Sinus infection usually clears with nasal douching and steroid nasal sprays, but sometimes needs antibiotics. Please seek medical advice from your health care team.

I can't do this without getting so dizzy that I feel like I'm going to throw up

If that’s just happening on one side, that’s quite a normal response. Your healthcare provider should be able to assist with this and check if anything else going on.

    Hello Doctor
    I have a question.
Is nasal drops safe if swallowed always?
I mean can it enter the bloodstream and be absorbed or be harmful if swallowed?

You should try and use the nasal sprays so they don’t end up in your throat. If you do accidentally end up swallowing some, it shouldn’t be a serious problem
