For clarification, agnumday revives non link light fiends, not just fusions. This is relevant because reviving engraver at untargetable 4.8k (or lacrima at 4.2k) does come up often and helps win the hand trap wars as you really don't anything else once lacrima and agnumday are down

@@Corey91666 I think the real issue is that most modern combo decks don't really get punished by Droll & Nibiru anymore. Yubel just specials Phantom, SE summons a Ceasar or leaves the Flameberge on field for a long time. The play around Droll by placing cards they add instead of adding them to the hand. That's why combating modern combo decks requires either a ton of handtraps like this build, a braindead going 2nd option like Tenpai or you have to win the dice roll and put up 5-8 interactions.
No one is going to drop hand traps. Veiler, imp, mourner and ash are quite good vs the duo drive, which is the card you should be targeting while impermanence actually shurs off dreadner. Also, ryzeal won't be tier 0, there is other stuff you need to combat aswell.

@@Corey91666next format in ocg due to how immune ryzeal is to handtraps everyone is dropping any handtrap that isnt maxx c/ash and running mainly board breakers
Also game being all hand traps is no different than retro formats where decks all played the same 20 cards: bottomless, torrential, warning, book of moon, etc.
