Where I am in my recovery and fitness journey right now I could barely follow along, but I broke crazy sweat. At barely 12% I just had to tap out, take a break and do some lighter exercises. I'm gonna keep checking in here to tell everyone how much further I can get, so if anyone finds this comment - reply to make me come back to this fantastic workout and update my progress!!

Those is exactly what I wanted a workout where I could get my sweat on without dying. Thete are videos out there that are too challenging and way too long. This was low impact, but it worked all my body. Also I love .your style, no face gestures, dumb dance moves , or obscene music 🎉 Thank you!

Prolly 200-300 .
But most people will little bit of rest so actually 170-250 . And if you are fat then you burn on higher end.
For me 260
