    一起来做很多人要求的网红”蘸酱麻薯”。这个麻薯食谱水分较高,揉面到位延展性很好,因此放冰箱隔夜也不会干哦。麻薯表面分别裹上了椰丝,紫薯,抹茶和可可,4种口味。蘸酱食谱也是很简单直接的芝士奶盖,即浓郁又顺滑。麻薯冰箱定型后圆鼓鼓,冷吃非常冰凉,好Q弹柔软,可以拉丝得好长,加上丝滑酸甜芝士奶盖和香脆法式牛油脆片,口感超爽口。
    收藏方式:收密封容器放普通冰箱冷却2天。要更久,建议冷冻。要吃时再解冻更能保持长时间的柔软。
    Let's make viral "Mochi with Dipping Sauce" that many people have requested. This mochi recipe has high moisture content, with very good extensibility when kneaded enough, so won’t dry out even refrigerated overnight. Mochi surface is coated with Desiccated Coconut, Purple Sweet Potato, Matcha and Cocoa, 4 flavors respectively. The dipping sauce recipe is also very simple and direct cream cheese lava sauce, which is rich yet smooth. After set in fridge, mochi are so round and plumped, eat them cold, so elastic, soft and can be stretched so long. With the silky sweet and tangy cream cheese sauce and crispy French Butter Crisps (Paillete Feuilletine), the texture is super refreshing.
    Storage Method: Store them in airtight container chill in normal fridge for 2 days. For longer storage, recommend freezer storage. Thaw before eating to maintain softness for longer period.
    ♦Ingredients食材
    =Mochi 麻薯= (25pcs, About 20g/pc)
    150g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    35g Cornstarch 玉米淀粉
    45g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    1g Salt 盐
    260g Milk 牛奶
    35g Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油
    (Steam on boiling water for 20minutes, high heat)
    (沸腾水上蒸20分钟,大火)

    1) Coconut Flavor 椰香味 = 9g Desiccated Coconut 细椰丝
    2) Purple Potato Flavor 紫薯味 = 8g Snow Powder 防潮糖粉 + 8g Purple Potato Powder 紫薯粉
    3) Matcha Flavor 抹茶味 = 8g Snow Powder 防潮糖粉 + 8g Matcha Powder 抹茶粉
    4) Cocoa Flavor 可可味 = 8g Snow Powder 防潮糖粉 + 8g Cocoa Powder 可可粉
    =Dipping Sauce 蘸酱=
    50g Cream Cheese (Soften) 奶油芝士(软化)
    22g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
    0.5g Salt 盐
    35g Milk 牛奶
    140g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold) 动物性淡奶油(冷)

      可以冷却一下哦,更加好吃。放普通冰箱隔夜还好,取出解冻即可回软。
      如果要收久,建议收冰库冷冻哦,要吃前解冻回软可以保持原来柔软度。
