Is it possible for a higher court to intervene in this case? It seems to me that Trump may have a strong case in the future for trillions of dollars in damages against the state of NY but America will have no avenue of recourse if this "case" results in the reelction of Biden.

When the Judge doesn’t tell the Jury the law then there’s a huge problem. Prosecution keeps saying this is criminal this is illegal when it’s neither illegal or criminal. Jurors are not aware of what the law is. The Judge is allowing this sham to go unchecked.
