@@lukephillips1188 I used less than 300 and encountered about 12 shinies, spent $5 on 3 remote raids, and got 1 shiny palkia and Dialga (not from the remote but from in person).

I played in Central Park with many gyms and poke stops for all the 8 hours. Raiding, go plus, hatching. I went home with exactly four shinies. Not to mention, I had two accounts… so two in each account.
I got 2 shiny dialga 1 shiny palkia and 1 shiny white bandana pikachu not that bad
This is the only way, I'm able to get shinies and legendaries. So in my point of view this is a W event
I managed to get the shiny hisui growlithe set, along with 2 shiny uxies
They werent great but I did better on the second day than the first
I felt like Sunday, shiny spawns were turned off.

Yea actually a fun free research worth doing. I mean gible is so hard to find in grunts especially now that dratini is back that it was nice getting a good one for free. Mine was 2* but still better than any I’ve caught wild

Well, I mean, they are a company that requires a profit to stay viable. Ita not like they have YEARS OF LITERAL PROOF that lower priced remote raid passes and no remote raid pass limits generated them ridiculous amounts of money or anything....nope, it's the grandma's from Singapore, these are their average player, and thus they need to focus development on them.

Niantic is a bullshit company no matter how many people defend them they are still a greedy filled company and remote raid elevated this game from what it used to be and then they destroyed the raiding community then want people to goo out and raid or a big event they will reduce the limit on there satisfaction so yes she is right when the bundle in the shop are horrendus and the rewards you get lately are trash the gifts don't give you much pokeballs anymore shall I go on

Yesterday was my Birthday and it's my first time having Pokegenie to play raids for Diagla and Palkia, I never have a shiny legendary before in my entire life until yesterday event, I caught two Shiny Diagla that have both Roar of Time and I was very happy :D
i used pokegenie but changed into pokeraids, you almost instantly have whole lobby (obviously depends on pokemon) in most cases and easy to use. i havent caught a shiny dialga but at least i have shiny origin palkia and giratina

During this event I got a shiny Dialga, shiny Uxie, shiny Azelf, shiny Voltorb and shiny Bronzor all in 2 days! Personally, I got quite lucky during this event (in terms for a new player)
The weather was so bad where I live but I still went out and did some raids and wild spawns to make you Pokemon Go RUclipsrs proud
The one Shiny I wanted was Bidoof tried so hard every time that habitat came around got Shiny Pikachus haha. It felt like there wasnt many Bidoof spawns where I was

Such a conflicting event for me 🤣 I got hands down my rarest pokémon. Cp 111, wild, pokédex entry (never encounter in my life due to regions), 100% IV Uxie. Later that day I encountered a shiny Uxie on the bus but couldn't catch it since I was very limited on pokeballs and it broke out of every one that I tried. By the time I tried them all, it was a long gone since my bus had travelled much further down, and I wouldn't have been able to get off and go back that long distance for it to still be there and get enough balls for it too.
When you said inf raid passes i looke and logged into pokemon I was dissipointed because i thought you were talking ABOUT THE WHOLE WORLD LOL
This tour went crazy for me, played for 3 hours and got 11 shinies (1st and only encounter with spiritomb shiny), 3 shadow 3 stars, and the Lake trio were all 3 stars as well. Also multiple near 100s

before the event ends because of the unlimited remote raids you should do one more video where you transfer a shiny if the raid boss doesnt shine. would be really awesome!

On my 1st Origin palkia raid it was shiny and on my 1st origin Dialga raid it was a 98% IV weather boosted. I started playing pokemon go again after taking almost a year break

This game is apparently only good now for big cities. Yesterday was not fun at all where I live, the suburbs. I had more raid bosses run away than I have ever had before. And there wasn't much to do other than raid, which required remote passes because not enough people play in person here.
Did one dialga raid while I was actually in my city (I’m pretty rural), and it was a shiny
Also got a shiny azelf as the only one I saw, which took up every single one of my poke balls and got caught on the last great ball
Now that we no the details for go fest, it looks like this event was better. Can’t wait for the onova tour next year!!

The only shinies I got today we’re back-to-back, Pikachu to Josiah voltorb, but then I got shiny origin forms dialga and Palkia, so it was a pretty gnarly event
I got a bunch of shinies yesterday, including the new Palkia form and a Mesprit, so it was definitely a success for me!

Don't worry I am expect Origin Palkia and Dialga will be first ever return to tier 5 raid during Pokemon Festival 2024 but the signature charge attack Roar of Time and Spatial Rend are not guarantee obtained after both Pokemon caught after raid regardless which version player prior choose to Sinnoh Tour.

Got only one Shiny in the whole event... But it was a 98 IV Shiny Pikachu with Dawn's hat... I was just speechless and it was on the last moments of the event... Got some Dialgas and Palkias too... Overall , it was much fun and lively..
I use roar of time Dialga for 6 hours daily incense but no single galarian bird appeared! 😢

Finished Global Sinnoh Tour with 24 shinies, including shinies of both Dialgas and both Palkias, plus a singular hundo Carnivine. This was a great weekend!
I got like 10 new shinies from this event, sadly no shiny dialgas, but 3 shiny palkias. Also got 2 shiny Lake guardians, one from research and one from the wild.
i don’t know how i feel about barely any boosted shiny for a tour. i got 33 total but i’ve normally done between 60-70 normally. ivs on raids were god awful though
First day of the global event I saw more Pokemon spawning and the app was slow. I had to close and open the app a couple of times. It was hard to invite friends to raids. Today Sunday was meh.

The event was really good but for all origin forms you should be able to change from origin form to the normal version. Also they only gave one raid pass for free which was cruel because there were so many raids around me and I could only do like 4 of them because of my premium passes.
The global event was brutal, aswell as the masterwork glimmers of gratitude. Still haven't finished page 1 bearly even made a dent from the 2 day global event. Lol😂😅

had a pretty slow event , no shines first day (apart from a palkia shiny) , second day got lucky and caugth 3 shinies. not gonna complain tho cos the first pikachu i caught was a nundo outfit. however nothing more soul crushing then hatching 214 eggs this week and only hatching 2 shinnies
I was glad get two shiny Basculin. One of each gender so I’m set for evolutions. We had a great turn out in the community. Perfect weather. I personally walked over 22 miles for the weekend.
dude your gyat danged cracked over the two days i only got 2 shinies a uxie which i already have shiny and Chatot which is my regional and could have got any other time. also i might have missed something but where are manaphy and phione at i was under the impression that tours release ALL the pokemon in that region. just gonna flex a little to make myself feel better i did get the shundo riolu from one of the egg events last year slowly working it to level 50 for when it's mega is released.
I have gotten no shiny pokemon after checking near 300 pokemon, and after doing 24 origin palkia raids, no shiny palkia, and after 26 origin dialga raids, no shiny dialga. The shiny odds for the event are nonexistent 💀

I purchased the masterworks and i got a good amount of shinies but funnily enough most of them were from researches and eggs. Was fun though.

Niantic are starting to incoporate more usage into routes and party play. WWW. maybe through routes, or party play, your could enounter regiice, registeel or regirock like galarian birds?
If this event taught me anything:
Raids suck :/
You see a raid in the distance with people actually getting in: you'll never get there on time.
Host your own raid via the Campsite app: the raid is gone before a group is even formed.
I managed to do 4 raids. 3 with remote raid pass, 1 where hosting via Campsite actually worked.
1 Dialga, 3 Palkia of which non had the Spacial Rend move.
I've walked 25 km on a single day and barely got to do any raids.
I'm honestly just disappointed. I really wish that there was an active community near where I live...
creating a reliable friend's list is important if you live in a low population density area. Using a third party app like poke genie to host raids is the best way to gain xp and a long friend list, as each raid you host will generate 5 friends that are willing to use remote raid passes. you just need to be mindful of which raids are desirable to other players and when they were released. you can farm players and legendaries easily if you have a car or bike and know what pokemon are in demand.
There is a spiritomb encounter for everyone in special researches...
I went to Sinnoh Tour LA, my shiny odds were horrible for raids. I got my first shiny legendary on my 40th raid, I then did 25 more (65 in total) and never got another shiny.
I got 9 legendarys including 2 original form dialgas, 1 origin form palkia, 1 regular dialga, 1 shadow regigigas, 2 azelfs,1 uxie, and 1 mesperit. And then I got 5 SHINYS 3 of the brand new qwilfish, 1 sneasel, and a costume pikachu. I had a really good weekend

Got some nice shinies on the wild, but the shiny rate on the raids were so awful... just got nothing on like 110 raids. Did not even got good IV Palkia/Dialga, 2 96% Palkia and 1 93% Dialga. Quiet sad
I did like 20 raids and managed to get shiny Roar of Time Origin Dialga and shiny Origin Palkia (Not with Spacial Rend sadly), but I did get another Palkia with Spacial Rend
Is Basculin still spawning on routes or was it only during the tour?
If I had to do it over, I would have just focused more on raids. The shiny rate was abysmal.

When I did the shadow Piplup research I got a shadow HUNDO. Being my first hundo and now I can check it isn't guaranteed.

I literally only managed to get a shiny Gligar and a hundo Azelf (not complaining, fav lake guardian) but it’s not great. I chose to get the ticket for shiny shaymjn adding it to collection of Mew, Celebi and Jirachi tbh at I have so far. With this I’m going to assume a shiny Victini and Univa for next time around
Didn't get any Shiny Origin Froms which made me mad, this happened with GO Fest and Shiny Rayquaza where I did so many raids just to get nothing, but I did get a lot of other shinies like a couple Hisuian Voltorb and a bunch of Hisuian Sneasles, and a couple of Stunky to complete the family

I got my dad into the game again after he quit and rn he is lvl 11 and he has a origin dialga with roar of time and a shiny Uxie

I cannot wait for this "best event of 2024" to be on 27 different more titles this year minimum, also cant wait for another 24 hour challenge where u only really do it for like 6 hours.
A 2 day grind and the only shiny I saw ran away
28 Palkia/Dialga raids and not a single shiny. 13 shinies in total over both days, though 1 was a shiny Mesprit.
I had a very fun weekend. shundo azelf 39 shinies in total, and 5 hounds I wont complain
I wasn’t really able to grind today, I was busy with sports and, stuff but in the first 2h 30 minutes I had 4 shiny, and I finished with 6. Which were shiny costume pikachu, shiny unknown, shiny gible, and shiny, shellos, and after day 1, i got shiny mareep. And I bought one remote raid pass, and got shiny dialga, on 1 raid.
Don't know how rates were so bad, my first day I caught 19 shinies, no raid shinies, and second day 26 shinies, no raid shinies

During this event for the 2 hour I played I got Dialga, shiny ryhorn, shiny gible, shiny exclusive pikachu, and shiny azelf.
Got my first SHUNDO which was Origin Dialga with only 5 raids and another hundo palkia origin and another shiny Dialga origin 😍🎉
