Strong woman, shes independent, thinks for herself, she has her own life, her own story. And It doesn't revolve around Mick♡

I absolutely loved her book she certainly found her forte in writing. It was candid and a real insight into the amazing rockstar lifestyle not just the tremendous decadence and highs of fame but the devastating lows and misery it can bring.Love this lady so strong independent articulate and plain wonderful.

I didn't realize independent strong musicians who happened to be women could get clean and be successful. This was a great book.

I just finished reading it and I can't say I really like her that much after it.
It's very weird. She's a whole contradiction. She both seeks and rejects pity. She bemoans when Mick was supposedly rude to her and then writes an account where she's even worse to another person. Her accounts of tripping on acid are some of the most boring I've ever heard. She also has gotta be an all-time awful partner. The constant cheating is quite something, but to do it when your partner has just been put in jail. And what about Howard? Poor guy. To have this woman dress you down the way she did. And the way she neglected her kid. The way she offered him cocaine. Elvis' "You're the Devil in Disguise" came to mind frequently while reading this.
She obviously wanted to leave everyone the impression that she had agency from the beginning, that these rock stars didn't desecrate this pure, innocent being. At least in this she succeeded. But yikes.
