Typical that spoiled sick brat cried at not getting all the attention when the parents tried to give attention to op. She couldn't stand not being the center of attention like always. She probably didn't even look at op when he left for college because she felt the "intruder" was finally leaving and she would have everything to herself.
Could have been a great story- but right off the bat: Leaves an 8 yr old boy home alone and later gives him a $5 gift card and tells him to go pick something up. Fake
@phillipschwoerke8374 now yes. My parents didn't even care where we were for most of our lives. We were forgotten. I literally got married on my birthday so i never had to celebrate my birthday again. Oh and for family to be able to remember my anniversary. Didnt work. They still dont acknowledge my birthday or anniversary. Thats ok. Been zero contact for 6 years
@ Sorry for your crappy childhood. It seems like you been able to overcome that. You can only move forward. I had a good childhood but my parents divorced and my dad went bankrupt and pretty much went off the rails. He was never the same. Neither of my parents ever remarried (which I'm secretly grateful for). My dad passed away at 45 yrs old on New year's Eve. I think all we can do is look at mistakes are parents/relatives made learn from them and try to do better. But this story is still fake 🙂
ok why didn't the grandparents do anything
Therapist should of just called cps for neglect
This reminds me of the saying “excuses are like AH. Everyone has one and they all stink”.
I feel the OP'S rage it really pissed ME off I feel it

Apparently you didn't live through the 80's and 90's. Lol
@@Questfinder1 I actually did. Leaving a kid at home versus let a kid ride his bike all over place. Those are two different things :-)
