Some time back I used to punch walls to develop hard punches and to get used to pain so that when the time comes I wouldn't feel a lot of pain. I was just angry at the world and some people in it.
Now I'm glad after seeing this video, to know that it's a part of some martial arts to 'condition' your fists.
Thanks for the video!
Me too broo I've been hurted n bullied my whole life so i use puch on walls until i felt no pain now its a strong fist
I am also but I punch my one hand with another daily
Smash a few phone books
If I hear this music one more time I’m gonna throw my phone
Ehm u know u have the volume button on ur phone
Yes this is necessary because sometimes you are fight with a very powerful man So this is very useful for this when your hands and fingers are hard then it becomes very useful.
This is my suggestion then everyone has their own suggestions and it is my request that how can we stretch our legs.
Thanks.
You want an iron fist, fight a dragon named Shao lao
Ok so i go to kung lun and stay 15 years learn kung fu and fight a dragon put my hole fist in his heart and go back home and fight my swore enemy the hand and join the defenders and save the world
@@malcore9651 hahahaba good one Dany🔥👍
Awesome video. The only thing I would add is that what (in my experience) is most important is the bringing of your awareness/ Qi/ Chi/ Ki/ Prana/ Energy to your fist upon impact and leaving that force in the intended target and not letting it bounce back into your hands or wrist, which causes injury. My sensei taught me the following mantra to use when striking: Form it, send it, leave it.
How do I use chi or get more chi?
You could try qigong
Well you don't have to condition necessarily but I would because if you get in a fight you have less chance of breaking something if you have well conditioned wrist and hands.
People are stupid by thinking these
I saw many videos, but I am satisfied by this a greater than others
Half the video I got excited. This is the perfect vid
Wow bro you're the best RUclipsr that I ever seen thank You soooo much for making video about that bro you're the best all respect
Great video from Italy
Pushups on hard tiles or a concrete floor will do just as good, especially for getting the hard calluses on the 3rd and 4th knuckles.
Yes it is necessary because if we don't we can break our hands during fight or practice
Jow is also very important and beneficial.
I’m Going to try to do iron fist training😊

Once a had a friend that break his hand to a wall
He can block a punch with his face
And He can beat many Martial artist ať Once but with Different sport running 100000 meters in 1 sec
Wow he knows the martial art of face blocking that’s badass
I do it in moderation every day , you start to develop and it is u against your ego , when u can start punching hard it's hard to stay disciplined only for me though
If you are going to do this type of conditioning, it is best to do so under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Also, always use dit da jow before, during, and after the conditioning session to avoid injury. Be consistent and don’t try to rush the process. There are no shortcuts.
This technique is straight forward, but don't be fooled, if you over train to try to get results too fast you can get arthritis and other bone problems, use dit da jow (a kind of Chinese martial arts medicine) and if possible go to a REAL hard qi gong teacher
Tiger Spills The Wine how much is overtraining?

Aayush Sharma Thanks bro

Aayush Sharma Great bro!
Ive just been punching a wood post and that's all
Nice
Thanks :)
I think one way hand conditioning is important is so you don't injusre yourself when throwing a hand strike. Wrist conditioning is also important in that have iron wrists would be helpful in blocking blows from weapons (clubs, bars, staffs, escrima sticks, lead pipes, etc.).
And conditioning is good because your hands are literally hammers when their conditioned well
Break a solid rock
I think only brucelee can only do two fingers push up
I will start from today
How is it going
@@stipane i accidently joined the taleban
Kun yu shan
Hand conditioning is ok, but it's more important to develop your aim and strength at punching. Without them. The hardest hands won't do anything against a skilled figther. Remember "bricks don't hit back"...Bruce Lee...
True but its like you taking a knife to a fist fight. You have the advantage but might still lose. I'm betting on the guy with the knife, though. ;)
Bruce had some of the toughest fists ever from doing training like that also, so he knew!
sorry. no from the tao of jeet kwon do or any of his videos, you see him training breaking things. he did advocote for an strong grip, strong wrist and very strong punching for sure...
there's a couple of brother's that do a lot of exhibitions, breaking lots of things with their hands, arms and heads, but they don't go around bragging that they are great figthers, just because they can do that...
oh, and remeber. in the ironman series, he uses "magic", with his iron fist...lol
I have successfully completed fists of iron And can turn a water bottle into a sandwich without my fist hurting and punch concrete without it hurting
2:25 Kancho Ninomiya?
Yeah it's him.
