As long as your body is in line with your BMI, it works well under some circumstances. My only complaint is the sensors being exposed, and they are quite easy to scratch; I had to replace one of these scales already because of that reason, the sensors got scratched, and it got to a point it simply was not able to read and save the data anymore, so just be careful when you manipulate your scale and make sure to keep it away from children 😅 mine stepped up on the scale with his shoes on and that was enough to damage the sensors surface.

Good honest review... Thanks for stating you didn't have your body checked by a medical professional prior to reviewing... I've found the accuracy is closer for average build people, however obese or people with more muscle mass it is waaay off

    Hello!
    Question:
Do the App push weight data to the Health app on an iPhone?

I don't need a smart scale but this was the cheapest one I could find..
Does it work without using the app?

The accuracy is …rubbish. Not even close to the correct one. I used a professional equipment at the gym and my body fat percentage is usually between 15-16%. When I used this scale, it measured 36% 😂😂.

I have the scale and my body fat is 14% so you mean to say my real body fat is -10%....anyways these scales are good at tracking the evolution and not to give you precise professional level data ( price ain't the same)

You should not be relying on a scale to determine your BMI/body fat. It's not just calculating two values. The only way you can precisely determine your body fat is using an adipometer.

@@BrunodeSouzaLino adipometer? Golden standard is DEXA scan.

Yes bodyfat way off had mine at 26% and it's definitely under 14%. I think it's figures are based purely on the bodyweight index, the sensors are a gimmick

If you are jacked like you are weight lifter, these scales are not for you. Too much muscle mass skew results considerably.

I’m a competitive athlete who’s body fat should be lower than 20% yet it shows that it’s 28.4%? And you’d think it’d tell me that I’m overweight yet it says I’m right between normal and low? Which objectively, if you have 28.4% body fat you should be pretty overweight. Is it on a different scale? Is it a different measurement? It says that “normal” is between 28-35% which is wrong normally. I’m so confused😅

Hi friend, may I ask if you've already found a way to fix your scale cos you said it's inaccurate.
