-kindled. Life truly is too short. Every blessing at this season of goodwill to you both - and of course Jonny
This is the Idol Chat we've all been waiting for after Ant! Been a massive fan of Mike ever since the early days of Driven. The sort of bloke you could have a pint with and set the world to right. I do hope Ed takes Jonnys nudge to get in touch with Mike. Bury they hatchet, life is too short to hold grudges! WD 20th year anniversary would be awesome to have everyone on it! Top work as always Jonny! Journalism at it's absolute finest! ❤️
This is a Dean Martin / Jerry Lewis moment, where the right person needs to bring Mike and Edd back together to make amends. It was a shame how it all broke down. I like watching both of you work.
I’ve been a wheeler dealer fan for more years than I care to remember. Ant Anstead is the master mechanic of choice for me. Love watching his shows. For the love of cars series was just brilliant as well. Just an amazing restorer of cars. His metal work and attention to detail is just 👌🏻
Having watched Mike for so many years this was such a great interview Jonny! You covered everything and Mike was as open and honest as I hoped he would be. The whole trolling is heart breaking, he's clearly a canny bloke for a cockney! Absolutely lush man!
I've only recently started following Wheeler Dealer. I know none of the details about his split and rift with Mike, I've seen headline stuff, but never read it. I remember Mike on Top Gear, I'm glad he left the programme, he was way more genuine then the other three. What I'd like to say to Mike is this... With regard Eds attitude towards healing the rift, he may well feel,( having listened to what has gone on) that he can't really return a friendship, without "letting down" all those groups and people that sided with him. You Mike are obviously above all that, I'm pleased to say. Carry on doing what you do, and what you've done all your life. It's been as good as perfect. Not that you need anymore, you can count me as a fan. All the best butty👍👌👍🏴🏴🗺️
Probably one of my favourite interviews you’ve ever done!! Absolutely love the legend Mike Brewer!! Was great to see him at the NEC Classic Car Show last month!
As always, excellent interview skills. Could see some feelings were still raw for Mike, but as he knows, the fans outweigh the trolls. Good to see genuine hard working car guys through and through. All the best for the future, for you both 👌
@@Matt-we7si Utter rubbish, I met him at Santa pod while he was filming, and he was an absolute pleasure to talk to, happily chatted to myself and my friend and was a joy to meet, not a jot of arrogance about him, completely down to earth. How people appear on tv is completely different to how they are in real life, they are making a show remember!
Hi Johnny Just wanted to say thanks for asking all the questions we wanted to hear, and thanks to Mike for being so straightforward. Great entertainment and huge fun as always 👍
I have followed Mike for over 20 years, a cheeky chap who's done well for himself, entertained millions for years but sadly this is a world full of Jealous Trolls 🤬 not worthy of his time, keep pushing on Mike your a diamond 👏👏, ps Johnny love you too 🤩
Congratulations gents, great episode and a very candid interview. Full respect to Mike for his honesty. I hope as a result that some bridges can be mended. Looking forward to the 20th anniversary episode.
Absolutely superb interview with Mike, it's almost a shame that it's taken all the years to hear him share these stories but he came across so well. Excellent job Johnny 👌👍 I'd pay good money for the rest of that ice hotel story 🤣
As a relative newcomer to this channel I have watched Jonny unearth some great cars and have been a fan of mike’s shows through the years and indeed following the other mechanics, Ed, Ant and Elvis. I particularly enjoyed this interview and it’s obvious how Mikes drive and determination has pushed him and how Jonny’s calm and cheeky style brought about the cathartic release to hear about his journey. Surely there must be a barn-find repair and sell on programme you could both get involved in. Helping those owners realise their car’s worth to others and saving classics. Best of luck fellas.
Got to say Jonny a few years back I didn’t warm to you but these past 18 months you’ve smashed it out of the park , really enjoying the content . Thanks mate
Absolutely brilliant Jonny. You're skills as a journalist and interviewer are truly second to none, you could give Parky a run for his money!! I've always been a huge Wheeler Dealers fan, regardless of what side of the Pond it's filmed on. Mike takes a little getting used to but this has been a real insight into his life and career and I have a new-found appreciation for him. Just wish the newer episodes were available on other platforms... I imagine it would be a lot of fun working with Mike. Hard work, but fun, and the results would still be incredible. Top work!!
after watching your two videos with Mike Brewer, I spent a little bit of time with him at the Motorshow as he is mates with Tim Shaw, ( Tim is a mate of mine and also interviewed Mike) Tim thoroughly enjoyed interviewing Mike, and I know Mike enjoyed it equally as much, just wanted to say, that both interviews are lovely, and well crafted. I am gaining an appreciation into the art of interviewing from watching Tim , so watching yours now has made me have a greater appreciation as a viewer.Lovely work Jonny, and Mike, you are amazingly skilled and gifted at what you do, an inspiration at how humble you are with the work you put in.
Wow !, this was a great 2 part show, Johnny, I could have watched this for hours, great chemistry between you both and wonderful stories from Mike. Thank you for bringing us this. I really hope the the 20th anniversary wheeler dealer thing happens, I’d love to see Edd and Mike reunited.
Great chat both of you. I’ve been a fan of Mike for years and have watched Jonny on 5th Gear but have a new found appreciation for him via YT. Great format for Jonny to be himself and convey his personality. Thanks to both for doing what you do - and Mike, you’ve handled the trolls with grace and dignity.
Personally I was sceptical when Edd left, but Ant was a breath of fresh air. Now Elvis is doing the same over here. Well done Mike for keeping it all together and all your sacrifices mate!
The Elvis one where apparently he was going to completely rebuild a Ford Pinto engine which turned out to be painting the block was the last one I watched. Ant started out OK but I got the impression that over time it became more about him than the vehicle.
Great interview. I am an avid fan of Wheeler Dealers. In fact it is the best show on telly. Thanks for all the great entertainment, Mike. Keep up the great work.👍👍👍
One thing, is seeing mike involved with the wider car community especially in the UK, bumping shoulders with Auto Alex, Car throttle, Drivetribe, etc. is refreshing and grounding.
Hope he and Ed can make it up, that show when it first started honestly means so much to me, i had just bought my first house, was skint and it just reminds me of those days, having something to look forward to. Loved it so much.
@@malcolmkempster7858spot on with that comment. Mike and Ed had no room to manoeuvre with the top brass pressing them into changing the format of the show.
What a shame that Discovery Channel divided Mike and Edd up. We all felt let down by the Channels choice to move to the USA market. The programme helped many UK car builders/fanatics restore and rebuild their on vehicles. Hence the the unwanted trolling. Discovery Channel should have resolved this more amicably, as Mike said. It's great that the interview cleared the air about the past. It was superb to see Mike's collection and still give respect to all his contacts, who helped him restore his collection. A great interview, fabulous insight to his life experiences, and away from glitzy spotlight Hollywood.
Great interview. Still not 100% on board with him but this helps a lot. Time has a way of putting quibbles into perspective, hopefully he and Ed work things out one day.
Mike! Amazing interview! Didn't know how awesome of a guy you are and what you've been through. What a life so far! Don't stop doing what you're doing. All the best in the world!
Hey Brother!! Love the show and have watched for the past few years!! Simply put!! Ignore the 1% and smile at them and say "Kiss My ***!! Every time you look at a cheque being deposited in your account!! Greetings from Canada and safe travels to you and your family!! GIDDYUP!!
Absolutely brilliant, watched both episodes, Mike is a legend and was the inspiration for me back in my wheeler dealer days, I've liked all 3 of the mechanics but the GT40 thing would be amazing and even better if Ed joined in.
Great stuff fellas👍🏽Mike, I never thought anything like that when you went over to the states, was just as good👍🏽To Ed and Mike - life’s too short boys🫶🏽
Mike, you deserve all the credit (and more) you get. To me you are in the same automotive realm as Paul Walker, Clarkson, Hammond, May and Schumacher: My life time heros who got me into cars. Be proud, stay humble. The carworld loves you.❤
I have grown up watching Mike brewer he is a absolute legend. I always enjoy idol chat but this is by far the best one. Thanks Johnny keep up the good work 👏
I love Mike, he is such a positive guy and has a true passion for cars. I remember watching Deals on Wheels when I was just 10 years old. The thing with Edd was always a bit strange. But it did seem at the time that Edd was battling his own demons and maybe said some stuff that he regrets, it would be great to see them reunited. I am enjoying these interviews, such a simple concept but works so well.
I remember finding WD on youtube before it was in the states. I must have watched that green porsche targa video 50 times. Have followed Mr B and loved all of his shows. Jonny thank you for sitting down with him and letting us get a peak into a world we never see. Keep up the amazing work.
probably the nicest most candid Mike Brewer interview I've had the pleasure to watch. for me Wheeler Dealers will always be Mike & Ed, not only because they developed the show together but the contrast in their characters and backgrounds.
Jonny, that was one of the best idol chats!!! Superb!! Any, yes, we need to get Ed on side for WD 20th Anniversary. It would so great to have them all involved, and with the GT40 replica too. C’mon Ed, please….
Oh Mike, if you could pull that three mechanic show off it would be wonderful. Love the show and yes, love all three mechanics, they all bring something different to the show.
You must be new to the internet, 😁, seriously being able to be anonymous seems to bring out a certain type of person, they were the same personalty type who sent poison pen letters round a village, but wouldn't dare to challenge someone to their face.
I don't know exactly why, but Mike really comes across like Ricky Gervais. Down to earth, honest and a real enthusiast for his specialism. I hope things work out and I also hope the band gets back together for a special. Life's too short to be holding onto negative memories.
Brilliant chat, With one of the most down to earth and decent people in the media. It’s sad that in Britain we detest success and change, rather than celebrate a real home developed success. To be at the top of the game for such a long time is extraordinary. To have to be dealing with the crazy people on a daily basis is a sad reflection on our culture in the UK. All power to your elbow Mike.
I think the bit Mike may have missed when he was talking about the garage “could be anywhere” is the cars that were being worked on. In the UK it felt replicable and aspirational for anyone wanting to “do up” an old car. When it went to the USA those cars are not accessible in the UK. That said I understand the move.
As an American I was a fan of the show before during and after it’s England-America transition and I like Ed, Mike, Ant and Elvis. Social media is such a vile thing and it’s sad any of you had to endure it as automotive personalities. Love what you do!
Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this interview part 1and 2, Mr Brewer could probably talk for hours about what he's experienced over the many years in the business.nice one 👍
What a great interview - I've met Mike a couple of times, at an award show and also on Driven..... one of the nicest guys ever. And Wheeler Dealers has just gone from strength to strength and is still compulsive viewing. The 20th year show would be a good one, I hope Ed does consider and it was touching that on Ant's interview he 'shouted out' to Ed as a big influence. Time does heal. I hope it does in this case. But if it doesn't, wheeler dealers will continue being simply brilliant and Mike's effervescent character is testament to that.
Great interview!!! We love Mike! In 2015 I was going through chemotherapy treatments and I would binge as see every episode of WD!!! Got me through some dark days! Thank you… btw I have owned every generation of the MX5 and currently have a 2017 MX5 Club!

Keep up the good Mike . Thanks for taking time for a selfie with me at the NEC even though you were obviously mad busy .
i have to admit , i was never a big fan of mike. but thank you so much for interviewing him. i’ve seen him in a very different light. very down to earth man and clearly very content with his life 👍🏼 some great stories

As far as I understood Edd, the point of his departure is that the production company (the show is theirs and its right) asked to reduce the part in which he fixes and explains things, which was, to some extent, the most important thing in the series, and his colleague (Mike ) was not on his side but accepted all the conditions of the production company and continued...without a fight
or I'm wrong
I don't blame Mike, but I don't watch the show anymore
A new found respect for Mike. Appreciate your vulnerability and your genuine approach to the interview. Fantastic guys!
Show was the end of it when it moved to the USA
Thanks.
Totally agree wasn't the move that bothered me either,Ant over dramatic put me off, Elvis ALOT better
Watched both parts of this, very enjoyable. Can't deny Mike's work ethic, and this seems like a very honest and heartfelt interview. Genuinely sad for the grief and trolling that Mike has taken over the years, totally undeserved. Thanks Jonny (and Mike), more top content.
Absolutely wonderful way to relax after work. Wonderful interview and hoping for a reconciliation with Ed.
Mike got death threats over a light entertainment show, just let that sit for a while. So sorry Mike has to go through this.
Jonny and Mike, thank you for a VERY entertaining 30+ minutes, you legends 👌
100% agree with you, that would settle alot of crap and reposition the focus on "our passion for cars"
Always followed you and Ed from day one on wheeler dealers. It worked perfectly for me. After you and Ed split I still follow you both. And massive respect to you both.

It was superb to see Mike's collection and still give respect to all his contacts, who helped him restore his collection.

probably the nicest most candid Mike Brewer interview I've had the pleasure to watch. for me Wheeler Dealers will always be Mike & Ed, not only because they developed the show together but the contrast in their characters and backgrounds.

Loved the wheeler dealer's show with Mike brewer also love watching mark Elvis Priestley the f.1 mechanic....... Great show 👍
I don't know exactly why, but Mike really comes across like Ricky Gervais.
That is without doubt one of the most brilliant interviews I’ve honestly ever watch. Just straight damn brilliant. Pure magic guys
Funny how he didn’t mention one of the things people trolled him for which was him filmed at a car meet or something, chatting shit about Ed.
Saw that video, not a clever move.
One of the best interviews I have seen. Must confess, I was not a big fan of Mike Brewer but this interview changed it. Keep up the good work!
Love Mike and all the crew. Watching his shows
