Idk if you or Rob have covered this, but recently I've come across a way for taxis to go anywhere in GTA IV. There's a video by English Ben that explains it in better detail, but basically you're tricking the game from making any calculations that can lead you to a destination. You do this by placing a waypoint, finding a cab, and right before viewing the 'destination panel', pause, and spam to add/remove waypoint, unpause while pressing (whatever button you use, repeatedly). I found it difficult at first, but got the hang of it after a few attempts. I never knew about it until recently, so I thought I'd share it with y'all. Great vid, as always. 😊❣

a little extra tidbit about the TLAD debug scripts. with that debug menu R* left you can also load certain mission strands. and not sure if that needs the debug keyboard button in the widget menu mod enabled. but pressing some of the F keys (F9 and F11 iirc) opens some windows for mission debugging. i tested it months ago. it utilized scripts that weren´t in the TLAD strings so it´s mostly empty. but by grabbing them from a russian.gxt they accidentally build with debug strings years ago, results in you being able to check how mission flow works. like seeing what mission a strand is waiting for before unlocking the next one. if you are waiting for a call, it will show you a countdown until the game will try to trigger the phone call. what the next mission will be etc. it´s very cool. there are also some cool debug testing scripts. like a fightclub prototype on top of a roof. a prototype of a early beta version of the TBOGT final mission (you can find a placeholder text in the tbogt strings which explains that mission) some testing scripts that are used to test a conversation (loops a IV basegame conversation) a car_cannon script which allows when loaded to use the debug keyboard numpad to fling you around. even with a widget appearing in the menu to set the strenght. a test script which spawns a ped in the "Holding onto" animation and the numpad allows you to move him. very likely used to set the correct parameters for the TBOGT mission in which you get back Gracie and a guy holds onto the boat. then the simple stuff with the debug keyboard. S to instantly pass a mission. F to instantly fail the mission with O you can toggle the hud etc. the R* debug menu in NY marketing has a rockstarcamera script. with the debug keyboard you can mess using the numpad. like increase the speed the time moves, making it possible to make timelapses. pausing the time, setting it. same with weather. a cool option that allows you to set the player animation speed. which means you can set it to 400% and then use simple native trainer to reduce the game speed to 0.25 and you are able to run around normally. physics will be a bit screwy though. it also has a camera option which when close to a vehicle, you can press a button to attach the camera to it and move it. can be used to basically play the game in birds eye view. but since the game is not a debug build, pressing the button to return to the player crashes the games. you can use a workaround though. load the creator script. place a vehicle and then kill the script again. your camera will return to the player. if you have any question, feel free to ask

@@nightly6065 the script which adds them was made for Complete edition. btw it can cause problems when something else hooks into it already. so if you use msi afterburner overlay, you would need to close it, bc that conflicts somehow

I know of something iv never seen mentioned by anyone ever! i found it when i was a kid. if you car if broken and wont start in gta 4 if you dial 000 into your phone you can it will make you be able to start your car
Hay bro. Theres a glitch i used to do ages ago that im trying do figure out again. The result was being able to lock on to roman and also make him hostile toward niko (he would fight back when provoked) all i can remember is that it was either possible anytime or sometime before the mission roman's sorrow. I remember it being the only way to actually have a fist fight with niko and roman. Could have possibly worked with other characters too not sure but i definitely used to to it with roman and fight him in his apartment in hove Beach. Ive always played on xbox 360 and still have the console and copy of gta i used to to it on. Any help would be appreciated.

I know its a dream but i want to get real Definitive Edition of GTA IV one made by Rockstar devs and not outsourced to Mobile developer like Trilogy DE , we get all cut content restored like barber shops and restaurants and hidden feature like this GTA IV and Mafia II two best open world in detail but also had so many deleted feature before release
