Yes, that is Seeger! & the lead singer is Len Chandler, a sadly lesser-known member of the Greenwich Village folk scene of the ‘60s who helped Bob Dylan get his start (Dylan used tunes of Chandler’s for works like his Ballad of Emmet Til), & wrote some of the most beautiful songs of that era (Keep On Keepin’ On, & Takin’ Me Away From You Train, among others), to my mind.
@@masterchicken4794 I disagree. There are workers and there are oppressors, people that inherit power and capital orders of magnitude greater than what is achievable by normal workers and who only use their power to corrupt society lobbying and literally buying the law. The people who really make the rules, the ones at the top. They are not normal human beings and they profit from the suffering of other humans just for their amusement. Their offspring will have advantages that no normal human will ever know, they are effectively royalty in a modern republic. This has to stop and it will stop one way or another. I'm no communist and I know that fairness does not exist in nature, but we are no simple animals, we are humans. If fairness does not exist, then we as a collective of free individuals have to make it, by force if necessary. Now I ask you, Which side are you on? On the side of the free people or the side of the one percent?

I assume its talking about where people stand in the American civil rights struggle - do they stand with the African Americans wanting liberation or their oppressors. At one point its like you don't need to be violent in pickets, but support us how you can because if you just do nothing you are against us

Regardless of race, a worker works; now tell me, which side are you on?
Exactly. We’re all in this together.
There is no "worker", there are only human beings.
