I mix raw unprocessed honey 7 Tbl, 1 tsp turmeric with pepper, grate my fresh ginger. I take about 1/2 Tbl 3-4 times/day. I take whole organic lemon with rind, remove seeds and process it with ice, raw unprocessed honey. Lemon is alkaline in the body.
I love yogurt and honey🍯🐝 and I could add the turmeric to it but the pepper ruins it for me. I don't like pepper. How much pepper do you suggest? Maybe I could chug down a bit of pepper in some water before I eat the yogurt with the turmeric and honey.
