Pakistan karahis are very suttle. Not only peshawari ones but also punjabi ones. I am not boosting. But maybe that's the taste we are used to.

Hey Kunal.... loved your recipe for Butter Chicken. I improvised a little bit of your recipe. Like the base sauce I slow cooked for 12 hours at low. Used smoker to make Chiken Tikka(that elevated smoky flavour). Overall final product came Amazing.

Skimping on butter is the silliest thing I’ve seen anybody do
