    My grands have a garden with rambutan ..which in the season of the fruit I have it everyday until the season ends ..that was when I was a kid now an old age I once was told to check while the hepatitis as my husband got it ..the doctor to deal with this told me I didn’t got the disease yet he also checked the virus immune and i remembered he was smile n told me I got millions n millions of anti virus n it was rare case..i recalled i never got severe flu but few cough never high fever ..never have cold vaccine ..never have the Covid .got 2 Covid vaccine compulsory n felt weak at that time n will never have it I avoid having sweet food n fruit that included rambutan no one tell me about this marvelous substances hiding ..thank you so much ..

      I'm sorry to hear that! Have you tried using it in a smoothie? Maybe that could tone it down a bit for you.

      No. If you eat the less ripe one. We have rambutan here and I only eat the less ripe
