foot care ? hmm - before getting out of bed in the morning I often stretch my feet in different directions as far as I can and hold for 10 seconds - pointed toes, then pull back, turn to the right, then to the left. Then I lay on my back and scissor my legs in the air for 30 seconds while moving my feet back and forth, then on my stomach, and repeat in reverse. My ankles are strong and are not injured by twisted ankles on uneven pavements like from tree roots. We also walk for many hours every week. Feel pretty healthy.
My feet has always been in great condition so is the rest of my body. I have always been active swimming, badminton, walking keeps me healthy. Diet is very important, and l have stopped drinking alcohol. Also cut out sugar. It is a blessing ❤ your video has given me great info, I need to care for my armpits more 🙏
Absolutely agree with this man's wisdom. Looking at health in the big picture, I think we should not overlook how all other aspects are interrelated with the issue this Dr. recommends. The reason these tips work so well is not just that doing what he says is the solution, but it requires other indirect related issues that you take care of - otherwise you cannot do what he says. Somebody who is terribly stressed out, gets to bed too late, works too many hours, overeats, smokes and drinks, has neither the time nor the patience and the discipline to do them.

At 72 I broke my hip and snapped the femur in the same fall. While at the VA Nursing home in Ivins, Ut, I was under the care of a therapist who specialized in lymphatic care. I was amazed at how important the lymph system is to human health.

My grandma died at 99 1/2 want to live that long, stay away from pharma meds n docs also, so i agree - my wife passed from cancer last year at 50, n living to be old is a curse!..go ahead n be the last family member alive no true friends n broke...the loneliness its self takes many out, willingly this world is not our home
I too am the last. I am still looking for the just the beautiful the loving kindness in life. I engage the disenfranchised, homeless ( their gratitude just for attention and a pittance is humbling ). I pet other people's dogs because they have no judgement, I try to believe in a just higher power not religion because this what makes the world bearable to me . I try to make others laugh . people who work at low paying generally thankless jobs to care for me and help me get services are my heroes.I try to show gratitude.Striving to be a bit unselfish is probably saving my life. Sunsets and Sunrises are required as well. Not to put too fine a point on it. Staying engaged in the world and curious about everything keeps me going. Even if no one has time for me I will have love and time for me. Not too proud to talk to myself.Blessings to all
When I young I was locked outside and got frostbite on my feet , now I have to have braces , every night I soak my feet with Eason salt lavender oil and vitamins e . I have nice soft feet but hopefully braces will help me walk more . I have no car so I take public transportation . I live alone , I must go on . Taking care of ourselves emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually while here on earth is a package deal. You can't play favorites and leave even one aspect out. It's like a car. A car has many important aspects; just ignore one aspect in caring for your car and eventually your car will get its revenge..
Definitely, the first asset that advises everyone is your body and mind. Take care of these two. Give a good deal of attention. Second should be your behaviors and actions. So focus on four primary things 1) Your physical body 2) Your Mind 3) Your behavior 4) Your Actions that you make.

I’ve been doing that massaging my feet and cleaning them and always putting antifungal. I did have a fungus on my toes. Specially, my big toe. And I got rid of it and my big toes still hurt especially my right foot. I don’t know if I have an ingrown toenail, and I wouldn’t know what to do about it. But I am going to take more care of my feet and soak them every day as you suggest I do massage them. Thank you for your knowledge and experience. I better skin and I do and I’m 20 years younger than you.

@mikelewis8037 idk if this is helpful, but a carnivore diet has gotten rid of all my pain, joint pain, and fibromyalgia, and I'm off 5 prescription meds. If you can't go full carnivore, try keto with intermittent fasting.
