I really enjoyed watching the video. You are a bit of comedian. I was shocked for some reason to see you lose weight eating so much food... but I’ve been doing OMAD for 3 weeks now and lost 12lbs. I love it.
I’m on day 3 and there was only one day where I experienced the fasting headache. I drank some liquid IV. It did the trick. Our wedding is in July and I’m hoping to drop 15lbs. I’m liking this so far!
I really enjoyed watching this. If you ever feel like torturing yourself again try this one more time without the noodles and the rice etc. Add more meat and a bunch of eggs and you may well find it a lot easier to do. I've done lower carb omad for almost a year now and it's been pretty easy. I never get hungry before my time, and I'm old. Like really old.
thanks for making this video! i'm doing a 2 week challenge starting tomorrow, omad is a bit too intense for me so im gonna be doing 20:4. thanks again for doing this it was insightful.
just an idea, maybe try to do a ramadan series. you don't have to do the entire month you can just do a couple of days or something, it'd be interesting to see u do it you have a good youtube personality
@@paulkazjack u can lose that much per day and keep it off if u eat very little in those meals, I've done and had others do it, it's helped many obese people lose weight and keep it off
Weird of me but when it showed him in front of his window i was like thats gotta be San Fran or anywhere in the bay, but sure enough seconds after that thought he confirmed it 😆
i don't know what kind of metabolism you have, but it sounds like you're eating too much. try less carbohydrates as they digest fastest compared to protein and fat which is why you feel full, but then hungry. i would also recommend doing this with a keto diet as i've been doing it for a few days now and i don't ever feel like i'm "starving", even at the 24 hour mark (even with daily workouts). but i definitely agree with your conclusion that this probably wont work out for people on a "standard diet" as that kind of diet normally has too many carbohydrates.
Oh there's no doubt that i'm eating too much. I honestly love food so much it's kinda scary to think about lol. I'll keep the keto diet in mind for the future when trying out new crazy diets for a week!
I agree it's extremely intense which is why it wasn't sustainable for me in the long run. Doing this video made me truly grateful and appreciative to have access to good food in general! Thanks for watching :)
When I was making this video my sleeping schedule was really messed up. I would go to bed anywhere from 4-8 AM and wakeup around 5-8PM. So my "breakfast" would be a normal person's lunch/dinner haha! Thanks for watching :)
This is my fourth week now on omad and I am not losing weight.I eat 1000calories,jump rope 15minutes,walk one hour and do pamela reif's weekly workouts. What am I doing wrong?.I'm 5'1 weighing 149lbs.
There's always a chance that you've gotten into too deep of a deficit to start if you're accurately eating 1000 calories a day. Your body might have already adapted to staying at that weight for the amount of calories you're intaking at the end of the day. Maybe try taking a diet break for a week or two, re assess your caloric deficit needed to lose weight & see if that helps!
You're under eating, your body is in starvation mode. And are the 1000 calories coming from nutrient dense foods, or junk? Try adding 200-400 now calories a day, but be mindful of where those calories are coming from.
You was eating tooooo much rice 🍚 and carbohydrate that’s why you didn’t lose a lot of weight , I lost 12lb in my first week , NO rice or any carbohydrates guys plz otherwise you gonna waist your time and Efird
That seems like way too much food in one sitting, and not a good way to break a fast, take your time eating and enjoy your food, that’s the whole point, making life a healthy way to enjoy food
The thing is you ate way too many calories in my opinion I could never eat 2700 calories in one sitting. I understand u did that for the muscle loss, but if someone just wants to loose weight it's a great diet (I ve tried it and the results were great). I would normally consume 800 - 1200 calories avoiding of course unhealthy fats and unnecessary carbs. Also green tea and coffee ( without sugar of course ) helps A LOT to loose weight since they boost the metabolism and help you to burn more fat. One last tip , the best time for me to eat the meal would be around 16:30 to 17:30 !
Suggest you do a little more research. You’re eating waaay too many carbs to lose weight on OMAD. You probably didn’t eat enough fat, hence the reason why your were hungry. Don’t know why you were stuffing yourself as you’re supposed to eat until your satiated.. Good try though. I commend you for attempting it.
Thanks for the advice! & to be honest If I truly ate until I was satiated I probably would've gained ALOT of weight. I was still sort of holding back on the food during this video haha :)

The shrimp falling would’ve sent me into a fucking panic 😂
Wow I thought I was overdoing it with just a couple of chips on my Omad dinner!! You were eating enough for a family of four.
For some of the meals I think I could've ate a little more if I pushed harder haha! thanks for watching :)

Deep ❶ that’s fantastic !! I just eat everything with a spoon for some odd reason haha.
You are not losing 1.3lb a day!!! Don't be silly.

Dang. Sushi House. Have not dined there in a decade! So many great memories!!
Sushi house is a bay area gem!
OMAD doesn't mean you have to eat your max daily calorie limit in one sitting
I enjoyed your sushi meal! OMAD is life!

@Funkdafied 89 well the key is nutrition, not calories. you don't get hungry if you get all the nutrients you need for the day in one meal
good food, good content bro making me hungggggry
Thanks for the support fam! I appreciate it :D
I tried this for a week, it was way to intense for me. I did love eating as much as possible in an hour tho lol:)
I agree it's extremely intense which is why it wasn't sustainable for me in the long run. Doing this video made me truly grateful and appreciative to have access to good food in general!

Gotta remember that first lesson, LOL
Never forget!!
I’m curious. Do you eat at the beginning of your day? At 4am? Or? I’ve wondering about your sleep schedule this whole video haha
When I was making this video my sleeping schedule was really messed up. I would go to bed anywhere from 4-8 AM and wakeup around 5-8PM. So my "breakfast" would be a normal person's lunch/dinner haha!
