Hiya! I'm just now seeing this video, but thanks for featuring my workshop in it!
Appreciate the tutorial video, it's very much needed within the community. Video Guides are much more effective than written ones IMO, and this one is very clear and the steps are explained properly and concisely. I'll be linking people to this video from now on if anybody asks for a good tutorial on how to add things!
Here's a few tips of my own:
-At this part (5:11), you can actually just select all 4 files, press F2, then change the name of one and it'll automatically change all of the files' names too! Just beware if there are two of the same file types, however.
-I usually have a folder inside Modloader named *'&Custom Data'* _(I named it like that so it's sorted at the very top)_ and that's where I put all modifiable Data files that modloader doesn't usually detect in a .txt file, like 'cargrp.dat' or 'shopping.dat'. I'm mentioning this because you might find yourselves installing mods that modify these files, so to prevent conflicts, it's better to just modify a single file. Also, it's essential when you're adding Tuning Parts for vehicles.
-If you're not using AutoID, it's essential to have a *'Free ID Generator'* script by fastman92 on-hand. It shows you what ID slots are still free and is a very handy reference when adding lotsa things.
Some corrections:
-13:47 - For planes/bikes, there are two lines used by the game: the main handling line _(the lines you see at the top of handling.cfg),_ and the special handling lines _(these are the lines below the RCRAIDER line in the file)._ The Special lines are the ones that need the &/!/% symbols and, should the added car need it, has to be copied to the .txt file along with the main handling line.
-22:10 - Actually, RZL Trainer CAN spawn Addon Weapons, but you have to specify it inside _.../Cleo/RZL-Trainer/Add-on Weapons.ini_ . I haven't tried this though as I'm using other methods to spawn in Weapons.

The only thing (and a small one honestly) that I found weird is that you give every link for every separated mod instead of uploading a .rar into mediafire or smthing like that.

You know if some people don't need a specific mod and cats uploads a single .rar file which consists every mod, then the person will have to download the whole file for a single mod, which will waste of time and internet
That's why he gives seperate (and original links that are shared by the creators) links for every mod
And going to the link you might actually learn something about the mod, and will support the creator :)

did it work? I tried to add a weapon and when I launched the game it says unable to load data\gtasa_weapon_config.dat
@@ManLikeEddy it did not, if ur using the cd ver it wont work, if steam it might. but dont risk it there was another mod that added guns without crashing and stuff, if i remember ill let you know im srry just havent been modding in a while, pretty sure it was big gangster mod smth ;) gl

Nice video, one question though if you can answer: I put a lot of ped skin models and scattered them to be at least one in each ped group but when i play the game, most peds are normal and like only 2 out of 15 skins I've placed in the game show up. I tested the skins before, and they work fine. Is there something I can do to make them appear or maybe I shouldn't have put so much of them in every group? Thanks in advance.

Damn, somehow the game crashes on startup when trying to make a new game, only with the Essentials installed.... i tried installing fastman92s limiter but that didnt help either, do you know a fix??

a bit late to respond but, i did all the steps before adding the vehicles ( .ide, .cfg ) but the game keeps crashing before loading in. should i just change the vehicle id or is there something else i'm missing?

A new mod came out, earshot, allows you to add custom sounds to weapons, including new ones*, completely awesome
so are you replacing car model or adding new one and having vanilla one in game also

Hey bro I followed your video and found it useful and clear, I inserted a couple of cars and everything was fine, however when I tried to insert a bike I managed to make it spown the colors I wanted with the right sound and I created the . Fxt and apart from the writing but when I get out and enter the vehicle the game freezes saying that it is modloader, I don't know if it's a problem of the bike in question or if I wrote it wrong but I don't think so, all the files have the right name and point to the right id

But I have got one question. How to make a weapon become also as a vehicle ? You know what I am talking about - the cut weapon/vehicle by the name of Skateboard. I made it to spawn as a weapon. But I don't know how to make it as a vehicle. There is a Skateboard mod for GTA San Andreas but it hasn't finished : whenever you enter the skate, either the game crashes or PCJ-600 bike gets invisible.

I use car spawner where you type in model name, I increased killable IDs count and I think I did everything else right but when I spawn the custom car it sends it flying into the space and the game obviously crashes. Can anyone help?
Can you try do this with train? I tried to use this to add a custom ID train, but the game won’t spawn it, or it crashes randomly near railroad (which were I believe the game can’t handle the spawn) there’s something I probably haven’t done, but no one really tells how the Cleo actually works, I guess you’re Amon the only 4 RUclipsrs who makes tutorials on how Cleo works and how to add stuff through Cleo.

Does not work for me. Random files in appdata keep crashing the game because they reset to the default value of the car that I took the values from.

for some reason i dont have a .ini file in my fastmanslimitadjuster
so i do everything as you do in the tutorial bur after launching the game and loading a save or a new game it crashes and i know its only after i edit the .ini file in the beggining because i tersted without editing it and it dosent crash. But why does it happen?
UUUUUPDATEEE: i tryed lowering the line count of killable model IDs from 12600 to 9400 and the game now loads no problem :)
but for the audio i did a stupid and typed the name wrong
Another update: I also added a new sniper but its a bit too overpowerd exploding cars wiht one shot. and btw i found that if you use zolika's trainer you can spawn added weapons if you know withc number you made it.
Hey I added a plane using these steps but the plane doesn't have sound even if I put it on the audio settings, also the animations of the plane like lifting gear and door open is not working. When I add cars I don't have this problem

Edit: I've done some digging and found that only 2 peds can be added. Is there any workaround to that limitation?

it's still crashing after while, i think problem with FLA (cause adding peds to id's 2-799 doesn't need's to use FLA)
i added a car, but when i open the game it throws a message that says “gtasa_vehicleAudioSettings.cfg: model with name (my car name) does not exist.”
Did you rename the fxt and txt files to the exact name you used to mod?

I personally dont recommend using 1.01 EU for modding, 1.0 US is the most recommended by the modding community.

The method for bikes has changed. If you scroll thru handling.cfg you'll find two lines for any said bike. One normal one, and one with the ! and some spaces. Make sure to copy both for your custom bike to work, EX
