Several years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter, Nathan Drake, is forced back into the world of thieves. How do I know?
A guy in a console game has real 3d geometry to separate the two layers of his goddamn t-shirt.
+Paul Staker in-engine though, a cutscene has much more freedom to push detail.
Paul Staker i doubt it, 343 did the same with halo 5. those 2 character models probably take up .4 teraflops each.
character models in-game will be worse but you won't notice since it's a far away third person camera.
just as the xb1 will never manage cutscene detail in-game, neither will the PS4. not even a Fury X would do this in-game.
Squidel AT But wouldn't the player be able to tell when they back up against the wall and the camera moves closer to the model?
Granted they might blur the model when the camera gets too close to get a depth of field effect, which also happens to hide detail.

That is maybe the best cutscene I've ever seen.. For a lot of reasons.. Music very well mixed with the story, compelling characters, different dialog possibilities, great graphics and well remembered game...
NaughtyDog is smart, really smart. The fact that everyone thinks Sam will betray Nate is the very reason he won't. I can almost guarantee there's gonna be a huge twist. This is the final game after all. I don't think they'd go for the whole Harry Flynn thing again. They're better than that (even though I loved that in the 2nd game).

gtone339 The branching dialogue option doesn't seem like it will affect the direction of the story though. It'll probably be small things that you can choose to say during dialogue,
maybe that was the original ending, but ND did say that they changed the ending and the end of last year

I remember sometime in 2011, having heard about Uncharted since 2008, I had an Xbox 360. My friend recently brought a PS3 at around november 2011 and he brought Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 3. I watched gameplays on Uncharted 3, the more I watched the quickly I became jealous. I really wanted Uncharted. So a year and a bit later on jan 2013, i sold my xbox 360, brought a ps3 and uncharted 3 with it. What an amazing game! My body is ready for Uncharted 4!!!
Finally, we get to see Nathan Drakes....normal life!! Lol am I the only one excited to see him doing normal people stuff? XD

...How many of you guys are willing to answer back "I explored Shambala"?? Uncharted 2 redefined an entire gendre and blew our minds when we discovered it. Over Drake's Treasure and Drake's Deception. It is and will be the best game I've ever played on the last generation of consoles with no opponent. I have great expectations with Uncharted 4. Hope it will be as astonishing as Uncharted 2 was on its release in 2009. Greatness awaits.

It's subtle, but the way Sam was introduced in this trailer, how he has his back against Nate, the way he walks away from the bench when Nate invites him to dinner, all gives you a big hint that Sam isn't the nicest brother out there.

This is the best graphics I have ever scene in a video game. "The Order" comes very close, but that is a more stylized look, this is a lot more realistic. Graphics wise, this game is a 10/10.
