Also "How To Be Me" is a beautiful vocal performance from both him and Chinchilla, dedicated to his friend who ended his life. Quickly became my favourite song
I am so happy you liked Ren enough to continue with his music. This song is very personal to me because I've had pretty much the same experiance with doctors as him.
If you want singing I would recommend "Chalk Outlines". And yes, I think you will love it, especially you Dominika.
But I would really love to see your reaction to his FULL "Jenny and Screech" triology. You should really pay a good attention to the lyrics there, but it is worth of effort.
EDIT: Actually, leave the triology for later, listen to "Chalk Outlines". I have been listening to that song for last two hours and I really wish you to hear it and hopefully understand the lyrics... Just trust me.

After being blown away by 'Hi Ren', I was worried that he'll be a one trick pony but after seeing loads of his videos now, I'm so happy that he is consistent. You should check out 'Chalk Outlines' it's duet with a female artist named Chinchilla, it's beautiful! You also should look at 'Money Game' parts 1 & 2, again his artistry and talent blows me away and as I say I've not found a bad track yet. And even better, you've got all his music with his band 'The Big Push' to checkout yet too, my personal favourite is their cover of Manu Chao - Bongo Bong. He will keep you busy with contents for months and months. Great reaction, I loved it.

He doesn’t waste a single word , every word every line , and if he hadn’t got ill he would have been sucked in by the music industry. He signed with Sony when he was 17 but the dropped him when he got ill and possibly Ren would never have been able to express his gift so independently, and the ideas and execution of his visuals is stunning and impactful ❤❤❤
Mostly the reason you understand Ren so well is because his elocution, his enunciation is very precise. Even when he's twisting words to fit a rhyme or cadence, it's still so incredibly clear.

Welcome to Ren’s world! He raps, he sings, duets and rock n roll, he literally has no one style and is a master of all! The tales of Jenny and Screech full version should be next true Shakespeare experience. Singing “ Chalk Outlines” and Ren and Sam Tomkins “Earned it/Man’s World/Fallen” is incredible. More rap “ The Hunger”, “Power” and “Genesis”. Three part harmonies “Bongo Bong” cover. On and on and on…
I love your reactions to Ren's music. Why? Because you do what I appreciate so much about Ren and his music: you are authentic. Indeed, Ren has an incredible variety in his musical repertoire. Hear him with his band The Big Push (a lot of rock, reggae/ska), his songs with Chinchilla or Sam Tompkins (soul), ingenious storytelling (The Tales of Jenny & Screech) or other rap/hip-hop bombs like The Hunger, Money Game 1+2 and Genesis. This song is a definition of an Angry Song. Presented in an artistic and meaningful way. Usually I am not a fan of lyrical content of any Angry song, while the Energy is always there. But somehow Ren is able to write angry lyrics that are relatable and touching. He combines scream of Anger with scream of Pain and Sadness and this way it smoothes pure Fire to be warm enough but without burning you out.

This IS Ren's story. He went to the doctors suffering pain all over his body. The doctors couldn't find anything and said it was all in his head (and treated him with Psycho-Active/Tropic drugs). Eventually, he found a doctor in Belgium that found he had Lyme disease (Sick Boi, Sick Boi, Bitten by a Tick Boi). The untreated Lyme did a LOT of damage to not only his body, but even his brain.

Another great reaction guys!! As already stated, please react to 'The Tale of Jenny and Screech, (FULL)'. It is a trilogy that tells a heart wrenching story in a Shakespearean way. It has to be watched in order, Jenny/Screech/Violet to get the full impact of the story. It's 13 mins long but you won't regret it.

Ren was bitten by a tick and contracted Lymes disease they missed it and told him it was all in his head for 7yrs! when it was picked up he had stem cell treatment but only got 1/2 his health back and is still getting treatment now. the pig man is the health system.
Ren has a wonderful singing voice in Chalk Outlines with another artist, Chinchilla.
Has to be the Jenny & Screech trilogy next. (3 songs, 1 video) The lyrics and performance will leave you speechless.

I will say, since you mentioned Tom MacDonald, I think Ren is the Anti-Tom MacDonald, in that, Ren is anti-capitalist where as Tom is pro-system despite having a song called The System that seems, at first glance, to call out the system when, in truth, Tom loves capitalism. I consider Tom MacDonald a MAGA rapper. That is to say, he spews all the same right wing rhetoric as Donald Trump. Tom is basically a Trump mini me.
Ren is far more talented than Tom but more importantly he is a far better person. He doesn't have to belittle anyone in his songs to get his anti-capitalist message across. Tom is all about dog whistles for right wing ideology. Where as, Ren seems to legitimately care about the people on the streets, possibly because he spent so much time there as he alludes to in, his song, "The Hunger".
I hope you do much more Ren and no more Tom, personally.
