This seems to be exactly what everyone said about The Sinnoh tour. Some people felt boosted rates and some didn’t. I personally only caught 3 shinies for tat entire weekend despite playing for multiple hours each day
If you mean the global tour it was not boosted rates and eggs were only slightly boosted. Raids had 1/20 still.
this looks clearly like the phyisical event, they had boosted odds...

during a boosted event they are super easy to find - also you can check them WAYYY faster then raids
@ well 1/64 ones and boosted ones shouldve been 1 point but the 1/500s shouldve been more

Daxi! I have found a way to keep Super Rocket Radar while still obtaining new Rocket Research

When completing 1 research it closes it off leaving you with no Super Rocket radar… to have a Super Rocket Radar after completing a research, do 2 Rocket researches at once and defeat Giovanni while holding 2 Super Rocket radars. Complete the researches and close both off, that will leave you a Super Rocket Radar without an open research
And so the Student has surpassed the Master

if you haven’t already, you’ll need to complete the special research “a troubling situation”. and if you done that already then you probably just need to complete previous team go rocket special research quests like “showdown in the shadows”!
Complete the "world rocket" research for the black radar, then activate it and find Giovanni, defeat him ajd you will get a shadow groudon.
For once in my life, i can say im just like Fleece... barely getting shinies lol

I think the points distribution was not proper. Raid Pokemon should have lesser points and wild Pokemon should have more points as raid Pokemons have more boosted shiny rates.
This is during Sinnoh Tour when wild shiny odds were boosted.
during sinnoh tour wild spawns where 1/64 and you can check them way faster then raids
