people flying in this airspace aren't there for the shipping though. They are there for the views - I'm guessing most of the traffic there is leisure and tourism related.
Don’t be so fucking stupid! What are the odds of a severely disabled air traffic controller being the best person for the job, in this unique location? Pretty slim, I would say! A crane would also be a forbidden workplace for a wheelchair user. Are you going to complain about that too? Besides, if there was a fire or similar emergency situation, could a disabled person self-evacuate? No! They would just become a hazard to their able-bodied colleagues.
Must be one of the few ATC towers that is above the level of the flights for a fair portion of their approach and departure.
Keep in mind this is a very small shipping port by global standards. It's not even in the top 100 sea ports by tonnage or TAU moved.

Still a very busy port
How to get this job which these people are doing?
Hmm looks like it's next to Canada place
Hmm
It’s on top of 200 Granville St. Used to be the Vancouver Sun/The Province office tower
@@BC_Geoff Oh. I thought it was the YVR tower. Oops. Do you know what level the van harbor tower is?
32nd floor
But why not upload in 4K or at least 1080? CBC, so mediocre.
So no disabled welcome to work for Nav Canada. Inaccessible work violation of the Human Rights code.

Believe this location would be grandfathered in as it was compliant at the time of construction with current accessibility laws at the time
