TTC baby #1 on our 5 month. I’m doing all the things to get pregnant. I’m praying our time will come soon. I’m 31 and my husband is 37. We’re both taking conceive plus fertility. I’ve been on pre natals since October. Also taking vit D. Tracking my LH, ovulation, FSH, PDG. Not getting any bad signs. It’s tough TTC you get tired month after month. I don’t understand how people say relax, or I stopped trying and we got pregnant. But how can you stop trying? You only ovulate 1 egg that’s viable for 24-48 hours. Help!

Not my BBT but my LH and FSH because it was stressing me out. That first month not tracking is when it happened! Don’t worry it will happen soon for you. You feel like it will never happen, I couldn’t even picture myself pregnant for some reason. When it happened the only Way I found out was through a missed period. Maybe some implantation cramps 7-12 dpo. I used to drive myself crazy with the TWW. Good luck ❤️❤️❤️ keep me updated!

I'm 39 and my husband is 43. We're newlyweds and this will be the first baby for both of us. We "acted upon" my fertility window 2 days before ovulation (didn't plan on it, but we've been low-key ready to grow our family for a while now). My line was perfect, healthy food, exercise, vitamin D3 since 3 months before transfer, socks, acupuncture 2x a week (before and post FET, to increase my blood flow). But, it still failed. I never have pain in period after I lose weight and my period back normal but I still had pregnancy lose days before and it hurts a hell I was waiting for this happy moments here for years and my happiness was too short 😥 now on my next pregnancy instead of being happy I will be sad and scared and ready that I have to lose this pregnancy too , it's just very painful 😖

Sir, I have PCOD problem I was facing irregular periods, I got married 2 yrs bck and was struggling to conceive, from 2 months I underwent fertility treatment and and my DF was developed in right overy on 14th day of cycle and on 17th the follicle was collapsed... everything was fine till 34th day suddenly on 35th day I got heavy periods and I lost it😢😢

Hi doc.. just did my IVF and failed. I did 70% of your tips in your video. My line was perfect, healthy food, exercise, vitamin D3 since 3 months before transfer, socks, acupuncture 2x a week (before and post FET, to increase my blood flow). But, it still failed. Is there nothing to do with the embrio quality?
Is it possible if the 'not too good' embrio will stick if the uterus environment and mommy body are perfectly healthy?
My embrio was in a good grade.
I just don't understand why it failed, while I manage all the preparation perfectly.
So now you only needs prayer.

Dr, could you say about posterior wall fybroids that restrict implantation and what would be the solution ? And the size is 5.4 cm intramural posterior wall fybroid.
I have intramural fibrose as well. The doctor suggested cirjury but I just started to use Castor oil before go for it.

To answer your question - no, you will not get pregnant. Sperm only lasts about 5 days in the body and dies off after that.

If you're wearing sunscreen which you should. Then yes, sunscreen prohibits the uptake of vitamine D. Learned that the hard way lol
